first time here. everyone in there was so nice and welcoming and helped us understand the menu and how everything works. our food was just as good as it looked. the presentation was amazing and the food was very high quality. i had the chicken taquitos and my boyfriend had the california burger and added an egg. it was delicious😋

Needed a quick lunch and saw this place I had never been to. Decided to try the Chili Cheese Fries and wow, really good and a huge portion, I could only eat half and took the rest home. Quick service as well and a fair price for the portion size, was expecting a lot smaller for under $6. Will stop by again when I am in the area, great first impression for sure.

Great little place. Never knew it was there. Went a few days ago with my grandsons and we ordered chili cheese fries. Only $7.99. I thought for that price it was going to be a small box but it was a good size serving. Chili was great. Will definitely be back!

I've always ordered one of the burger combos and have been quite impressed. The burger is tasty. The toppings are fresh. The bun is soft. The fries are yummy. I recently had the combo breakfast and I was equally impressed. I go through the drive thru so I'm not sure what the service is like inside. This place is my guilty pleasure, but they do have healthy menu options I'll be trying soon. I'll keep you posted!

This place is great. The service is very fast. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly. The facilities are always clean from the dining area to the bathrooms. The atmosphere is very relaxed which is nice. I've tried there would and they are homemade, fresh and delicious. The steak sandwich is pretty good, but the steak dinner is even better. You get a nice thick cut steak, salad or soup, bread, and a nice big baked potato. The fried chicken dinner is also supreme and comes with the same options. The pastrami sandwich is really good too as are their California and pastrami burgers. I haven't had anything I didn't like so far. The prices are pretty reasonable and that's always nice. Give them a try and see what you think.

I have been here countless times since I’ve worked in the nearby area and I have zero complaints. The food is good, flavorful fresh and portioned generously, you’re definitely getting your moneys worth. Staff has always been super friendly and when I’ve gone inside they are always busy doing something. The place is clean, the decor is cute for the spot and fits the theme. I don’t know if the woman who is always there is the owner but she is absolutely amazing and always kind. This place is a 10/10, I absolutely recommend it.

I've had many 3 meat burritos in my life time and I want to say this one has to be amongst the top three. This Hitch Burger Grill restaurant is a hidden gem in the city of Rancho Cucamonga. I was not too familiar with it and did not know what to expect but I'm glad I saw it on my way home. Can't wait to try some of their other menu items. The restaurant is well kept, organized, and the staff were friendly as well as helpful. I highly recommend it if your close to Arrow Blvd I. Rancho Cucamonga.

The Hitch, never heard of it until I was driving by and decided to try it out for myself, I was not disappointed. They offer many different menu items, and we chose the classic burger and fries, very tasty and very healthy portions. I really like the dark eating area. It's nice and cool, great was to beat the summer heat. 5 out of 5 stars.

Listen when you are craving s burger please give this place a try. First timer here. I got the double stack. Added cheese no pickles. It was so big I wish I would have just gotten a single. Everything tasted fresh. From the burger patty to the vegetables. Though I don't like cheese is extra. But they definitely give you enough. Cheese on both Patty's perfectly seasoned. Taste like a fresh soft fancy bun. That did not get soggy. A pick of your own sauce to put on. I picked Chipotle aoli. Oh My God. Please do yourself a favor. $20 for a double stack with cheese fries medium drink. Plenty of fries. Their medium is the size large at other places. Evidence Below. Lol P.S. the flash makes the meat appear brighter than actual color. Also the patty had a slight crisp on one side which I wish was all around. So it was done

For a fast food joint this place.is alright. Fast friendly service, good sized portions, and the food tasted good. I got their classic burger and an order of zucchini fries. The burger was good. I really liked the zucchini fries, but I could see why someone wouldn't. They are cut really thick, so they are meaty, as far as zucchini can be meaty. If you don't care for zucchini you may not want to try these.

I've gotten a burger here a few times. The burger and ingredients were all really good quality and it tasted great. The fries were also delicious—golden brown and perfectly crunchy. I'll definitely go back. I did try a breakfast burrito here once, though, and it had way too much hash browns in it.

The food is great. The service was not that good. The guy in drive thru was rushing us didnt seem like he wanted to be there. We said thank you, but we didn't get a response. He just closed the door. This is the second time .

Overall a good experience. The sweet potato fries were very good, the Texas Burger was decent. The meat patties taste a little too much like Burger King to really be top notch for me. I prefer more natural flavor in my burgers, but I understand that's not everyone's taste. I saw that some others said the patty had too little flavor, which makes me think they must like the hard core fast food stuff over natural. I liked that they have a big selection, and I'll probably come back to try the breakfast and Mexican food. The desserts looked really good, but $10 for a slice of cake was a bit unreal for me at what is essentially an upscale fast food place. Maybe some day I'll try it and decide it was worth the cost, but I'm not likely to order it very often at that price.

