Went there today.. the staff was so good!! Proper cleanliness is there…I ordered iced coffee it was so delicious and they made my order within 2 minutes..I really appreciate there work!

Such a good atmosphere! I visited there today and ordered large ice coffee and egg and cheese on croissant.. they made my order within 2 minutes.. the whole Dunkin was properly cleaned! And they made my order by wearing gloves.. it was quite busy but still 2 of the girls managed very well..! I appreciate.. will surely come here on weekends

OMG!! I love Dunkin’ so much especially this one because the energy is always there and they are so kind! There is this one worker I love her so much she’s so sweet and actually has the patience to wait while I’m choosing what to get. I recommend coming here out of all the Dunkin’s in the world!

Food and drinks are always good quality, never disappoints. Fast and easy access to everything and very nice and helpful staff members. 10/10 customer service. Easy to tell the workers truly love their job by the energy and vibes they bring to the store.

Went there today in early morning .. staff was so good..cleanliness is there!! They are so friendly..I ordered refresher and sandwiches and got it within 5 mins…So quick! I appreciate ☺️

Excellent location though parking can be tricky if the station is full of cars getting gas. Quick coffee took under 2 minutes.

Pretty good at getting customers in and out quickly with their drinks. Store is a mini in a gas station shop but quality is the same. Thumbs up!!!

I find the staff very rude. They are not very nice to customers. I found this location convenient because I live right around the corner but oh boy the few times I have been to this location lol I did not enjoy it.

I realize they have only 2 workers at the busiest time of the day in the morning. Ordered through app and still ended up waiting over 10 minutes for my hot drink. Bad business decisions like these makes it bad for customers as well and that's how you lose customers overall. Less staff = more mistakes, longer wait, less business

I ordered a large hot Matcha Latte (green color) and food. The food was cold. She gave me the wrong drink. I was on my way to work so i didnt have time to go back so I called to let them know. She insisted I ordered a large Macchiato and hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional.

This place is NOT 24 hours. Don't even waste your time driving there. Dunkin donuts should remove their franchise tag. Visited on 12/26 @ 2 am and no one was inside.

they just renovated the outside of the gas station. looks great! i guess because of this, they increased the price of every item in here. a donut used to cost .99 and is now $1.69! they increased everything in both the gas station and Dunkin' Donuts! Gas is too expensive! Unbelievable! A can of soda is $1 anywhere you go...not here. I'll be back when they stop charging me so much for the prior renovations made. I'd rather spend my hard earned money at the Deli across the street since that's the case. Very disappointed & unhappy customer!

Bought a iced Carmel macchiato asked for cream instead of milk I taste it and it doesn’t taste right so They make it over and She is showing as she make it . She use cream but when it came to the espresso she didn’t not use the machine to to give shots she just poured it in the cup . I ask how many shots is supposed to come in the drink another lady says 2 I say no 4 . I was in correct it’s suppose to be 1 small shot and the size cup i ordered the is a large . What she poured in the cup was not a shot . Then she argues me down and refunds me my money. Now I go there a lot . They where very rude and . THEY ARE SERVING YOU WHAT THEY WANT OLD SHOTS THAT ARE JUST SITTING IN THE CUP . They are not using the machine to serve correct portions . Be aware of what n how they make your espresso drinks . I have been there with great service this time was horrible. If I was wrong she could have said it’s extra . No instead argued me down about the serving size of the shot and how they know how much goes in the latte and MACHIADO. She use the cup that attached to the espresso machine as a measurement device when it’s the setting on the machine small medium large . They do not know what there doing in there and are very poorly trained . It was a very old lady that made my drink and a middle age woman who did all the arguing 21911 Hillside Avenue, Queens, NY 11427 This is a better Dunkin great service well trained and friendly. I advice you if you reading this one it’s right down the block not too far from this rude nasty attitude having workers . Better service better tasting MACHIADO and the correct number of shots of espresso .
