I eat here a lot for lunch usually and the food is good. I rate service 4 stars because I’m scared of ordering by myself but the staff are nice. But beware of the Teenages that hangout in there, they’re really loud and obnoxious

Ordering she said there was no deal 2 for $5-$6 on whopper jr. Well guess what i pointed the sign to her, shame!

Popeyes and burger King under one roof. The following experience was at the Popeyes counter. Asked for mashed, got fries! didn't get utensils when Coleslaw was part of the order. Got 2 napkins for three orders of food. Had to get back in line to ask for what should've come in the bag. So overall service was not very good.

Restaurant has been updated with modern amenities. It shares the same space as Popeye a counter away. Great for a quick bite when you crave the King of Burgers.

I went to the popeyes here, not the burger king. The people working there were helpful but the parking lot is horrible. I think they are doing some kind of construction on the other side of the parking lot. This woman even made up her own parking space which made it even worst to park. It's a pretty clean establishment but I wish the popeyes gave you a breast and a drumstick in their 2 piece combo meal instead of a breast and wing. I mean come on 8 dollars for a meal and I get a tiny wing? But I am sure this is company policy and not the fault of the workers so I cant fault them for that. I like this location too because it's not too far off of the highway.

No lines. For the best deals sign up on their website, they give you a code that expires within 15 minutes if you go in person. The online deals are really a steal. We love the original and ch'king spicey sandwiches, whoppers, onion rings and Hersheys pie! 😍

Food was hot. The manager told us the garden salad was made with Romaine although it was iceberg lettuce. After purchasing food, $23.00 for my family. I would have appreciated an honest answer.

The place was not packed at all and there were many seats available because this place is connected with a Popeyes. My order came pretty quickly and i didn't have to wait long. The employees also seemed pretty nice. Now onto the food, i ordered a burger and some nuggets and they tasted pretty good. They were both pretty hot and fresh. I would definitely come here again if i was craving Burger King again.

The cashier was very pleasant an nice a young African American female, she explained everything In details about the meals an I told her how much I had an she picked the meal out for my individual seemed very knowledgeable when it comes to people with special needs. She really made my day. Another customer came in and didn't speak English I felt bad for him but she got a worker to help him order,, kindness goes a long way.

Decent fast food. They offer a veggie a burger which is good whenever I crave fast food. Occasionally they ask you pull up so they can finish your order.

Ok spot, pretty clean only thing is drive thru is priority so ordering inside will take awhile and counter staff very disorganized- sometimes your greeted and asked what you want other times, completely ignored.

I dont expect much when I patronize a fast food joint so the bar was pretty low. But to my surprise this is a very clean BK. The staff is a mixture of friendly women as well as the typical rude girls that prefers to gossip with each other than do their jobs. The food tasted like its been either over or under "cooked". The parking lot is arranged a bit confusing. I wanted to give it 2.5 stars and not 3 but the app doesn't allow it.

I drove through the drive-thru orders don't know what the heck the guy saying got to the window asking him for sauce. The guy says don't have no barbecue sauce no tartar sauce no sweet and sour sauce they only have Zesty . Ask him for napkins he gave me one napkins I cannot believe please get another better worker in this Burger King very disappointed

My only problem at this Burger King is that the employees are very slow, you have to wait a lot and it is assumed that when you visit a fast food restaurant like these, you expect them to be fast but they are not. On the other hand the food is good like many people who know or have bought at Burguer King. Nor is it a Burguer King that you want to sit down to eat right there, because the atmosphere is not so comfortable.

First time I saw a guard at birger king. Besides that, its a good place. If I have to spend $10 for junk food I would choose chick fila over burger king because you get more value in food quality. If I have to choose between burger king and mcdonalds then I would choose burger king over mcdonalds.

Got a double whopper for $3 the price was great the whopper not so, tasted like cardboard on a stale bun and the drive thru was slow as molasses. Guess you get what you pay for.

Clean and not busy at the time. Order a breakfast sandwich bread was not fresh it was hard and nasty. So much for buttery and flakey.

