I have a Domino's a lot closer. I like going to this one because the way they make the pizzas. Their pizzas taste so much better than the one right across the street! I know it's a drive and a waste gas but it's so well worth! The people are friendly. The pizza is definitely much better! So I say it's well worth of the drive. I ordered the manager special. I got a large five topping pizza for just $9.99 plus tax of course! It was so good! Thank you to all the Domino's employees in Schertz Texas !!!! Keep up the good work!!!

I've only ordered once from this location but it was a great experience. (I called up my order last night 1/16/20 around 5:45. Date and time included to thank the staff that worked that day!) There was great customer service the whole experience! The woman that answered was very sweet while taking my order and when I came in with my 2 year old; there was an older gentleman that was very friendly while he tossed the pizza. The Pepperoni Pizza was done sooner than expected and hot and delicious when we ate it.
Let me start off by saying that Ariana answered the phone and was such a professional, provided excellent customer service, and went above and beyond. I called 3 other Dominoes that were not helpful at all. She had a solution to my problem and was extremely helpful. I have no idea who she is and am grateful to have been treated in such a professional manner. The others just said we don’t deliver there and basically hung up. Many Kidos and keep up the good work
The food is delicious coming out of here and hot. Yes it does get busy and patience and understanding is needed from time to time. However when it’s not busy you can expect to get your order in a jiffy. Customer service is on point too. Great experience so far and I recommend.
Went inside to pick up my pizza and it was freezing inside. The girl working there was all bundled up and she said there was no heat. It was 30 degrees outside and just as cold inside. My pizzas were hot and ready. She was super friendly even in the bad working conditions. Brought the pizzas home and my husband and I thought they were some of the best we have ever had. They were delicious…and we were very thankful for the girl working today and her positive attitude and awesome pizza making skills! Thanks!
I occasionally order Domino's from this location and it is always consistently good at this store. I do want to trade a moment to shout an employee who went above and beyond named Arthur. Arthur was exceptionally pleasant to deal with and his customer service skills are out of this world. Arthur noticed that I was dealing with an arm injury from a recent surgical procedure and did everything he could to help me out in this scenario out of the kindness of his heart. The world needs more Arthurs and I trust that Domino's management will commend him for his chivalry (A knight's readiness to help the weak). Give this man a raise!
Pizza was delivered fast and correct. Extra topping were on point and that's no cap! Every Domino's is different, and this one is really GOOD. My pizza was hot, and the order was correct, and the delivery driver, Scott, was really friendly. Thanks Domino's for a really good tasting pie.

It was a mixed up in the time that our pizzas would be ready, but Mz. Crystal and Mz. Dillion rocked!!!! They got our 14 Large pizzas down on point in time to feed my Team of hard workers! Thank You Mz. Maria for hiring an awesome team! Thanks Ayden for taking time to help me out!

This Domino's is pretty solid. Good food, decent customer service, and relatively affordable. The only downside - and the reason for the 4 star - is whenever you order a pan made pizza, the dough is often raw or undercooked. My order is always the same double cheese pizza, but for some reason, whenever I order a pan made one the dough is undercooked. Great things across the board however, just that minor flaw.

Two weeks ago, I placed an order to pickup. When I got there, my pizzas were on the shelf instead in the warmer. My pizzas were cold and the boxes were wet. Today, I placed my order at 1:56 PM. They said it would take 24-34 minutes to deliver my order. I received it 2:55 PM COLD.
Absolute trash. Took two hours to get our pizza delivered, but they did cook it when we placed the order. So it was just sitting in a warmer for two hours. Two pizzas showed up, flat and like rubber. Also, one of the pizzas wasnt even cut. Save yourself the time and money and just go somewhere else. Trash.
I placed a online order after picking up my pizza and getting back home I open the pizza to see there’s an entire slice missing! When we called to address the problem the manager acted as if this was no big deal. She refused to give us her name and couldn’t have cared less about the inconvenience. In fact she admitted knowing the slice was missing, saying that the crew thought it was theirs, however instead of making a new pizza she knowing gave it to us anyway! When they finally remade the pizza and we got there to pick it up the manager was antagonistic and rude. I’m blown away. I myself am in management. I would be fired if I handle my company’s customers this way.
I got no greeting when I walked in. The food was sitting at the top of the over for 20 mins untouched and unboxed when I order the food almost an hour before getting to the establishment. Everybody was arguing and had no communication. A food establishment whether it’s a fast food or sit down restaurant should never be ran the way this store was ran. I’m very displeased and hope that Domino’s can fix this because I will not be going for a very long time after this
Driver brought me the wrong order. When I called the store to ask for a remake I was told no and was instead lectured about people wanting to see their families on and "i don't understand why people order from us on Christmas eve." I understand what day of the year it is, but thay doesn't give you an excuse to screw up people's orders. Some people don't celebrate Christmas and now we get screwed out of a dinner plan because of this location.
Ordered pizzas & one of the new dips to try on April 29th. When we arrived home the 5 cheese dip was burnt and dry. We called to let them know and the manager on duty offered a replacement for the next time. We called today and my husband spoke with the opening manager, Dakota. She said she could not find where anything was written down. We even mentioned we still had the pictures. We have been ordering from this location for several years and were not asking for anything free just a replacement order. Unfortunately, she was not only rude but refused to replace the order. Ordered one medium two topping (half just cheese other half ham and pineapple) and one cheesy bread at around 1pm on a Tuesday. The order sat in “quality check” for over thirty minutes. When we got the pizza they didn’t even have the pineapple and ham on a whole half and the crust was awful. It was obvious that the pizza had been sitting around for the whole thirty minutes it was in quality check. How are basic fractions like 1/2 not understood? Photo provided as proof. I apologize for the photo, my husband had already taken a bite of a slice of the 3/8 of ham and pineapple like the pineapple weirdo he is.
I order from this location all the time. I always know when there’s certain people cooking because the food is either good or terrible. I am a loyal customer. I never complain when my pizzas are messed up, dry or can’t be cut. But today, I purchased 3 pizzas and got 1 free pizza with my points. We called dominos and spot to the “manager on duty” and explained to her that the pizza tasted old and dry, THEN we couldn’t even pull it around it seemed old. She stressed that she just took the pizza out the over. We explained to her although she might have just took it out.. it taste horrible. I cannot taste any sauce on ANY of my pizzas. It taste like bread sticks with seasonings, not a pizza. We were not looking for a refund due to us just really wanting good quality of what we paid for. We asked her if she could remake them and we’ll bring the pizzas back to her. She said she remembered when we arrived and told us no because she just took it out the oven. NEVER have I ever had a pizza replaced or fixed even though they have messed up multiple times but the one time we ask if she could remake the pizzas she tells us no and do not come back up to the store because she is uncomfortable. I’m not sure how she feels uncomfortable when all we did was pick up the pizza. Even though if she didn’t want to remake it, she didn’t even ask for us to bring the pizzas back for a refund. Do better.

Ordered for delivery. It showed as delivered and never received my pizza. Called and they offered refund instead of sending another pizza when it was obviously their mistake. What a joke of a place.
