We had such a lovely evening here! The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful — especially the glass dome seating with the city view. It felt cozy, warm and very special. The food and drinks were great, and the whole experience was amazing. A special thank you to our waiter Abir — he was very polite, attentive and friendly. He made our visit even more enjoyable with his excellent service. We will definitely come back again!
Today I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant, and I’m so happy we chose this place! ✨ The atmosphere was warm and festive, and everything was perfect. A special thank you to our waiter, Abir — he was very pleasant, attentive, and kind. His excellent service made my day even more special. I truly enjoyed my celebration and felt very happy. We will definitely come back again! 🎉💖
We were looking for a cute and easy place to have a little lunch. Couldn’t pass up eating in an Igloo overlooking the water. Also- right next to The Tower of London. Great location and we walked right in on a Friday afternoon. Would advise that we were here in February and Igloo seating tends to get very warm in summer months. Typically, they require four for igloo seating- just FYI. Service was great! Staff was very friendly and everything was made to perfection. The Espresso Martini was delish! Pizza was exceptional! Would absolutely order fried chicken again! Came with a very tasty dipping sauce. Perfect for our party of two! We weren’t rushed at all. Had a lovely afternoon hanging out. Very reasonably priced for the quality. For the two of us it was around 68 pounds or close to $100 USD. Can’t beat the location! Highly recommend stopping in for a bite and bevy. Cheers until next time!
Really great food and the best ambience one could ask for. It was my birthday celebration and they treated me with great vegan icecream! Our server, was Abir and he gave us great recommendations and served us well. We booked the igloo and had a wonderful time!
We had the most amazing experience last night in one of the igloos celebrating a 60th birthday We were quite a big party of 8 all our food was served at the same time and was delicious. The servers were very attentive and took several photos for us inside the igloo and outside during the snow fall. We all had tje very best experience and cannot rate Copps Club enough we will definatley be back Thank you x
At Coppa Club Tower Bridge, everything was great. The atmosphere was lovely, the coffee was good, and the food was tasty and well presented. A perfect spot for breakfast or brunch with a beautiful view. Highly recommend 😊
Wonderful restaurant with a stunning view of Tower Bridge. We would especially like to thank our waiter Abir very attentive, polite and pleasant service, which made the evening truly warm and memorable. We will definitely come back again!
If I didn’t have a train booked that afternoon, I would have happily grazed my way through the whole day of menus until closing time. I did not want to leave! We went for breakfast at my friends suggestion that it was a “great location, and great food” but from the second I saw the setting of the garden igloos against the backdrop of the Thames and The Shard with the arches of autumnal floristry and warm welcome from the staff, I knew this experience would be more than “breakfast with a view”! The menu choice was great, the coffee was strong and hot and the staff perfectly accommodating and highly capable of real human communication with a dose of good humour (an increasingly rare trait). I could imagine a great corporate away day in an igloo for business, or just with friends for a celebratory brunch, or exactly as we had it… A triple relaxed breakfast rendezvous with great quality… well, everything!
We managed to get the last outside dome at lunchtime with our grandson. Our young waitress was particularly great and the other waiting staff were excellent too, the food was well cooked and was the overall service was spot on. It finished off a lovely visit to the Tower of London.
Had a fantastic time at Coppa near Tower Bridge. The setting by the river with views of Tower Bridge is lovely and the atmosphere is relaxed and lively. The food and drinks were great, but what really made the evening was the service from our waiter, Dhruv. He was genuinely friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and checked in at just the right moments to make sure we had everything we needed. Dhruv explained the menu and drinks clearly, made helpful recommendations, and everything arrived promptly and just as ordered. It felt like he really cared that we had a good experience. We left very happy and would definitely come back and ask for Dhruv again.
This place was amazing we came for my friends birthday. My main dish was delicious and we'll priced. My dessert was lovely and full of flavour and even the drinks were great , the service was 1st class the waiter Niloy was great to our table and even difficult requests and surprised my friend writing happy birthday in sauce next to her dessert. I would definitely come back here the scenery is beautiful as well and everything couldn't have been better :)
Food and Atmosphere were both awesome. Service just meh - not the most friendly gents.... Super convenient to grab lunch between getting off the Hop-on-hop-off bus and then going on the coordinating boat tour.