Food was subpar they do not serve mustard and that is a staple of buger king and the individual serving food wore mask under mouth, coughing not covering mouth.

I always waste my time going here. The food is always like 12 hours old . Only reason they get me because it so close to my house. The workers probably even management just don't care . Corporate have to do something about this location

Just ordered from here and lady kept asking personal questions at the drive through although she was kind it was unsettling then all of our chicken sandwiches had no mayo and no lettuce and we ordered FIVE

Unprofessional young guy works in the evening shift here. Stay on the phone. Not attentive to his real job. Not friendly, behavior is not ok,as it supposed to be.

Second time I came here and my order is wrong. The lettuce are brown and the chicken sandwich is over cooked. Done with this location!! Skip this one and find another.

Buyer beware. Other BK's are charging no more than $1 than tv advertisements. Some are just honoring the advertised price. This burger king has instore pricing that is +$1 and +$2 if you're buying something off the BK app. Outside they have a poster promoting 2 for $6 deal, on the BK mobile App, they're charging 2 for $7. Other BK's within a 2-5 mile radius are charging no more than 2 for $6 on the deal. Their customer service said use the BK App for the best deal, which is not the case.

This BK never has quality team members. It is extremely hard tobplace the order thru drive-in. Simply unable to understand the communication. Language barrier

The workers are not competent when taking orders. Where it’s located is isolated and you have ghetto trash people there sometimes. I would not come here anymore.

Went thru the drive thru and when I asked for a veggie burger, she said they don't sell that, then at the end of the order she didn't even tell me how much the total was when I asked her, when I got my food, there was no napkins in the bag, and the veggie patty was hard .

TODAY JAN 29TH 2023 AROUND 650PM I WENT THIS BK, I ASKED THE MAN WHOS DOING DRIVE THRU DUTIES 3 TIMES TO MAKE MY FOOD FRESH, I GOT MY FOOD AND EVERYTHING IS OLD AND HARD. THE NUGGETS IS HARD AS A ROCK, THE CHICKEN FRIES IS HARD AS A ROCK, THE WHOPPER WAS COLD, THE FRIES COLD. THAT GUY AT THE DRIVETHRU WAS RUDE AS WELL ROLLING HIS EYES AND SINCE WHEN IS THE MOZZERLA STICKS YELLOW CHEESE INSIDE? THATS WEIRD. NASTY EXPERIENCE TODAY. SHAME ON THE DRIVE THRU GUY AND BK FOR LETTING THIS HAPPEN

The parking situation is terrible—customers often park in the entrances, and no one enforces the rules, making it impossible for me to even enter the parking lot.

The meat is never fresh. I used to go to BK near my college, it was okay. they need to start not selling old and bad food.

Don’t waste your time and money here. Food they gave me was cold and when I went back to get the fresh/warm food they had audacity to reheat the same food and give it to me. I’ve worked in the food industry and know what reheat food/sandwich looks like. They just want to save their money and don’t give a s**t about anything. Would never go back to this location.

I don't know what's going on at this place but on a Sunday morning, they make us pay extra for a large coffee, then give us a medium coffee , which was COLD and then we are told they are out of large cups...so we can carry around 1 medium and 1 small cup instead. When we told them the coffee was cold, the rude worker said. ..I can microwave it for you. It is a fast food place so I don't expect gourmet dining but a reasonable expectation is that the coffee we paid for be in the appropriate size cup and that it be hot. And the workers there are just the rudest.

My husband and I each used a Burger King coupon. One was for $3.99 the other was for $8.99. The cashier rung the $8.99 coupon twice. Not realizing what the total was or if I had ordered anything additionally, my husband went ahead and paid for the order as I proceeded to the pickup counter. Once we received our order, it was realized that we were overcharged. My husband went back to the cashier to point out the error. She stated it was not her problem. After some words back and forth the manager had to get involved. Eventually we were refunded the difference.

