I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Popeyes deserves it! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor—exactly what you expect when you’re craving Popeyes. The staff here is consistently friendly and quick, even when it gets busy, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. The restaurant is kept clean, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s my go-to spot whenever I want a great meal done right. Highly recommend this location!

I don't often rave about fast food spots but the attention to detail and incredible customer service at this Popeyes keeps me coming back very often. Great team that really takes the time to pay extra attention to their regulars and make sure everything is done efficiently and well. If you're around the Maspeth/Ridgewood area I'd highly recommend swinging by.

I give this place 5 stars, because the service presented is better than most fast food establishments. They are quick and efficient. The managers go out of their ways to make sure your well taken care of. Not to mention The food is always made fresh and is always so tasty. I’ve been waiting for this spot to open for a long time and finally they are here it’s so nice to have you guys in the neighbor hood! Keep up the good service! Also they have a decent size lobby enough space to sit and enjoy your meals. Big plus!

Ordered takeout from here twice via Uber Eats. Order came correct each time. The lemon pepper boneless wings were good. Well coated and the mustard sauce was good as well. Great deals at the moment BOGO wings and chicken sandwiches.

The food tased delicious and it was prepared quickly. The new owners were very kind and fulfilled my order expeditiously they finished assisting the person in front of me with an issue.

I came here to pick up food at 5:15 am. But the night shift manager here says our kitchen is closed. But their restaurant is open until 6 am. Because of this, I have to leave without food. ★ I went to pick up mobile order. The date is September 25, 2025.

I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and french fries and I was waiting for the order in the store for about 15 minutes until I said where is my food the manager was like oh they messed up!! you are in charge you messed up!!!! unbelievable to wait 15 minutes for the fast food plus the chicken sandwich had no Hot sauce and one pickle very disappointing

This was a walk-in purchase.and WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN !!! I ordered a 12-piece chicken meal with: 6 original 6 crispy 2 macaroni and cheese 6 buttermilk biscuits But instead, I received: 6 original 5 spicy chicken (crispy was missing) 2 mashed potatoes (instead of macaroni and cheese) The rest of the order was correct. YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!!

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to. Let’s start with the service. The worker was EXTREMELY rude and could care less. I told her what I wanted to order, and she was like “ okay hurry up other people are waiting for service “. I said “ excuse me? “. So she was extremely rude. Once I have left, I gave my son his bbq BONELESS chicken pieces. I heard a loud crunch so I said “ what is that “ and my son was screaming that his chicken had a bone and he hurt his tooth. I went back in, i guess she was in her lunch break. A different worker was working. Extremely rude as well. I told him what happened and he said “ I need proof of purchase. “ How do you need proof of purchase if I have the chicken in a plate. I can’t just go in the kitchen. I didn’t have the receipt because the girl didn’t give it to me. I told him all the issues and he said “ this isn’t what I am supposed to be doing. For now on ask to speak to a manager. Not my problem. “ first of all he didn’t trust us and second of all, why is he speaking to his customers like that?!! I didn’t say anything cause I know my kids would be extremely disappointed. My daughter said she got sprite instead of seltzer. She is allergic to sprite. I ran in Popeyes and I was demanding a refund. They said “ you aren’t getting a refund. You aren’t the owner. “ I just walked out. I was completely shocked how these workers can be so rude to their customers. I think that business just lost $100. Totally do not recommend.

I place a order to pick up through the app at 62-59 Fresh Pond Rd, Ridgewood, NY 11385 When I got home, and I tried to feed my family. I realize that it was a big loan here. Attached to the chicken. I contact the store and I sent the email with the pictures in the videos. I have to throw all the food at the garbage because it was alone here. Very disgusting. So how I can Feel my Family with this is a week. The incident happened and they say thank you for the pictures, but they didn’t resolve the problem. It’s not that. Obviously. I want my money back. I will never order in that place. Just be careful. Check the Food Order before you start eating

I bought a chicken sandwich and it was very bad. I threw it in the garbage. I’m explaining to the worker that the sandwich was horrible and he said to me “ what can I do?!” Very bad. Will not come here again.

While it's not this locations fault, Popeyes should be ashamed of themselves. My child ordered food by accident at the wrong location. Within 30 seconds, I tried to cancel via Popeyes mobile app. They refused to cancel my order or at the very least transfer my child's order to another location closer to me. To make matters worst, my interaction was with some virtual assistant. The exact words that it said was, "we can not cancel this order just because you ordered at the wrong location. Please go pick up your order at the original location." Then I asked for a human service agent and it refused to connect me to one. This is unacceptable by Popeyes corporate. I love their food but I will never order from them again unless this is resolved.

First and last time I would order from this place. I made an order thru that app to make sure it was ready upon arrival. They wasn’t no customer and my order wasn’t even ready. My order took approximately 20 minutes. I felt this location needs better management structure, the employees weren’t wearing gloves or hair nets.