We had our work Xmas do here, it was so beautiful and the view across the river from the igloos was great!! Incredible food! And service was great! Thank you so much for a lovely night x
Really good, great place for dinner with family or happy hours with friends. Food was delicious, the sirloin was a bit expensive but worth the price. The service was outstanding, simply amazing, staff were very helpful and they were very careful in regard to food allergy and cross contamination. Not a big deal but if the igloos were facing to the river (same as in Coppa Club Putney) the atmosphere would improve by 300%, I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for that especially during the night eating or having a drink while looking to all the city and Tower Bridge light. In general it was great, definitely worth your time and money. ☺️ Thank you!
Nicolas provided fantastic service. We loved his manners and warm nature. Food was correct and anything our party required was provided quickly and with a smile.
We turned up on spec & were given a table for two outside on the terrace in the sunshine, which was absolutely perfect on an autumn day. The Staff were very kind & polite, the food was absolutely delicious & the Crème Brûlée was to die for! We plan on revisiting on our next visit to London.
Great views and service. Came here for breakfast and would like to come back for dinner. Book in advance for the pods. They were very nicely decorated and include heaters!
The igloo experience was great. Not the best weather, but still the space was really cozy and the food was premium. Nicolas served us today, he topped the experience for us by being very considerate and friendly :)
We went for breakfast and had the best experience: beautiful view of the Tower Bridge and the Shard + the food was amazing. Can definitely recommend to visit and order the immunity kick shot for extra energy :)
Loved it, Igloo was fab, great vibe, brilliant setting. Best way to celebrate my 50th!! Our server Nidhi was amazing from start to finish, even singing Happy Birthday when she kindly brought the cake out!!
We celebrated a friend’s birthday here and had an amazing time! The ambiance was elegant and serene, making it ideal for the occasion. The food and drinks were excellent, with high-quality ingredients and a great selection, including options for various dietary needs. The staff was warm and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged, adding to the overall charm. I’ll definitely be back!
Traveled from the US for business. Had a business lunch Tuesday went back Thursday for a business meeting. Liked it so much went back Friday for my personal day with friends. A great experience. Our waiter Micolas Friday was awesome. Friendly and very attentive. Would definitely go back again next time I am in the UK!
Stopped in while waiting for a river cruise and without a reservation they seated 3 of us easily for lunch. The lounge style tables had powerpoints and USB charging access which was fantastic. We ordered the GF crab pasta, a Caesar salad and the Truffle + Pecorino fries - all of which were fresh and tasty. Decor is beautiful, very instagrammable. Especially the igloos outside. Would go again when visiting London.
Wow we loved this place! The food and drinks were phenomenal. Dhruv made our experience extra special with lots of recommendations and great hospitality. Get the Mezze sampler platter!
We had a really great time with my family! Perfect view and food was great. Friendly staff especially Andres who served us.. Professional and accommodating..Thank you so much..
Stunning place and view but even more stunning was Victor’s service! We were a big group to celebrate a bride to be and he was absolutely amazing and extremely caring with some of the people with severe allergies. He managed to give alternatives adapted to everyone’s needs with patience paying attention to every details. He is very friendly and professional and gives great food and desserts recommendations! We also asked for a small dessert with a candle to celebrate the bride’s birthday and he made this happen amazingly! Food was great and perfect portions! Thank you Victor :) And thank you team, We will be back!
Amazing venue, we went for breakfast on Saturday morning in an Igloo. Breakfast was piping hot, the igloo was beautifully warm and the service was so quick when we needed anything. Staff couldn't be more helpful, would absolutely recommend!
Abir is the best server. He gave us space and served with professionalism. We love this place with the river view and very cozy atmosphere! Will definitely come back!
Amazing evening meal celebrating my 40th Birthday with my girlfriends! Igloo experience was fab with the gorgeous view and great location. A couple of niggles had with the meal, but this was rectified, but didnt ruin the great experience! Thank you to our sever, Nicolas, he was great.
