Today was great because Starbucks offered A ~FREE ICED TEA FRIDAY~ (choice of three, 3, delicious flavors of Iced Tea) I got the 'Strawberry Iced Green Tea' And my boyfriend ordered the 'Pineapple Black Iced Tea'. Both were very tasty and something I'd definitely order again in the near future if they continue offering them as a menu item. It was very enjoyable on this hot day that was over 100° .. I appreciate Starbucks for doing that for the community and of course I always appreciate that they are pet friendly. It's a relief to walk into a cafe or any place serving food or drinks and not get told to leave because of my dog. Thanks Starbucks ~~ your Loyal Customer 😊

Pleasant. Only been to this SB for at least 10 times within the year as it's not the closest for me walkwise. So far I have had no negative issues with the current baristas as I don't converse beyond my order. Plenty of space to walk around inside. Not enough chairs or tables if it happened to be full inside, outside seating is available to. Internet connectivity is google WiFi. compared to the at&t standard many SB's use, it is very video stream friendly wish I stayed more often watching cats on social media.

Dear coffee diary: Used to get mochas but now I just get a coffee and extra heavy cream. Less sugar but creamy and warm. Every now And then I’ll get a mocha to treat myself tho.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this particular Starbucks store. The order has always been correct, speedy, and served by friendly, professional,and hard-working baristas. Additionally, the motored at this location is clean and the prescribed Covid-safety procedures are avidly adhered to without sacrificing a consistent welcoming atmosphere both in store for take-out and at the drive-thru window. Kudos!

While not the biggest store in terms of size and parking. This is one of those Starbucks that always feels studious. Like it has that college library vibe that makes it so you get work done. 5 stars for the atmosphere. Pair that with the fast staff and great drinks and this is easily one of my favorite Starbucks in the valley.

This Starbucks looks and behaves and serves just like many other Starbucks I've been too, but I can't even explain how approachable and warm the staff is at this location; and the quietness of this suburban location is just excellent. You'd have to go there to experience it yourself.

They let me have another package of a meal after I accidentally picked one that looked open. Thank you for your kindness and hard work. I know it's a hard job, and I thank you for your good customer service.

My daughter loves starbucks but for me is little pricey,so far so good but I feel like it's a library, why people come there and do their business. Not the greatest neighborhood and the outdoor seating is sub-par. However, the staff are friendly and efficient. The coffee and food offerings are the same as any Starbucks.

Friendly, kind, attentive, professional service. While located in busy neighborhood and commercial center, there's parking lot and street parking as well. Drive thru is also an option.

This Starbucks is huuuge. And it was so nice and cold in there. The service was fast and coffee tastes like any other coffee from any other Starbucks, which is just fine with me.

It's adequate. A decent place to study with plenty of outlets to charge your computer or cellphone (also has a wireless charging table).

I got here with my sister all the time and we love the customer service we definitely will be coming back.

I like the seating. Plenty of space to chill for a bit. Not many options out, like milk and juices you'll find at other Starbucks.

Pretty decent chain that keeps good standards in taste as well as management. The coffee is always pretty good but they could step it up a notch with the food and breads. Something more for kids too.

Like pretty much every Starbucks plus they have wireless charging pads built into the table tops. A short walk from Auto Stiegler if your'e waiting on same day repairs and just want to hang out snacking and using WiFi to get stuff done.

I usually go to this place at night to work on projects. Some of the staff are so energetic, nice and fun you won't believe it's already 10:00 pm! it has Modest decor and environment but I prefer this one to other Starbucks in the area.

It was nice and clean, very spacious. They had actual outlets where you could plug in a regular phone, unlike some of the pretentious ones in downtown LA. That was a real plus because I had a critical need for phone charging at the time. Thanks guys!

Edit - Thank you for responding. Hopefully the team at this store gets the message. Products are good but they get my custom order wrong about 80% of the time. Just this location. No other Starbucks in LA or anywhere I travel does this. It's brought to my office with no chance to correct. Bagel with 2 butters will be on their label and cream cheese shows up.

Great coffee great service. The young lady with pink hair "Emily" is always in a great mood and happy to help. Someone new made my coffee and made it wrong. When I went in to have it fixed , the new young lady had a bad attitude, like it was my fault. Not very friendly and rude. Emily stepped in and took care of me. Thank you Emily. You really helped this old man.