Drive thru I had a cheese burger and fries. I liked the fries. Next time I won't buy a burger they have ribeye steak fries taste great.

I decided to eat here at the last minute. I had a meeting nearby and wanted food that was quick and delicious. The Hitch did not disappoint me. I had an egg and cheese burrito for lunch. It was filling and large enough that I almost couldn't finish it. They had a salsa bar and regular soda fountain options. The staff was friendly. This is one of my favorite places to eat.

Went in for the first time and it did not disappoint. The food was great quality you can taste it. I order a regular cheeseburger and a ribeye steak sandwich. The first bite of the burger and you can taste the charbroil fresh juicy meat. The bun was top notch very gourmet burger. Will definitely be going back for more.

Wide range of food options of which have been mostly delicious. Went with a simple option on my last visit, however, and the chicken strips were not very good. Large pieces, but had all the moisture cooked right out of them. Also, it doesnt seem like they use seasoning. You will definitely need S&P

I’ve been a customer here for years. The food is good, what you’d expect from a dinner style burger place. I really like the albondigas soup on cold rainy or gloomy days. The signature salad is really good and flavorful, if the chicken doesn’t get too well done. The onion rings have a yummy light batter. The zucchini fries are my fave. The service is always pleasant, everyone is always kind and helpful. If you’re in a rush I suggest calling ahead, making a phone order if you can, but the wait is usually pretty short, unless you get there right in the middle of the lunch rush. Usually between 11:30-1, but I’ve never waited more than 20. My only problem is that the prices have gone up. So much so that I used to come by at least 2 times a week, now not that often. Today was my 2nd or 3rd time in a years time. I’d also like to add that the patio is cozy and nice on a warm spring day, nice partially obstructed Mountain View.

Depends really who's working that day. We have had great things there. And sometimes not so great. Favorite are shakes fries and zucchini. Again, the burgers are hit and miss. Same with sandwiches. Really depends.

I'm not the biggest fan of chicken strips (I prefer wings or bone-in chicken), but I thought I'd give the chicken and waffles a try. The waffles were OK, but these are by far, the best chicken strips I've ever had. Perfect balance of crispy on the outside and tender inside, unlike others I've had, which are either crispy outside but dry inside or tender inside but soggy outside.

Pretty good food. Not too crowded but popular for lunch. I’ve only tried a few things but I’m happy with them all so far.

This is a decent fast food place with great quality food at reasonable prices. The service is outstanding.

The burger was pretty good, the bacon and onion strings were nicely cooked. French fries were definitely cooked to my liking (Well done), the onion rings however were over cooked and the frozen kind. Sad because I love a good onion ring. Definitely go with the double if your not a light eater.

The food was amazing. It was cooked to near perfection. Although it wasn’t what I was told through word-of-mouth. The lady, taking my order was quite rude, which I was surprised by. It was my first time eating at this location. She was a bit jumpy and impatient. Maybe it’s just their style not sure. I still have a good app appreciation for the food and the quantity of food you get for the price. The location could’ve used a bit more upkeep such as a deep clean the floors seem to be a bit dirty all good though the restrooms smell smells kind of gross. I guess if you’re just coming through and picking up food and leaving perfect place to get quality burgers .

I've driven by this place several times over the years, and today we finally stopped by. Glad we did, the food was really good, and the customer service was great. I tried the chili cheese fries, which were seasoned just right. Very good. Tried the pastrami sandwich as well, the meat was seasoned, it wasn't too salty, it was just right. The fried mushrooms and breakfast burrito were all very tasty. I will definitely bring going back.

this was our second time coming here. the first it was when we came back from san diego. my son had the grilled cheese sandwich and fries. I had the California burger with avocado. the portions were huge. the onions were perfect. we also shared a delicious chocolate shake. service was great, and prices were reasonable compared to how expensive everything is now a days. this morning, we shared the combo breakfast plate that had 3 types of meats along with hashbrowns and scrambled eggs. i substituted the toast for pancakes. that was an additional 1.50. my total was 18.30 for the breakfast plate n coffee.

Their burgers i have tried are great their fries are also great i like the fact that they add sum onion rings to your order inside the fries ! Great surprise and they add a little loli pop nice gesture! The french toast is not the best for me has to be a bit crisp and firm this is a bit to soft and soggy! Taste is kinda blunt . Sausage is pretty decent flavor eggs are a bit blah 😑 . I also had tried their grilled chicken salad 🥗 it is pretty decently good i just would love to the see freshly grill look to it ! Over all i still give them a 4.5 out of 5 really friendly drive trough. Service!