The food is delicious and the location is really nice, just right beside the Tower of London
Absolutely beautiful restaurant with views of the Thames River and Tower bridge. Raihan our server was courteous and very helpful. Beautiful experience! 10/10
Absolutely brilliant. We had the sweetest waitress serving us, she was so lovely and charismatic, honestly made our meal that much better. We watched her serve those next to us who didn’t enjoy their meal or those who couldn’t speak strong English, she handles both with grace, elegance and humour, just a lovely human. The food was exceptional, must try was the garlic prawns and pork/fennel pasta, too die for! Thank you so much team, happy new years!
Absolutely loved this spot! The igloo-style seating was such a vibe — cozy, private, and perfect for photos. The food and drinks were delicious and beautifully presented, but what really stood out was our amazing server — so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Great atmosphere, great service, and all-around good vibes. Can’t wait to come back!
Coppa Club Tower Bridge has the potential to be a 5 star experience. The food and table service were excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. We visited on a weekday afternoon when the restaurant was not busy at all, and most of the igloos appeared to be available. We were two people and politely asked for an igloo, even confirming whether there was a minimum spend or additional charge, which we were happy to pay. However, the front desk staff member told us all igloos were fully booked and unavailable. He further mentioned it’s fully booked for the whole day. This didn’t quite add up, as the restaurant was quiet, so I stepped outside to check availability online and was able to make a reservation immediately, which showed igloos were available. When we returned, the manager handled the situation very well and provided warm, exceptional service. Overall, the food and service once seated were top-notch. With better and more transparent guest handling at the front desk, this place could easily earn a 5-star rating—it’s definitely worth visiting.
I celebrated my birthday here as it seems like a unique place. I was not disappointed with the place, the Igloo was cozy and warm, overlooking the tower bridge. However, we found the food to be average if not bland. We liked the fries, pizza and salad though. Overall, it was a good experience.
The food was actually quite good, sleepy inattentive service but never rude, so the overall experience was totally fine. We didn’t expect to be hungry so we didn’t have any reservations. We just happened to pass by our way to Tower of London. Our section was empty but they sat us at a table by the window with a blocked view. Oh well. Make reservations if you intend to dine here when visiting Tower of London.
Within walking distance if the tower of London and tower bridge, this is a nice restaurant serving good quality food. We had reserved one of the igloos. It was cold outside but nice and cosy inside. Food was great. A little expensive for what it is but still worth it. The view of the tower and south bank of the river is fantastic.
The restaurant is located near the Tower of London. It faces the Thames River and the Three Quays Walk. We ate outside in one of the igloos with views of Tower Bridge and the London skyline. They have 10 igloos and reservations are required. However we walked up at lunch and one was available. The views were awesome. The service was quick and the food was good. As it was our first full day in London we all had fish and chips (19.5£). They were really good. Overall a great experience.
A unique experience sitting in one of their snug igloos with Tower Bridge over one shoulder and the Shard over the other. An iconic location for sure. We were there for a family gathering and it was perfect for this. Service was irregular and it would be good to have a service button. Particularly frustrating to be able to see staff chatting 2 meters away but struggle to get their attention. Also an issue with the red wine being forgotten. Having said that, we all enjoyed our food and the pavlova dessert was very good.
It was a walk in decision & it was the right decision. I felt I was in Italy, the day was sunny , found perfect seats outside. Victor really looked after us, very friendly, polite & charming. He made me buy drinks twice 😂. Great place definitely recommend. You can reserve these igloos especially at night it’s gorgeous.
If you want to have meal in Igloos, I recommend to book table in advance. If you have a few people (2 persons), you may not be able to book on Friday or Saturday night. The view from Igloos is limited. Some Igloos can see a little bit of Tower bridge especially the last one. The food is good. The service is also good. The price is reasonable.
The place is absolutely beautiful, especially inside the igloos. We were very lucky to go this weekend when the weather was great. Some waiters were very friendly, but others were a little bit difficult to communicate with especially when it came to describing what drinks they were bringing to the table. I had the garden breakfast which was very beautiful on arrival. It tasted good, but it was cold and the whites on the eggs were under done. I would like to return at dinner time to try other food.