I try to avoid this location soley because of the location. Transients are always there, are at the jack n the box next door. The parking lot is redic for the simple fact that you have 8 or more businesses and there is only enough parking for their employees. Then the police are constantly in that area or watching someone around there. I dont know why, Starbucks could do so much better and yet have stayed despite all the issues surrounding them. The drive thru, if you have never been to this dive thru it's a guarantee you will hit the right front tire on the curb where drive thru turns just like everyone does. Other than that good service and patrons are cool. Mainly area and transients

They messed up my drink twice and gave me attitude when I asked if they can fix it. Plus the parking is small. Maybe drive-thru is better.

I don't usually go to this particular Starbucks but I had a meeting with someone. It was pretty dirty, and the baristas weren't nearly as hospitable or friendly as the one I go to. They weren't that busy so....anyhoo

Good spot. The service is great but all of the connections on the left wall don't work. I hope they will fix them soon. The parking is a bit limited but you will find a spot after a while. Mixed crowd and they also have tables outside. Friendly ppl comes here.

I ordered my usual drink and 2 puppuccinos but when I got home, my drink was way off from what I ordered. I called before going back and they said they could remake it. I waited again and they still made me repay for it... I told them at the window I called before and all I received was an "I'm sorry.". The second drink I received was probably 80% full in a venti cup. I go to this location due to it being close to my house, but I'll be switching locations or going back to Coffee Bean.

Unfortunately SOME (far from all) of the baristas at this Starbucks are somewhat intellectually deficient.. This assessment is based on their inability to follow simple instructions.. Please be mindful of this shortcoming when ordering at this particular location..

Poor customer service. Manager refused to cash-out the remaining $9.25 on my Starbucks Giftcard. California State law requires businesses to refund (if requested) any amount less than $10.00.

Drinks are made good but the biggest downfall is how slow the drive-thru moves. Takes way too long. Better off making the trip to Louise and Saticoy

Iced coffee was old, asked for no ice and no room for cream. The whole cup was ice with a full inch from my fluid meniscus to cup edge. They offered whipped cream, but the nitrous charger was sucked dry. Also no smoking and the patio is a Sahara theme with two umbrellae which had both long ago living for any purpose. Lpt, the door lock is broken but there's still an interior deadbolt.

I purchased a Venti Caramel Frappuccino and was disappointed to taste literally just milk with caramel syrup. There was no typical coffee flavor that this drink has. I only gave this place 2 stars due to the drive through lady being polite and nice when taking my order.

Messed up my order but made a new one quickly; however, it still wasn't exactly right. They are good at basic drinks but don't pay attention to details, so be wary when customizing drinks. Especially on app orders

I guess this is the wrong neighborhood to order a chai latte? Wasn't good. The inside of the store was dirty and was a mix of paying customers and what appeared to be homeless people. Not exactly a good place for anything. I would have given 1 star had it not been for the friendly cashier.

Awful. I asked for a caramel frappuchino with extra caramel. What I got barely had any caramel and it almost tasted like it was just vanilla. That was the first and last time I visit that Starbucks.

This starbuck has the worst costumer service, always take forever to get your coffee, so expect to wait at least 20 minutes, and drinks never taste as good as any other lications.

Gave this place a try for a really long time because they were close to home. But to be honest, they give the worst service to customers. Their orders are usually always wrong, they are more closed than open through the mobile app, and when they answer the phone the lady barristas are extremely rude and don’t know how to talk to customers. They take out their personal frustrations from home out on me every time I am there and I hate saying this because I’ve been working in customer service for almost 10 years so I know how it is on both sides. I don’t say anything but the way this specific lady barrista was so rude to me on the phone this morning for a simple question made me want to write this review and more. It is true what they say if you can’t handle customer service then you shouldn’t be working there. Very disappointed in that specific store and the people who work there. I will make sure to tell anyone I know to never stop by this specific Starbucks. Horrible horrible horrible service.

I go here in drive thru for the cinnamon frapp my favorite part is the cinnamon sprinkled on top and he didn’t put it on one and I said okay that’s fine maybe the other one has it he gives me the other one and no sprinkles! I tell him nicely that it’s supposed to have cinnamon sprinkles on it and he says oh sorry about that and spits on my drink! Thinking I didn’t see that! And he smiled and said sorry about that. The one he spat on was dripping so much when he gave it and didn’t even give napkins. He forgot to give my credit card too I had to go inside and ask for my card I don’t wanna know what would happen if i forgot it. This was a horrible experience I’m never going to this one again. Disappointed.

They made my order wrong again. This isn’t the first time. And the worst part is I can’t just drive back I have a job to go to. And workers have attitude when I speak kindly to them. Definitely not coming here anymore.

