Me and my friend enjoyed our brunch here. Excellent customer service from Antonio who made sure everything was ok with our food. Will definitely be back again :)

Went here for brunch and really enjoyed their portion sizes and their wide variety of brunch/breakfast options. Their full English breakfast was great value for money and was really filling and great portion sizes. The bacon was crisp and their sausages weren’t too greasy which was a perfect combination. Would highly recommend their brunch for anyone in the area. Their fresh juices were a great complement to the brunch.

Very good experience at Bill's Richmond! Kind and quick service, our server, Manik, was with good wits of humour and had an excellent memory delivering our order without notes. Me and my friends all work or worked in hospitality and that's, fair to say, is a brilliantly practiced skill in a busy place like that. Definitely will return next time I visit Richmond!

Excellent breakfast place. I had a latte, ginger shot, avocado toast with scrambled eggs. My Husband had the triple chocolate pancakes! Haha so extra! But the pancake was so fluffy and delicious! Glad we went here.

Really lovely lunch/brunch. Great food and really good service. Imelda was a wonderful server, genuinely friendly and kind. Made our whole experience so enjoyable. A real credit to Bill's!

We had lunch at Bill's, and loved the food. The BBQ Beef brisket burger and the pork tomahawk special were the outstanding dishes. Our waiter, Antonio, was also really great. He was always ready to assist or get us extra sharing plates even before we had to ask.

Delicious food, wonderful views and incredible service! Antonio and his team were all friendly welcoming and super helpful - plus gave me the most beautiful table looking out over the river - such a lovely lunch - highly recommend!!

This is our first time in the Richmond area of London, & we are in love. It may be a favorite place of mine! And Bill's is a must stop when you are in the neighborhood visiting or shopping. My Eggs Benedict was so delicious! But what impressed me the most is that I was given a Gluten Free Menu, when asked about allergies, & the choices were as many as the regular menu, and SO MANY BREADS! Normally breads are just left off, but they make many breads & menu items gluten free! The environment is cozy & welcoming, & Antonio was such a brilliant waiter. He checked on us & made sure we had everything we needed. Do eat at Bill's. You'll keep going back!

Nicole and the other waitresses were very attentive, despite it being busy we got our food quickly and it tasted great. Lovely restaurant on the river.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the, Berries & Whipped Vanilla Cream at Bills, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The combination of fresh, vibrant berries with the rich, silky whipped vanilla cream was a perfect balance of sweet and creamy. The flavors were both refreshing and indulgent, with each bite leaving you wanting more. It felt like the perfect summer treat! Antonio, our server, was incredibly attentive and friendly. His service added to the experience. He made us feel welcome and ensured everything was to our liking. It's always nice when the service matches the quality of the food! Whether you're a fan of fruity desserts or looking for something a bit lighter but still indulgent, the Berries & Whipped Vanilla Cream is definitely worth trying. I will absolutely be coming back for more!

We had a wonderful breakfast today at Bills. Margarita was our waitress and she was so lovely and attentive. The teas came very quickly and the food swiftly followed. We had The Garden Platter and Egg Royal. It was the right amount of food and the flavours worked wonderfully together.

Great experience with 2 kids. Neli was super friendly and kind. Pancakes were delicious. I highly recommend it.

Jubin was an amazing server and I had a lovely birthday dinner with my girlfriend. Food was really delicious too. Reasonably priced and came out quickly. Even had some lemonade soft drinks that were lovely.

We are visiting London from the states and popped in Bill’s and loved the atmosphere with all the unique decor. Our server, Antonio, was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of.

I recently organised a community brunch for 15 people at Bill’s Restaurant in Richmond, and it was absolutely spot on from start to finish. A huge thank you to John, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He managed our large group with total ease, made everyone feel welcome, and ensured the whole morning ran smoothly. His attention to detail and friendly manner didn’t go unnoticed and to top it all off, he even surprised us with some ice cream on the house, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture! The food, expertly prepared by Chef Fredi, was delicious. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, a real treat for the whole group. And of course, a special mention to Neli, who was lovely throughout. If you’re looking for a place in Richmond for a group brunch or just a top-quality meal with fantastic service, Bill’s is the place to go. Massive thanks again to John, Fredi, and Neli, you truly made our community gathering one to remember!