We went here with my choir(London City Singers) and were really looked after. Service was crazy efficient, ambience was super lovely and the food was great. Everything was smooth from the pre-orders to payment. Shout out to Kane for making it all as painless as possible.
Had to drove long way from my hotel in Marylebourne to the other side of London for my booking at 8:15 PM, I was soo happy as i did the booking before i travel from my country, when I arrived and ordered, I was waiting for the snow that falls every 15 min to make unforgettable videos, when it did not start I ask the wiater who told me they had to stop it at 8:00 pm because the hotel in the upper levels had complained, I was sooo upset. It was unfair, although the sane day I have sent email to the to confirm the snow fall and if we are able to access even if we are not in the igloo, they confirm and did not mention they will stop it at 8:00 However, the food was great, the grilled fish and chips and the hot mezze platter was so yummy
We got the festive set menu but the staff were not very accommodating to our request to change the champagne to a non-alcoholic drink which was kind of absurd considering we were spending £80 on the set! Would highly recommend the cabbage dish though.
Food is great. Amazing views. But this is the worst Aperol Spritz I have had anywhere in my whole life. Honestly, should have just ordered soda water. Will stick to draughty beer in future.
Waiter complained about being at work. Fries were cold. First time at Coppa. Wasn’t super impressed with the quality of the food given the price. Felt the pasta was dry, broccoli overcooked. The view is great but I’ll have to give it another try to see if it was is it an off night.
The venue is lovely with lovely views but it was a disappointing experience. I had the zucchini frittes to start which were very nice. Although could have benefited from a dip or sauce to accompany them. My main course took a really long time to come and I was the only one in my group left waiting for food. Some others in my party had even finished their meal before mine had even arrived. Unfortunately when it did arrive it was not worth the wait, the celeriac and couscous tasted great but they were extremely oily, so much so that I was not able to finish eating it. We also asked for tap water for the table three times before it was eventually brought out.
This was one of the most misleading and stressful restaurant experiences I’ve had in London. I booked a table for 18:00 and clearly stated in the notes that it was my wife’s birthday. I also mentioned that I had booked an igloo for 18:45 to celebrate. The restaurant booking was confirmed without any issue. Only 5 hours before the reservation, I was called and told that the igloo booking was not valid unless there were a minimum of 4 people and a minimum spend. None of this information was mentioned during the booking process. What’s worse: on their website, when you click “Book an Igloo”, there is no visible information about these conditions. I was then told that if igloos are fully booked, the system automatically redirects you to a normal restaurant booking without informing you. That is misleading at best, and feels like deception. The person who called me claimed to be a manager but would not give their name, showed zero empathy, offered no apology, and made no attempt to resolve or compensate the situation. This completely ruined what was meant to be a special birthday celebration. This is not drama — it’s disrespect, poor communication, and extremely unprofessional customer service. Any decent restaurant would immediately try to find a solution for a customer on a special occasion. Here, we were simply brushed off. I strongly advise anyone not to choose this place for birthdays, anniversaries, or any important event. If transparency, respect, and basic customer care matter to you, look elsewhere.
I fell for the tourist trap and booked an igloo. Granted it was a sunny day which probably didn't help but inside the igloos they were roasting. Anyone that tells you, you can get a view of tower bridge from the restaurant or igloo is flat out lying. There's bushes and shrubbery surrounding the restaurant and there's the cruise piers infront as well. Not a chance. All of the igloos even face toward the inside of the restaurant. We went for brunch, it was fine, nothing spectacular. Their green juice was atrocious and it doesn't even list what the ingredients are (asking the waiter he didn't quite know either... Should've been the warning I needed). The service? POOR! Extremely below par service for the kind of establishment they want to present themselves as. The bus boys/girls must hate their lives. Asking for condiments was as if I killed their pet. When drinks and food were brought they expected us to pass the hot cups of coffee down the line tettering on little dishes and the giant hot plates of food too instead of placing it infront of the correct guest. Attitude was through the roof. What is it with slightly fancier and pricier London restaurants where the attitudes seem to get worse when the prices are worse. Avoid this place, don't fall for the hype. Buy some nice bits from the local shop and sit on the grass across Tower Bridge on the South side and enjoy the view and nature there!