This is the worse place. I went there today, was not greeted, then I placed a big order in the drive thru- 6 burgers. I was not offered the meal but I then decided to turn 3 orders into meals. The cashier then groaned "oh my god," then as I am about to pull up to the window, she stopped me. When I was finally called to approach, she was laughing with her colleague. I had to ask how much, I gave her the money. I decided to sanitize my hand and as she came back to my window I said "hang on a sec," which was then followed by her huffing and giving me a nasty attitude and look. I was also charged double cheese but it didn't have that, the fries and food was cold and nasty tasting. I will never go back there, I rather starve!

Had I known Wendy's was down the street I would have gone there. The bacon cheese burger was cold, the fries was cold, the fountain coke cola was horrible. Wasn't mixed right. Only stopped there for a rest because traffic was so heavy. Will never go there again.

The manager has horrible customer service. She got upset with me bc she doesn’t know how to use the Burger King app. I decided not to order and she told me thank you for not ordering. The worse experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.

Drive-thru, agent was extremely rude. Explained was ordering for two separate orders and told me to go drive around for 2nd order. Where's the logic in that? Here is the answer: She doesn't know how to ring it up, or She didn't want to take the time to ring up the second order. Keep in mind she was given this information before hand.

The female that works there has a nasty attitude. The other workers are untrained. The food & beverages are not prepared well. Etc......

3/9/17 so gave it another chance at the drive through and once again they disappoint. I ordered a 10pc chkn nuggets, whopper Jr. w/chs meal, and a 2 cheese burger meal. w/ shake. got my order went home to find out there were no nuggets and my whopper didn't have cheese and was cold.and only got colder cuz I had to go back after calling to complain about them messing up the order. to then have some guy Roshim or Rashid tell me that he never charged me for them that's why they weren't in the bag. so he wanted me to pay for them. he should be paying for my gas to go back and forth for his mistake. And not only that he should be comping my whole meal just for the mistake. McDonald's just gained a loyal customer. Burger king you need better staff and better management so you can stop getting such bad reviews. ps rohim was a very rude person and needs to be retrained

Soo i always like to come here but today i went thru the drive thru and i had not even a minute parked up looking at the menu and the young lady who’s taking the order says can you back up because we have a certain amount of wait time that you can stand in the drive thru . THERE WASNT EVEN A CAR BEHIND ME. AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS AT ANY FAST FOODS SO I SIMPLY TOLD HER FORGET AND TOOK MY MONEY UP THE BLOCK TO MC DONALDS . Why would i bother to waste my money here when their workers are rude & unprofessional. Learn how to hire better staff and update your drive thru “rules” we should be able to look through the menu before spending our money at your food company.

I go to Burger King about 3x a year. I went through the drive thru. I ordered a ranch bacon salad. I paid for it but got a small side salad. I should have checked when I first got it. Oh well not a big deal but it'll never go back.

It's obvious the people serving the food don't eat burger king. Whopper slapped together, a whole head of lettuce on the sandwich, barely any ketchup and no mayo. And the Coca Cola is flat to the point of syrup. Go and see for yourself. Waste of money.

The whoppers are half cooked and the cool doesn't even put a slice of lettuce or a slice of onion on the whopper. This is the Burger King on 3d Avenue & 103 Street in Manhattan. Why? They have all the ingredients there, they're required to make the total Whopper. Why are they holding back?

Horrible service from the staff, make sure you check your order for accuracy, they always forget to put everything in the bag, I stopped going there after the 3rd time it happened, their employees are always talking in their language and not paying attention to customer orders, we called and complained once and I cannot even say on here how rude and disrespectful they were, we asked for a call back from the District Manager and never got one. I would recommend to not support this establishment!