We popped in for brunch at 10:30 AM on a Monday, and were promptly seated without a reservation. We enjoyed the teas and coolers. Highly recommend the Garden Plate and Bill’s Big Brunch

I went to Bill’s Richmond on Monday evening to celebrate my pre-graduation ceremony and Neli the manager was so kind and welcoming with all of us, she accommodated us at the best spot of the restaurant with views to the riverside, also Kuba brought us the drinks in a very promptly manner as well as Harrison who brought our food making sure nothing was as missing on the table throughout the evening. Neli and the team made my special evening beyond and above expectations and I felt that I would love to celebrate any other important occasion with this team and the restaurant. Food was very good as well. But service has been outstanding!

I don’t often write reviews but I really wanted to say how exceptionally good the staff were at Bill’s tonight. A special thanks to the lady (sorry I didn’t catch her name) who was really nice to our son and made his night when she complimented his dessert construction! Great food and good deals as always.

We had such a fantastic experience at Bills in Richmond! The food was absolutely delicious with so many great options, especially for coeliacs – it’s such a relief to find somewhere that takes dietary needs seriously without compromising on flavour. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of taste. A special mention has to go to our server, Shai, who truly made the evening memorable. Personable, attentive, and warm, Shai went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and felt really well looked after. That kind of service makes all the difference, and it turned a great meal into an outstanding experience. Highly recommend Bills Richmond – wonderful food, fantastic atmosphere, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Popped in with the rest of the gang to celebrate my birthday without a booking. From the outset the staff could not have been more attentive. The food was excellent and this is high praise with two picky children in tow. Shout out to Neli who saw that it was my birthday and presented my desert with a candle in it as well as a group rendition of Happy Birthday. This was my first time in a Bills and I will certainly be back.

We had such a nice experience today at Bill's. It was our first time visiting and the lovely staff made our day with their friendly service and tasty food. Thanks to Margarita and Dorina (our pancake chef 🥞) for bringing a smile on our faces on a cold, rainy day. Our server went above and beyond and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt pampered and it was truly a lovely experience.

We had the all day breakfast on 19th February - good quality and generous portions. Excellent service from Antonio. Great value overall.

We recently visited Bill’s Richmond, on a Sunday afternoon with no reservation; 4 adults and 2 dogs. The team, and especially Shai, were extremely helpful, accommodating and welcoming. They prepared a great table for us. The food was great, the service was quick & efficient with care & attention to detail. It was a very fun experience! We will definitely be back! Thank you Shai!

We were there in the afternoon and had brunch. We really enjoyed our food. Our server Neli was absolutely lovely. It was extremely busy but she always had a smile on her face. We decided to share a dessert also a crumble and liked it. It is a charming restaurant and we will go back.

We had the most beautiful experience celebrating Valentine’s Day lunch at your restaurant. It was such a special day for us as we came with our newborn, making it an unforgettable moment for both myself and my daughter. A very special thank you to Neli and Charlotte for going above and beyond to make us feel so special. This is a memory we will always cherish.

We had an amazing experience, we came a bit earlier and although they planned to give us a table with a view to the river we decided to sit somewhere else instead of waiting till our reservation time, and honestly all tables are very nice, the decoration is very well taken cared of in every corner of the restaurant. Neli was our main server today and she was very caring of every detail and showed genuine interest for our experience at Bill’s, we also got served by Lisa and another brunette girl ( she recommended the spicy mango margarita and it was delicious ) they were all very warm and kind. Food was great, specially the calamari. We will definitely come back when we’re around the area.

Properly impressed with Bill’s in Richmond, food was spot on, came out hot and full of flavour, and the portions were decent too. Service was friendly and relaxed without being over the top, and Antonio my server was great as well, really attentive and easy to chat to. Atmosphere had a nice buzz but still easy to talk. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Definitely going back.