Friendly and helpful staff. Order at the registers, get a token that buzzes when your order is ready. Visited at lunchtime. Was busy but did not have to wait too long to complete my order. I ordered the chili cheese fries. See photo. They had a full breakfast, lunch, dinner menus. It appears that you can order breakfast, lunch or dinner anytime of the day. Everything seems to be made to order.

Pretty good. I had the California burger no cheese. Patty was flavorful. Could have used morr avocado thou. Had a good amount of bacon. Fries were good. They also add a few onion rings which is cool. Oh yeah and you can get horchata as a drink with your combo and free refills....that was awesome!

It was good, but it's overpriced in my opinion.

The $11 breakfast burrito I just purchased is a little bit bigger than my Chapstick. Inflation is real! Definitely overpriced, but it has good flavor.

Restaurant is quiet and clean. There were no patrons except for hubby and I. The customer service was friendly. Food was just ok.

The chicken sandwich was Phenomenal! But the fries were ALL Soggy. Had to toss them, so I feel like I wasted some money. Staff are very friendly!

The burgers are just ok. The fish from the fish and chips looked done but the inside was so under cooked that it was inedible. The portions are good for the price but the desserts are WAY overpriced. $12 for a mini bundt cake of pineapple upside down cake is crazy. We spent $88 for 3 adults and a kids meal and only the fries were good. We definitely won’t be going back.

I have always enjoyed the food here but had never tried the steak sandwhich which is a dissapointment! The sandwhich itself is well prepared and big, but their choice of steak is terrible......on my second bite, I got nothing but fat. How can they serve meat with 30% of it being disgusting fat that you cant eat? If the sandwhich was cheaper, its understandable but at $10 and change for a sandwhich (no soda or fries) I expected better meat even if sandwhich was smaller.

I use to go out of my way for the coffee here Today I was informed they changed brands to Farmers Bros Prior coffee brand was amazing. I’m sad to find out they changed. I will not be coming here anymore for coffee.

Ordered club sandwich and fries. The meat in the club was the lowest quality bulk garbage possible. The ham and turkey were slimy and had the consistency of lunchable meat. The fries were not fully cooked... Eat literally anywhere else,

My wife and I have been going to the Hitch for about 4 years at least. We would visit the place at least 2 times a week, cause the food and great customer service. Up until last year the service has gone down. We have ordered food multiple times and received the wrong order. A couple of weeks ago, we ordered some hard shell tacos and we received the wrong order. I even told the person what I wanted and he repeated the order back to me and they were still able to give me the wrong order. I called the when I arrived and asked to speak to the manager, the person that took my ordered answered the phone and just told that they only sell 2 tacos at a time and that’s what he charged. When I told him what I wanted he gave me an attitude. Sorry Hitch but for now you lost some long time customers cause of poor customer service.

The food is good here. However service isn't good. They are also NOT handicap accessible. They claim they are but they had handicap parking and ramp taped up making it difficult for a wheelchair bound person to get into resturant. Then seating is BOOTH ONLY They have 2 booths that they claim are handicap accessible but when you try to put someone that's in a wheelchair in there they can't even reach the table or the food. This is sad because if I wasn't with my mother assisting she wouldn't of been able to eat here.

Food is good just don’t order extra bacon they won’t put it on they charged me 4 bux extra for extra bacon on a club then when I called them about they basically called me a liar like I am going to make an ass of myself for 2 strips of bacon I got a quarter of a strip in each quarter of my club

This is the 5th time I've come here, and every time the cook gives me rotten lettuce, he needs his food handlers' stuff revoked. I've told the manager every time. And the lady at the drive-through (heavy one) has the worst attitude. She needs to be fired or at least put in the back where no one has to see her.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that was supposed to be on a brioche bun. I get my order and everything is literally covered in dark orange grease. The wrapper was dripping grease/oil down my hand and stained my shorts. Bread was just plain white bread. Sandwich didn’t really have any flavor but they got the spicy part right. Good thing I ordered tater tots cause that was the best thing in my order. Wish I could get my money back because I couldn’t even eat the sandwich with that much grease on it.

My French toast was just OK and my sausage was boiled, not grilled. My husband’s breakfast sandwich was tasteless, small and served on a hamburger bun. We will not be returning because if you can’t do breakfast, you cant do anything right. Sorry, The Hitch.

To start, the gentleman working the window had a shirt on that looked like he'd been cleaning up outside. The food was absolutely garbage!! Gaarrrbaage!! I had a pancake breakfast. The pancakes were horrible, like they were cooked before, refrigerated and warmed back up. I threw the food in the trash. The eggs were horrible. This is a simple breakfast that tastes the same wherever you go. Not here, the pancakes were trash!! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!
