I went here on Free Ice Cream Day and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and I got my cone quickly. I highly recommend getting it chocolate dipped especially if you're getting it to go because it keeps the ice cream from melting too quickly. It tasted delicious too. This Dairy Queen is in a good location and they have Girl Scout troops selling cookies here every year too. Highly recommend!

OCT 4 2022 They are FULLY OPEN! Went in today and grabbed a Chill cheese with onions combo meal. It was great. They have a large menu, which will probably satisfy anyone's appetite. It's very clean inside, including the bathrooms, well Men's is for sure. Plenty of parking in front and either side. Staff was very friendly and professional. Took my order right away.I stepped aside to go wash up, they made sure my order was sat to the side, not just laying on the counter for my return. Plenty of seating, boths, tables and bar top style tables. I'm very empress with them. GREAT JOB, and food was very good. Last Year 2021 Stop in to grab a something for lunch. Their main door is locked. and since I was on foot, the staff came to the door and took my order. They could have denied me, but nope. Then the gentleman who took my order, saw I had a sling on, told me to have a seat and he would bring my order to me. He showed up, asked if I needed anything else. Very frendley and helpfull. Your team is GREAT. Thank you.

Peanut Buster Parfait!! What a wonderful treat😋 😋Dairy Queen has been one of the KINGS of the dessert industry for decades. I usually enjoy a Snickers Blizzard BUT I was in the mood for ice cream, peanuts & fudge today and again I was NOT disappointed. I was served at the drive thru however I've eaten here several times and I've never encountered unsatisfactory cleanliness or service. 4 🌟 P.S. drop of your car right up the street for auto detail 😉 and stroll on down to enjoy a treat while waiting. 😊

They don’t have accurate hours listed on their door. We arrived before 10pm, which is the listed time on their door and on the app and on Google. The person at the register hand signaled that we had to go through the drive through. There is no mention that it’s drive through only before 10pm. This is the second business I’ve dealt with this week who has closed their inside earlier than their business hours indicate that they will. I hope this is not becoming a trend where I can’t rely on accurate business hours being reported. Additionally, they never flip the blizzards upside down anymore. If they did, they would make a mess on the counter because they aren’t the consistency they should be.

Employees have always been so nice at this location. The only gripe I have is recently the blizzards are super melty. They give you them with a lid and they’re runny from the moment you take the lid off. Idk why this has been happening the last month or so, but definitely frustrating.

Horrible customer service! Be aware that if you order online, they could steal your food and your money. Ordered a meal through Uber App, they gave away the food without checking to ensure the food belonged to the correct individual (per app procedure). When trying to address the issue with so call management (John Taylor) response, "nothing we can do about that". As much as we go there and spend as a family, this experience definitely will change that.

Okay so we all know a blizzard is not supposed to be melted. It's a product that is marketed to be flipped over and not budge. Haven't had one in like 20 years stopped here to grab one today and they gave me what obviously had been sitting out and was melted. Smh. I pulled back around the drive through and asked them politely to fix it. $8 a blizzard? It's gotta not be melted and have expired toppings that taste stale.

I love coming to this DQ — everything is always fresh and the service is great. However, the app shows that this location has Ice Cream Sandwiches available, but when I ordered at the restaurant, they told me they don’t carry them here. It’s a bit confusing because the app lists them for this specific store. Hopefully this can be updated so it matches what’s actually available. Thank you!

Ordered a ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. Show up and they say I cancelled it which I did not. Manager just kept saying it’s not my fault no one told me. Terrible Coustmer experience and service

I visited this location on 4/20 at approx. 8:45pm. I waited in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes before a store employee and manager came out to say they weren't taking anymore orders tonight. I asked them why they weren't taking anymore orders as it was only 9pm and they didn't close for another 30 minutes. The employee and the manager both responded "because it's Easter, so we're closing early"... The problem with this is that no where on the store or website did it say they'd be closing early today and they had about 7 additional cars not including ours still waiting in line. As I tried to explain to the manager that I'd already been waiting in the line for 20 minutes now and had to wait because they locked the store doors, she walked away acting as though she couldn't hear me. The drive thru was so backed up that I couldn't even back out or turn around, so I had to finish driving through the drive thru line. As they took the car's order in front of mine, they then quickly shut off the menu lights right afterwards. I pulled around to the window to ask for the manager's name because I planned to reach out to corporate (which I did ASAP), but once I got to the window an employee shook his head mouthing the words "we're closed!" and laughing WITH the manager who was standing at the drawer counting the money and closing the register. I took a video of this entire interaction. It was the most unprofessional and rude experience I've had at a restaurant in quite awhile. I witnessed this manager's lack of "leadership" and professionalism while leading an entire team of teenagers. For a manager to ignore a customer and laugh in their face is insane.

I ordered from there today and I said twice to the young lady over the intercom I wanted the mix n match with tenders and fries and to add a dr pepper. When I got my meal my fries were not in the bag because she did not listen to my order fully, and then wanted to charge me for the fries, i wanted to pay for the drink, not the fry which is why I said mix n match, tenders and fries then add a dr pepper. Also, my drink she gave me was a coke not a dr pepper. When I called to make a complaint the guy only wanted to fix my drink and not the whole meal. Or even give me a free fry since she got it wrong. Never coming here again! Worse customer service!!!!

I would call the girls name out that was rude, but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. The story is simple. I ordered a milkshake, and a blizzard. The milkshake was correct but somehow already partially melted. The blizzard ended up being a strawberry cheesecake. The problem with this part is that I ordered a royal fudge Oreo. As I asked them to redo it (because it’s not what I ordered, nor wanted) the girl at the drive thru was visibly annoyed and snatched the wrong order out of my hand. Then, proceeded to scold me on how to order correctly. Once we finally got to the part of me getting what I ordered, I was given the wrong size and not what I ordered. I’m not saying that this location is trash and I’ll never go back, it was just this one individual that needs to reevaluate how she deals with customers. Next time, may not end up how she expects. Not everyone will tolerate brat behavior the same way.

Ordered a cookie dough blizzard and was given a melted pile of dough soft served. Then when I asked for my free one because they are supposed to flip it up side down but obviously they couldn’t you get a free one. That’s their little motto, not only did they not follow their own motto. They didn’t want to provide me a refund. I don’t recommend this place at all. Save yourself the time and hassle you will not get served properly. Such terrible customer service.