We came as a group of three plus our dog 🐶 and had a lovely brunch experience! We ordered the Bill's Big Brunch, Ultimate Brunch Burger, and Steak, Eggs & Chips. Everything was delicious – the egg quality stood out as particularly good, and the rosemary fries were crispy and full of flavor. The only slight downside was that the steak was a bit overcooked for our liking. The restaurant has a great decor and a welcoming vibe. It's also pet-friendly, which is a big plus for us. Special thanks to Alisha – she was incredibly helpful, quick to respond whenever we needed anything, and always had a friendly, positive attitude. Would definitely come back again!

Traditional British breakfast in traditional surroundings. Extremely heavy, for someone from another country it is more like lunch. For me the tea was a disappointment, but maybe my expectations of an intense Erl Grey tea for breakfast were a mistake. We were served by Antonio, very friendly and interested in our satisfaction with the meal

Arrived 20 mins early but seated straight away. The food was very good, I had prawn cocktail with avacado and mango to start followed by chicken two ways.Others in our party of 4 had hallumi fries and dumplings followed by pork tomahawk or burgers.All of us really enjoyed our food! We had a bottle of Pinot Grigio and cocktails all good. Service was good and a nice family atmosphere.

We loved the food. The service was nice in terms of politeness but I ordered scrambled eggs with bacon, they brought the scrambled eggs but forgot the bacon. When asked about the bacon they brought it but charged me separately for it. My husband asked for a mocha, he has been brought a hot chocolate and on the bill there were both the hot chocolate and the mocha. We have been charged only for the hot chocolate but it was obvious they messed up the order. It is a shame because the food was amazing but the waiters seem to be all over the place. Not sure we will go back.

Worst Bills experience - I advise you to try another Bills branch. We go to the Bills in Windsor a few times a month for brunch but decided to try the Richmond branch as it is closer to us. Big mistake! The fact that both me and my husband both say it was the worst meal we have had in a long time, speaks volumes. I order the garden plate for my brunch menu but asked for scrambled eggs with cheese instead of poached and no hollandaise sauce, extra beans instead (I get this every time at all Bill’s branches). I was told that the chef isn’t happy to make the change as it isn’t breakfast time anymore (even though they are serving a breakfast item). We said no problem and decide it would be better if we just went elsewhere. As we were getting up to go, we were told no problem, they will make the swap, but the chef can’t put cheese in the scramble but on the side (weird but ok) we still appreciated that the swap could be made. However, when my food came, I received an omelette with hollandaise sauce and some cheese which look liked it had been freeze dried on the side. At this point, it had been way too long of a bother to even complain and we were hungry because of all the previous issues with the chef, so we got on with eating whatever we were given. My husbands had order the Thai green curry, which he said had been microwaved and was definitely no where near fresh. My food was let’s just say, mediocre is putting it nicely. Lastly I had ordered a white chocolate mocha, which I get from Bills each time we go, this was not a white chocolate mocha, firstly the colour was dark brown (white mochas are always light brown in colour), secondly it was so bitter even after 2 sweeteners and I love bitter coffee but this was un drinkable and thirdly, it did not taste nothing like a white mocha. When I asked just to double check I was told it was most definitely a white mocha. So I asked if it was possible for them to add some of the syrup/powder as this was literally so bitter I couldn’t even drink it, the server called the manager over who kept telling me that this is what I ordered and I might not like it because of the new powder, I said it was un drinkable and could I get some more powder added it as it’s so bitter so which he was hesitating for some reason. Finally, he said he would bring the powder to the table so I can add it in myself, what is that going to do once the coffee is lukewarm? I had to ask well if it so bitter, can you not just make another one, I can’t believe that a customer has to suggest that to a manager, as opposed to him thinking of that himself. Needless to say, even when it did arrive, it was just as bitter and un drinkable. Lesson learnt - won’t be coming to this Bill’s again and will definitely stick to the Bill’s in Windsor. Better food, better customer service 👍

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my visit to Bill’s Richmond. I had a table booked for 19:45, but the service was completely unacceptable. ​It took half an hour just for our drinks to arrive. Even worse, we had to wait two hours for our main courses to be served. I was dining with my children, and as you can imagine, such a long delay made the evening incredibly stressful and difficult for them. ​Given the poor level of service and the unreasonable wait times, I certainly will not be returning and would not recommend this experience to others. I would appreciate your comments on how this will be addressed."
