I ordered ahead with the app, for pickup, and it was a very quick experience. I only waited a few minutes for my food. I ordered a combo and the baconator fries. The fries, chicken nuggets, and chicken sandwich I had was good, in my opinion. Taste was good, the temperature was good, and the texture was good too. The chicken in the sandwich was nice and crispy, and so was the fries and chicken nuggets. The baconator fries was good also. However, it was a bit of a letdown as the fries did not look like how it is usually advertised. It looks like they just put cheese and slices of bacon in the middle. It was spread out much, and the bacon wasn't too shredded either. Nonetheless, it was still good. The food was prepared properly too, as I didn't have any stomach sickness afterwards. Overall, the experience was good, and I would order from here again.
This place has on and off issues with tables being dirty and the staff taking a while to make your order. If you eat in, you have a 50/50 shot of someone coming in and asking you for money. The food's okay for the most part.
Dave's Double or Triple is what I eat when I go to Wendy's and let me tell you, I haven't eaten this in 5 months and boy was it good. I felt for a greasy Double the meat with cheese, ketchup and mayo that's it nothing else on it. Yummmm Thank you for my guilty pleasure and it was nice and hot of the grill.
I can respect that there is a sign, some places won’t take $100 bills, old $100 bill. But we can clearly read the sign. To me it means I can purchase a meal that is on their menu, even if it’s a simple Frosty with a $50 bill. The cashier said no, that I had so spend $30 or more to use the $50 bill. I think the franchise owner or the location Manager, needs to train their employees so that they are all on the same page, so that they understand what the sign is saying or change the sign. A junior bacon cheeseburger Biggie Bag large is $8 bucks. Today is Sunday September 15 at 1pm.

Place an mobile order at 1:40pm. Join the line at the drive thru and was told the order not ready yet at 2:10pm. Had to wait anddition 7 to 10 mins on the side. Other times I come here and place many mobiles order over $45 and we go home with no sauces.
I usually come to this location in the morning before work. I order a caramel cold foam and it looks like the picture they market. When I come on the weekends the cashier makes it black with the cold foam on top and no caramel. Then she wants to argue me down about that’s the way it is.
Food is usually good. The security & environment is not safe Pulled into the entrance to park, and a vehicle was trying to get out via the entrance/one way. the person refused to adhere to proper traffic regulation & made a scene. Wendy's needs to improve its entrance.
This location was renovated several years ago and the food prep area did not get a redesign. The food prep area is too small for the employees and they constantly have to avoid getting in each other's way and that affects the service and food prep and food to counter time. The counter ordering area is another faulty design where customers waiting for their orders are crushed up against each other waiting to hear their order number. The mobile apps and delivery orders always get priority over customers that wait in line at the counter that can lead to a long wait. On large orders expect your food to not be prepared at the same time depending on who the manager is on that shift. There are 2 managers at this location that keep orders accurate and service quick and food prepared properly but other managers lead to bacon not even half cooked, cheese not melted, missing lettuce, missing pickles, missing tomatoes so you have to learn which managers get it right and go there when these managers are working. This location is proof that proper management makes a large difference.
Great service inside, but this girl gotta get fired. She s mad rude with thr kids that come from school and want to eat, or hang out with their friends for 10mnts. I mean....life isbnot just about money!!! Find another way or quit. Also moves around the restaurabt like a cop intimidating everybody, you walk out and the trash has more value than the people (Excuse me!!!! With an attitude, instead of waiting for ppl to get off the way).. I mean the entire staff rocks, this guy that started his shift at 430 was punctualx the hispanic guy is hard working.....but you girl .... what do you do? Dont ruin rhis franchise.

wait was perhaps 20 minutes at the drive thru. Got my food with no fries and didn't notice until I was back on the highway. Clearly understaffed.
I went to Wendy's on September 25 at approximately 4 pm. I went in the drive-thru and there was a plastic bag covering the speaker to order. So we went to the next window where a gentleman told us to proceed to the next window so we could order. When we got to the next window we told them that we didn't order because the speaker was covered with the plastic bag and we thought it was broken since it was broken earlier on last week. The lady with a hijab said you skip the line. I decided to leave and enter the store instead. There I ordered my meal and asked for a manager. Another lady with a hijab called a manager and was asking random workers if the could speak to me because I wanted to speak to a manager. At this point, another lady with a hijab came and said I am no manager. In the background you could hear someone saying I don't feel like talking to anyone. Many of the workers started to laugh about me wanting to speak to a manager. Finally, another lady with a hijab comes to speak to me. I mentioned the situation. She said sorry about that we put a plastic because the speaker will stop working. No other restaurant covers up the speaker with plastic bag. I told her they should have a sign saying that it is working because no one could hear anything. This Wendy's is run by unprofessional workers that clearly need to be retrained. The sad part is that none of the workers are young and should know better on how to speak to people, especially paying customers. I will not be returning to this Wendys. I will go further away to purchase any food or better yet, to Mcdonalds right next door.
My sons milk was open upon arrival and half empty. My order from doordash was completely missing a whole meal. Also the doordash driver didnt have the decency to answer the phone after he was called 3min after he delivered the food. Very upsetting will not recomend to order online just go in to store
Hands down the absolutely worse run fast food restaurant - I gave this place several tries over the course of a year and they are consistently slow and poorly run. The line before and after ordering is routinely long and the employees move at a glacial pace- either lazy, apathetic or incompetent.
It’s been so long that I have been coming to this location because it’s near my previous residence. But today I have had a very foul experience with a new lady who is working here. She has a very nasty attitude. I was thanking her for her service like I always do. I was asking with a smile if she has given me a straw with my drink just to make sure she has done so. She showed a very bad attitude and kept her lipz zipped but was starring at me which seemed very rude. I know them for about 6 years. But this blonde hair lady with an ugly attitude has made me discontinue coming and forced me stop spending a single penny here any more. Because, to me the quality of service matters more than that of the food for real. Period.
had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. I ordered a Dave Single meal, a spicy chicken meal with bacon and onions, and a junior bacon cheeseburger. After paying, I waited for my complete order, but only received the spicy chicken sandwich and drinks. After waiting five minutes for the rest of my food another worker asks me what im waiting for i told him basically everything after waiting another 10 minutes , I finally got the full order, the Dave Single had unwanted bacon no tomatoes onions or lettuce,l. The spicy chicken sandwich also didn’t have the add-ons I requested. Overall, the service was sloppy, and the order was incorrect they had no clue what they were doing I won’t be returning.👎🏽
I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. The girl working at the front counter was extremely rude, unprofessional, and very slow. She got my order wrong three times in a row, and each time gave me something completely different from what I asked for. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue politely, she had a nasty attitude the entire time. This location needs serious improvement in customer service and staff training. I won’t be coming back here anytime soon.👎👎👎
Ordered 50 dollars worth of food. Want to charge 50cents for a sauce. I'll take my business elsewhere. Bad business for customers. Don't order here.
