Order was hot and ready when we arrived. Food was really good. I hadn't had Little Caesars in a while but kept seeing the commercial for the little puffs. They were delicious. No pictures because we ate them so fast.
Before my last visit, I would never have given this location a good review. The staff takes a long time to come to the drive through window, normally are short/rude and sometimes forget to bring your pizza out. BUT, recently (03/10.25) I went again and had a very pleasant experience. There was a new employee (Joshua T). Joshua came directly to the drive through window, greeted me, took my order. Then gave me the time before it would be ready. He actually thanked me for my business, how many fast food restaurants do this besides Chick-Fil-A??? Even better, he brought my pizza out early, and it was not burnt, perfect! I guess I will continue to go here, hoping they are getting better! Thanks Joshua!
Hadn't been to this location in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised from the warm greeting, to my fresh hot pizzas, to the heart felt thank you for my order.
Had my order ready when I expected after placing it online. Pizzas were hot, fresh and tasted good. Only negative note would be that there was a lot of extra crust and very little sauce and cheese - in other words, the outer crust took up a good portion of the pizza. Would have liked if the sauce and cheese went out a little further toward the edge.
Small business with drive thru. Ordered online. Pizza was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Drove up, asked to come back in 15 minutes. Circled around and came back. Asked to wait out front 15 more minutes. Did not have regular Pepsi, has to choose another drink.
I’ve visited **Little Caesars** many times over the years, and unfortunately my experience has been pretty consistent—about 2 out of 5 stars. The menu feels pretty limited, and I really think they could benefit from offering more options. A wider variety of toppings, specialty pizzas, or even more sides would make it more appealing and give customers better choices. The pizza itself is just okay. It tends to taste pretty bland and lacks the flavor you’d expect from a really good slice. It’s convenient and affordable, which is a plus, but the overall quality just isn’t impressive. It’s fine if you need something quick and cheap, but with more variety and better flavor, it could be much better.
Showed up looked like something shady was going on between employee n someone else...employee with dyed hair was wearing crocs n didn't wash there hands while they jumped from station to station n even touching there face n register..... Would recommend another location or comeback when different/more employees are there....
Probably the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. They never have anything ready and it takes forever to get your order. The guy prepping the food was on his phone with one hand while preparing food with the other with no gloves (although not required by law it should definitely be required by Little Caesars especially when customers can see you preparing their food).
Was a drive-thru customer and waited to be served after 2 customers that walked in after I pulled to the window. Only 1 person working. When I was finally acknowledged I ordered a cheese pizza and 4 packages of the pepperoni and cheese puffs. I was told it would be at least a 20 minute wait. I was then told there was 1 cheese pizza and 1 puff box ready. I was rushed for time, so I accepted those. When I got them home (4-5 min) the pizza was cold and the sauce and cheese did not go anywhere near the edge of the crust. Was a horrible experience at a place we go at least 1 to 2 times a week, for my grandchildren. This location used to be a go to for us, but no longer.
Went in the drive-through, ordered a pizza. They told me to park by the front door and they would bring it out when it was ready. I waited 20 minutes just to walk in and they had it sitting in the hot box. When I asked why it wasn’t brought out he told me he didn’t know I was waiting. Absolutely ridiculous, I was on my lunch break and wasted it all waiting
I just ordered a pizza and crazy bread. Picked up order and pizza was all burnt. Asked if it could be remade and Christian G the manager supposedly said he would not remake it and there was nothing he would do because their oven runs hot and all the pizzas were burnt. I asked for any other hot ready he said no because I order extra cheese on like that he refused to make another one since it was custom ordered despite the fact it was burnt black. No solution or refund offered and he could have cared less.
I'm here at this place, it's 10:20, 40 minutes until closing time, and the employees didn't want to sell me 8 boxes of pizzas because they're already closing everything and the hours say until 11 at night. Don't buy pizza, they don't have good prices on Mercer wine here, and they don't want to serve people.
TL;DR- Be prepared to wait forever for your pizza. I have ordered a handful of times over the last 3 years, and every time is more disappointing than the last. Today I ordered in advance for pickup at 7:00 p.m. got a noticing it was ready waited inside staring at my pizza in the container behind the counter for 17 minutes before I finally interrupted one of the workers asking if they could hand it to me. Was never greeted and there were two gentlemen next to me that have been waiting for 40 minutes for their pizza. Time before that we waited 4.5 hours for delivery. They wouldn't refund us, every time we checked in because they kept saying oh we're just taking it out now. Eventually I had to fight corporate for a refund.
Probably the most incompetent customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered stuffed crazy bread through the app. That’s it. I drive up 10 minutes later and I ask about it, and an employee stated it was still in the oven. Fine as it was a Saturday evening and I could understand it can get backed up. 20 minutes later the status on the app was still marked as “in the oven”. I walk back in and as I’m waiting for someone to assist me there are multiple customers walking in and out of the store inquiring about their order and some who have been waiting for as much as an hour. They have such a disorganized process and system and the staff acted as if they were being inconvenienced. Even the non-express pizza joints can process orders quicker than this. I finally was assisted 45 minutes in and the young man at the counter scrambled to the back…I noticed he pulled my sticks out of the oven (who knows how long they’ve been sitting in there??? ) and immediately brought them to me without apologizing. I open it up and the sticks are burnt and taste like rubber and the garlic was literally dumped on the sticks. This is completely inexcusable and corporate seriously needs to evaluate this location because based on what I’ve witnessed and the numerous one-star reviews posted below, there is clearly no management or system in place to promote good customer service and efficiency in carrying out these orders. It is flat out ridiculous that I had to wait an hour for a few stuffed breadsticks and multiple others waiting outside to have to wait for a similar amount of time for their orders, only to have such terrible quality in food in return. I will never return to this location again.
They charged my card and waited until after to let me know that they didn’t have what they charged me for, then when i asked for a refund the employee was extremely rude and told me it would take 7-10 business days just for a refund. They need better staff and better customer service, i will never be returning.
I will NEVER order from this location again! I ordered online with a pick up time of 6:30, as I was in the process of checking out they moved my pickup time to 6:45. I received the email letting me know my order was ready, only to be told it was not after waiting inside for 10 minutes to then be told it would be another 5 minutes for my wings to be done…I finally left with all my food 7:10 and to top it off, with a burnt cheese pizza that has the consistency of rubber. No one working was friendly or apologetic. Avoid this location!
It took 25 minutes to get my order, when I checked my order it was wrong. Then they told me it would take at least another 10 minutes to fix it. Not a single employee is wearing gloves or hair nets and I have only seen the manager wash there hands during the 40 minutes I was there. When I got home the 2 pizzas that were correct were cold and the pizza that they fixed was raw in the center.
AVOID thie Little Ceasar's at ALL COSTS. Pizzas order via app. Pizzas not even begun when i arrived at the promised time, while writing this review, i received text stating pizzas were done. Pizzas are not, and have been waiting long enough to post these pictures of an empty feont end, and employees talking in the rear. No one has yet to ask why i am waiting, or even acknowledged my presence. I have now been waiting long enough that the employees have locked the door, and apologized and JUST started my pizzas.
