My problem with this location is one thing. I ordered my food with the app, paid for it and went to pick it up. It was not ready. I mentioned it to a manager and he said " its not us it's corporate" no apologies given. Just excuses.

Customer service was amazing but they gave me the wrong order and I didn't realize until I was almost home which was over 20min away. I wasn't about to turn around to have it fixed. What they gave me definitely cost less money than the one I paid for. 🙄

Not a very good experience. I ordered with a young lady at the front counter named Grace seemed very nice. Seem as if she had the job down packed. I asked her were they still serving breakfast. She said no there’s no more breakfast food; fine! I then order my lunch food. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal/ fries no pickles, no salt so I knew that I had to wait. As I waited for my fries that was supposed to be no salt which meant they would’ve been fresh. I hear the words sausage biscuits over and over as I sit there for another maybe five minutes I hear a lady say “no more breakfast food! breakfast food is all gone.” I did let Grace know that I’m aware that they just ran out of breakfast and that I’m upset because I didn’t get to order breakfast. I remain kind to grace although I was furious. I get my order and the fries are room temperature. They aren’t salty, but they are room temperature and they even left me a hash brown at the bottom of my waffle fries. How nice of you guys I won’t be back. This makes zero sense if Grace didn’t know that they were still serving breakfast then Grace should’ve asked a manager or a cook instead of just writing off breakfast as if it wasn’t an option at that time. Don’t just give me the short end of the stick and that’s exactly what I feel like I got I won’t be back

Went through the drive-thru and tried to order breakfast and a milkshake and the guy taking the orders was being a smart butt telling me the didn’t have them. When I was paying I asked the guy for strawberry jam and he said “ok”. After I get my order I looked in the bag and no jam, I go inside and ask a young lady for it and as she was getting it for me another lady steps in and says “we have some over there on the condiment table you can get it yourself” customer service is non existent at this chick fil a. Really poorly run store. The wait times were horrible, wound up walking out before I even ordered. There were several loud teens in there just cursing in front of small children with the manager/supervisor not saying a word. I thought this was a well run Christian chain– what happened here? This was worse than Taco Bell!

I am a regular customer, I order from this location for lunch almost everyday. I placed my order through the app for breakfast at 10:22 and was charged and said my order would be ready upon my arrival. I got to the restaurant around 10:35 and they said they couldn’t complete my order since breakfast ended at 10:30. They didn’t issue me a refund, the app kept saying my order was ready and when I called the store no one answered. I had to call corporate for a refund. Then they updated my order time on the app to 10:45 which is a lie! You can see the time I was charged verses what the app says! This is very deceptive and unlike chick fil a culture. I will never return or suggest anyone to come to this location.

Be very careful if you visit this location. There’s a curb in the far lane that isn’t clearly marked, and apparently, a lot of people hit it. I think I damaged my sports car badly because of it. You’d think a company that prides itself on customer service would fix the issue or at least place tall cones around it, but it seems they’re too focused on profits to care. Very disappointing experience.

Worst chick fil a in the area. Avoid!! Terrible drive through set up. Will easily take over 20 mins to get a drive through order when there’s like 5 cars in line. Have never experienced this at other chick fil as that are way busier.

If I could leave no reviews I would. I got to my hotel to eat and I found a nasty fly in my food. I called the restaurant to inform them and was told to return and they can refund me as well as make me a new salad. Unfortunately I will not eat a salad again from this place is what I told them, but that I will prefer to choose a different item on the menu. I got to the restaurant only for the shift lead to tell me he cannot give me something different outside of a salad and offered me a brownie card. The shift lead was RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and did not CARE. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! UNLESS you like to eat flies.
