Delicious Gorditos! I still have to try those 🍟 though! We love the $5 meal boxes and are stuck on them now, but I realized they had a new fry combo box after it was too late. Hahaha! Next time, nacho fries!

I like that they have new people being trained. A little slow at the moment. Food fresh and hot. Only one bathroom is for customers the other is employee only and storage.

Quick and friendly, even during late hours. Still closed indoor dining which was disappointing but it's whatever. Food tasted great, will likely return down the road.

I just like taco bell, and this location was better than most. The staff was great, and the food tasted fresh and delicious. They also seemed to put more meat than usual on their tacos. So if you're one of the odd people who actually enjoy this American version of Mexican food, then give this taco bell a try!

Either you have a soft spot in your junk food heart for Taco Bell or you do not. I finally found a Taco Bell buddy--my sister. I had my usual taco supremes. We found out they have $1.00 beverages at happy hour--we were there around 3:30. I had to get a Baja Blast. Service was great. I've had my TB fix for a little while. Thanks sissy!

A good TB, Staff knows what they are doing and are friendly. Store seems to run smoothly no matter what time of day. Just happy that there is a TB in R town!

Taco Bell in Ramona was fun meal. We got our food quickly, a large order for 6 people was complete, correct and delicious. We ate in. The restaurant was very clean and pleasant.

It's been open for a few days now and I have hit it up almost every night. I love Taco Bell and this one has my vote so far. Let's hope they can keep up the great work.

It is what you would expect from a Taco Bell. Other locations, I have had issues with my order being correct each time I go. At this Taco Bell, I haven't had any issues with accuracy and the staff is always cheerful and friendly.

Fast service! The taco box and burrito was as expected, in good shape. The Mexican pizza was all smashed up but still tasty.

Service was fast, restroom was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was nice and hot. The parking lot was kinda dark though and I almost hit another parked car as I backed out to leave.

I'm extremely surprised to find this location closed until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesdays when breakfast ends at 11:00. I was very disappointed to put them in my mind for breakfast on that day. I showed up at 9:30 and went to the job empty handed. Update I was given my Mexican pizza sideways so everything is off kilter. Always fun!

Wanted the $5 Chalupa box deal but they Don't have it anymore. Was kind of bummed about that. Service was good and food was typical Taco Bell. Not bad not great. I'm reading this particular restaurant service and it was pretty good.

Always amazing service from Ramona location, the manager and employees are always super nice. Never had an issue, only ever had an order mixup. Other than that, food is always hot and yummy.

Food was fresh, aesthetically appealing (which is rare these days in the fast food industry) and piping hot, order was perfect, and nobody skimped on napkins and sauces! This place is 50/50 depending on who is working at the drive thur. Sometimes they forget to put items on my order.

What needs to be said about Taco Bell everybody knows the place yeah I applied that food occasionally sure tastes good but it makes me sick every time

I always check my bag before leaving this tacobell never fails they always forget part of my order. And there is no more senior discount here as well they no longer offer it...

I give them 3 starts because they state they open at 0700- however it is rare day they are open and typically although they are taking orders, they are not prepared to make the order. It is service like this is that a good part of the reason financial institutions are predicting the entire chain will be all be closed in 2020.

It's Taco bell, it's usually always good, but I refuse to order cinnamon twists through the drive through. I have been charged and not gotten them 3 times. Find out as soon as I get home.

Took them about 20 mins to prepare my Chalupa box. I could've had a kid during that time and raised it to adulthood. Other than that the food was GREAT!

Its taco bell. Pretty standard stuff. Ordered 4 beef chalupas tonight and recieved 4 chicken ones instead. Unfortunately it is what it is. Hopefully they start paying a little more attention to the orders. Other than that staff were very friendly and timely.

Had a incident of wrong order. Went back. Said fixed. Got home n still wrong. 3rd time got it right. Went yesterday. They forgot a item. Never had any problem here. Just latley they got a I dont care aditude.

They can't seem to cut a quesadilla, and they refuse to offer breakfast during breakfast hours.