This company made ridiculous changes to reduce rewards points. On the app, it is inviting to see you have rewards. You walk in and barista telling you, rewards are not good for anything, not even a tall americano which is a few cents to make. I contacted to the company, taking the time to let them know but they were not willing compensate or offer anything. Avoid Starbucks forever!!!

Today at 9pm I drove through got my drinks and I asked for a tray and they said no because they where out of them .Okay I let it slide but then I get home and they kept my debit card not only do I waste gas but now I'm driving back tired . When I get there I ask form card and after checking my ID they return it to me . First time calling in for a traveler Pitcher called about 6 am to have it ready since I’m a healthcare worker, I pulled up into the drive thru let them know I was there for a traveler and they told me “ oh 6:30? Traveler ? Oh we just gave the three .my co worker didn’t inform me ..you would have to wait 15 min ... and this is why I called earlier to have it ready and for work purposes.. this is very sad and what poor communication on their behalf within each other and to top it off they didn’t even care what poor customer service this Starbucks needs improvement!!

HATE their service. They are so slow, drive thru is ridiculous slow. Forget going there if you want to do drive thru go inside, chances are you will get your coffee faster.

UPDATED: I just want to say this is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to on multiple occasions. I go here because it's not too busy. That's all. I go in happy there is no line and leave disappointed. Let's just talk about today at 9:25am on 8/27/21. Nice gal at the counter. You can see she was pretty new with a coworker hovering over her shoulder with a grin. After ordering I hear a lady in a white shirt (found out she was the manager) yelling at the staff, "I just cleaned that!" The person making my drink I asked to add just a little more dragonfruit to my drinks shows me the drink saying, "it's dark already," and ignores my request.

I tried to order an Iced matcha latte with strawberry puree through Uber Eats at this location but adding strawberry puree is not an option to add so I always call the location to ask if they can add the puree and never had an issue until this location. The manager said it was a dollar charge and that's why he couldn't add it. Now I'm gonna receive a venti sized drink that I don't even want. Thanks nerd.

Make sure to get your correct change back. I went to this location yesterday and the girl in the drive thru window gave me insufficient change. I knew she had pocketed it so I asked for the receipt. She had only gave me 10 dollars back. That is when she gave me my receipt and 2 more dollars back lol. That’s sad how they be doing that. I guess Starbucks doesn’t pay enough. Be sure to watch out for the dyke looking girl when you’re there guys.

I ordered a Non-Dairy Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. What I received was clearly a milk-based latte. I mentioned immediately at the window that it didn’t look right, and instead of remaking it properly, they handed me the same drink again with foam on top. It’s disappointing when staff don’t seem familiar with the beverages they’re making. Some customers carefully track what they consume, and being given the wrong drink (especially after pointing it out) shows a lack of attention to detail and care. I expect better accuracy and service.

Been going to sbux for years. VERY dissapointed at this location, and apparently most la County ones, for restrictions to their bathrooms, really? I understand why they started charging for water (cost of goods whatnot) but when you have a kid who needs to answer nature's call, and u tell me I have to buy something, for him to use it? Smh....shame@sbux I'm done with this chain. They have lost all touch with customer experience, and how to respond to simple human situations. Her tone and facial expressions were dripping with attitude. I asked if she was ok and she intensified her attitude, I just walked away. I’m really not much of a leave a comment guy but when I do, I do it honestly and this place sucks the barista that made my drink last time I went there which was 2nd of Jan I ordered a venti iced matcha latte with no ice and I received a venti cup filled at least 1/4 literally with idk what it was but it did kinda taste matcha without 4 pumps of hazelnut syrup I requested to then the rest of my drink was literally just foam. I am not sure if that barista that made my drink was just tired, lazy or hates but it definitely did ruin my mood, so if you’re planning to buy food in this place please check your order.

I come here multiple times a week sometimes 2 times a day today oh wow was a different experience, I went to order my usual my coffee with milk but the milk was chunky and bitter whatever the reason was it was spoiled. I called the girl who answered the phone was nice polite and offered me a refund or remake, I said ok to the remake even asked if I could pick it up at the window. When I got there there was another girl working the drive thru which is one of those people that take their minimum paying jobs way too seriously and she told me No you have to let us know before you come to the window, yaddie yaddie ya, blah blah blah, if the girl working the drive thru used her noggin just a little bit, then what was the point of me calling and asking and getting the ok of me going to the window. I was ordering 4 drinks and 4 bakery items but the way they talked to me was like I was begging them to give it for free. I’m PAYING you to make these drinks. A woman was taking my order and in the middle of my order she told me to wait while she takes another order. I’ve never had issues with Starbucks and I love the people that work there. This location was very rude and brought me lots of inconveniences. Will never be coming back.