This will be my LAST trip the this Burger King!!! Service is terrible. Drive thru cashier had an attitude, the specials are not posted and when I asked the lady seemed to get aggravated. Then when I get to the window, she takes my money and tells me to back up, to where I can't see what they are doing!!! Do you tell customers to back up from the counter inside?!?! Then I ask for ketchup and she sucked her teeth.... unbelievable

Recently, there are these two young guys at the front counter who found every way possible not to accept the coupon code on the Burger King app that gives a "free whopper with purchase". I had gotten it before when it was the more experienced women working there, but these new guys were reading the fine print and trying to find loopholes not to give it. It felt uncomfortable to be there, and I was unhappy with them, especially when I didn't get the free whopper after my purchase. They definitely need more training and knowledge. Also, the food there is cold. I told my experience to Burger King on their website and they agreed with me about the coupon code, since they gave me another coupon to use.

they gave me the wrong order. I ordered fish sandwich and left and decided to check the sandwiches when I was at the red light and saw that they were all beef. I had to make a u-turn and wait at the drive thru again till it was my turn. I told them how they messed up my order and the lady was showing me so much attitude for no reason. I asked for a free drink since they messed up my order and she was angry and mumbling and she gave me the smallest cup possible like it looks like a kids cup. Very unprofessional

Usually I have no problems the random times I go but today?!! A big disappointment! They sold me an old sandwich that may have been sitting there for a while. The mayo was clumpy. The cheese was old. The tomatoes made a print in the cheese which showed that it had been sitting there for a while. Alright I edited my post. They sold me a burnt Taco too. Wow never again will I go to this BK

Horrible, our family and neighbors stopped going there, the food is already made hours before you get there. They won't even make their burgers or food fresh anymore. Not worth it. Plenty of other stores nearby. Also let us not forget the annoying voice at the drive thru screaming "stop" and "pull back" when no one is on line because the camera didn't capture your vehicle. They get really mad when you don't. Another food chain that will see closing of their stores within the next couple of years.

Like most folks here, I rarely leave a review unless I find a place is awesome,or the place is awful . This place definitely needs a review. This particular burger king seems to think that saving a few dollars by undercooking the beef so it is red inside might be a good idea . Stay away- explosive, uncontrollable diarrhea for days could be YOUR result if you dare to order a number one with cheese

It was the Popeyes, not the burger king. The kisook was difficult when I went to counter they acted like they didn't want to assist me. The girl took my order and my money and preceded, to make my food without any gloves or washing her hands and got very offended when I told her, you couldn't do that you either need to wash your hands or put on some gloves. Of course, she chose to give me my money back.

I really like Burger King, it’s one of my favorite places. But this specific location has disappointed me many times. They always mess up my order — sometimes they forget an item, and other times they give me the completely wrong order. At first, I thought it was just a mistake, but it kept happening again and again. So now, I’ve stopped going to this location and started going to a different Burger King nearby. That one is much better and more reliable. I hope this location improves.

I asked manager for a regular size cup of hot water to use with my cup of noodles and the manager didn’t give enough hot water and I asked for just a little more to fill up the cup of noodles and or else it won’t be enough to fill to the top to evenly cooked the noodles and she stubbornly didn’t care to add little more hot water. It’s unfortunate that she couldn’t use common sense to understand about that and gave an attitude what a bad management and incompetent person she was. I was going to this Burger King more since the one on Northern Blvd is being renovated. Not one problem at the other Burger King. Here however is a different story, the employees don't have any respect for their customers and being treated in such a manner has me fed up with this place. Arrogant nasty and with a disgusting deminur, I will NEVER step into this place again. There's another Burger King location on Union Turnpike not far from me. Everyone there should be fired and replaced with a crew that gives a damn.

HORRIBLE! The workers are clueless and you have to repeat your order multiple times and they still don't get it right. The lady in the drive through window is very disconnected and keeps forgetting what to do and what the order was. The impossible whopper was burned to death and tasted like cardboard. AVOID this location if you can!!!

So went in again for the new spicy ch’king sandwhich, but they didn’t gave me what I ordered again they put tomato lettuce and the chicken wasn’t spicy, was expecting the picketed and chicken covered in spicy sauce which I got charged extra for and didn’t even get it. Stick to taco Bell for my tacos. Looks like they're made in advance and stored in a warmer. The meat is not even ground beef, it's just this spicy meat paste.
