Michelle is one of the best Bartender's / Manager in redbank, Never have to ask for a beer, the back up one is @ your finger tips before u notice! Happy Hour isn't to shabby either! Plus as well as the management Vanessa, Lauren and Ian do a Great job as well! Don't Forget to try the wings!

Honestly, we considered not coming tonight based on past experiences with service. I'm glad we came. Vanessa did a great job, from beginning to end. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. The only downside tonight was that our table was pretty dirty when we were seated. I checked the table next to ours before I requested that ours be cleaned, but it wasn't much better. Since our daughter has celiac, and the crumbs were a big no-no (and the grease stains were gross), I requested that someone clean our table. Someone came, and did a great job of thoroughly cleaning the table. He used a sopping wet rag, and left us with a dripping wet table. We dried it with napkins and moved on. The bottom line: Vanessa was AWESOME. The food was delicious. The cleanliness was not so great.

We had the pleasure of having Rianna as our waitress. She was super friendly and efficient in getting us what we asked for and being we had our 5 year old that was a tall order of back and forth. She always had a smile and said no problem for whatever we asked for. I will be returning on Thursdays for bingo and that amazing waitress!

We had a work event at Urban Coalhouse and everything was fantastic! The pizza, wings, salads, and meatballs were all delicious and perfect for sharing. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and our server, Vanessa, was absolutely amazing! so attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this spot for both casual nights out and group events!

Lauren is a big reason that we come to UCH on a regular basis. The service is always awesome and I feel fortunate over these years we’ve also developed a friendship with both she & the staff! Kudos- to Michelle as well. Both make dining at the bar more than welcoming!

I might be partial because we share the same name, but honestly we've had Vanessa as our server before and she is awesome. She remembered my daughter's order without hesitation. Urban is one of our favs!

My wife and I come to Urban regularly... we are never disappointed with the food or service. The bartenders are loaded with personality...especially Lauren! My wife swears she makes the best French Martini in Red Bank!

We had the opportunity of having our Wedding mini reception here recently.... we were so pleased with the incredible food & service.... Vanessa and Lauren both, really went over, above & beyond to make our occasion go as smoothly & successful as possible. All the guests commented on how amazing the food & atmosphere was!!! We couldn't be happier for having chose this for our occasion!!! We are forever grateful and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a nice, cozy, incredible experience to host their event!!!!!

So my wife and two family friends went here on a double date I have some drinks and some food have to say the drinks or did you serve in there a different mix cocktail or absolute amazing We also had a few the appetizers Fried calamari international Georgia.. We also have the pizza money my barstool review on the pizza 3.8 reason for such a low review on the pizza it was a good average pizza for a large pie but walking in there I thought I was in a get more of a old-fashioned wooden burning coal burning type of flavor to it which I actually found that 100% absence of any type of natural wood or coal flavor. I would say were deafly try this restaurant out again and give it another shot and I’ll even W but if he’s another shot down the road maybe I just got one of those food pizza made by the bus for what definitely worth giving the restaurant another chance

Enjoyed the vibes a little more than the food.. maybe it's just my picky Asian taste buds (found the wings a little too charred.. perhaps burnt).

Yesterday we had dinner at this restaurant and I have to say I was very disappointed by the food. I ordered schnitzel with German potato salad or something like that. There was a lot of fat and fryer grease in the meat, and the quality of the oil it was cooked in left much to be desired. The same goes for the potatoes — they were also soaked in low-quality oil. My husband ordered Coca Cola, he said it was almost completely flat — tasted like a can that been opened and left out for a long time, with all the carbonation gone. The service was fast, the decoration is nice.

Easily the worst pizza in the area. The sauce is extremely sour, the dough is rough and unpleasant, and the cheese tastes cheap and low quality. Overall, the pizza is just bad. To make matters worse, the soap they use in their bathrooms is disgusting, stinky, and cheap, which honestly says a lot about the attention to detail (or lack of it) in this place. Would not return.

My family visited here last week and were immediately presented with a leaking ceiling, dripping water into buckets...Hey, things happen ... One of my bigger complaints about this place was their own website said their fries are gluten free. However the restaurants menu says they are not. So we asked our waiter if the fries are or are not in fact GF. He came back and said no. That was a huge bummer for my daughter who has Celiac. We ordered pizza, and the crust was burnt black, see photos. However! I usually don't send food back, I just couldn't eat this pizza this burnt, I was hungry, and I sure wasn't going to eat this terrible pizza AND pay for it. So ...I had it sent back. The new pizza came out and it was actually really good. But the negatives don't out way the good pizza. Won't be coming back

Came here with kids for pizza which was only so so. Specifically asked waitress for wings with everything on side because my daughter and son don’t like caramelized onions. Wings came to table smothered in onions. Called waitress over and politely said that isn’t what I asked for I asked for everything on side . Took it back and two minutes later gave me same food I just sent back only took off onions and put on separate plate. So wrong. Never again! Bad experience.