On 6/2/22 @ 824AM. I went into the drive thru. The front Drive Thru light was not on, for guest to see, there were 4 cars in line of the drive thru. At the drive up speacket, The Breakfast menu was not displayed, so when I asked about the Breakfast menu I was given a verbal list of 3 items. At 839 AM I arrived at the pick up window. The employee was not very courteous, no "Good Morning" or Thank you", after being handed my food I had to ask for condiments, which were requested at the dive up speaker. Customer service goes along way. This day I was not impressed at all.

they changed the dollar menu I liked a lot. they didn't just raise the price but got rid of all 4 of the things I would order. the feedback I just replaced said that they had a good dollar menu and was open til at least 10. half of that is still true but I haven't been back since because I don't know what to order or if they even have anything I will eat. the guy that helped me did a great job with me and my order. he did a good job explaining the changes and made me tostada's still which made me happy and that was cool since I was frustrated and on break and hungry without time to go elsewhere. I gave 2 stars 1 for being open and til late. and one for that guy that helped me. he also took care of me another time and went out of his way to feed me despite being out of beef and most stuff and only open for 5 min longer he made me a steak tostada and frito burrito with steak and both of those were awesome and I would definitely order those if I could. not only can I not I can't even get the beef ones. the steak ones were really good and when I was a kid I swear I remember a tostada that had beef and beans that would be great also. I dont like slimy sauces or white sauces or vegetables and the menu now breaks my heart and belly. I will be looking for a commercial letting me know they have something I will eat and for not too much. I ate there 3 or 4 time's a week and have not been back since your menu changes

They have messed up my order countless times, i cant find a phone number anywhere, their staff is rude, and the meat portioning sucks compared to other taco bells.

My family and I had went to the taco bell here in Ramona a lot of times and then after never being overdrawn in over 10 years with wells Fargo I had 2 charges that weren't made by us from taco bell that put me overdraft 21.91 I believe was the total so I talked to Chad(the owner) and he said they didn't give cash back just food credit. So after I ended up having to pay the overdraft charge at my bank it was almost 57.00. He said he would take care of it in food credit. He wouldn't answer my calls while waiting in his restaurant but called his manager back and told her just 3 meals no more. I ended up getting just under 13 dollars worth of food that cost me 56.91 total with my bank. If I would have known he was going to play it like that I would have filed fraudulent charges instead of trying to help not put any bad things on his business since variety is good in Ramona. I know recommend that residents here pick another place and none of my family will be returning there after having an owner try to pull one over on a customer. Thanx so much for all that u didn't do to make a mistake by someone involved with your company and hopefully if u survive u will learn a lesson from this chad

I spent 20 mins trying to figure out what we ordered I don't think they even gave us the right stuff nothing is labeled and you don't know what is what I spent 50 doller I think they only gave me bean burritos I strongly recommend they label there products toco bell sux so bad I hate guessing what food I ordered half the food was wasted Noone wanted bean burritos seems that's all they gave me I'm anti social I'm not gonna go beg them to get my order right I'll just leave a review on my worst experience on getting food ever what is what what it all look like bean burritos I hate it and it happens everytime I think next time will be better maby the will label the food but no they don't I think they like to rip people off order a 6 doller burrito get a 2 doller burrito instead

Order totally incorrect. Didn't notice until we got home. Called Taco Bell and I thought I was speaking to a Manager but he handed over the phone to the Drive thru employee. Instead of apologizing and being empathetic I was drilled on the exact time I was in drive up, asked Six times what my order was, exact amount I paid and made to feel like I was lying. She asked me to bring it back, that wasn't happening. I just wanted acknowledgment that they made a mistake and an apology. I got neither.

Be super careful, this place does not look at your order in the slightest or double check. We have to vegetarians at my work and this Taco Bell does not care at all if they get a mouth full of meat. Place should be shut down

Food was really nasty and bad service

Customer service for semi truck drivers is not an option yet truck drivers keep all businesses running. Not even an option to use the app is ridiculous

Orderd at the drive through and the guy at the window deleted half out order and so we went inside to get it fixed and the manager was very rude and was asking what we wanted and huffing at us and grumbling the whole time she had to remake it.

Avoid this location for breakfast. Morning staff is incompetent and will get your order wrong.

Their food though comes precooked, was wicked under cooked. If you dont mind a blender then pooring your food onto a tortilla then this place is for you. I love taco bell, but this one gets several thumbs down. Plus the nightmare of a drive throuh. After 8pm i would worry about getting robbed, never mind the terrible turn you make.

They were being rude with her asking her 21 questions and did not make her feel comfortable at all I told her I was going to go down there and complain which I should have but I think this review will help others be aware of they’re hostility.! This was highly unacceptable and these employees need to be retrained and comee back with better customer service If you don’t like working there, then dont. Otherwise show customers the respect they deserve. The Food was not warm at all it was too cold Undercooked 0/10
