honestly 100 stars. my bf and i went into this cafe blindly, without looking at the menu beforehand or the reviews. i got a steak wrap with the cucumber drink and my bf got a grilled chicken sandwich, we both substituted the fries for a salad. the food was AMAZING. the waitress was soo kind. but overall this is a cafe TO GO TO!

We enjoyed starting our morning with some delicious crepes and avocado toast topped with smoked salmon. The ingredients were fresh. Presentation was beautiful and service was excellent! definitely recommend.

Food, coffee and service were excellent. Updated to add that we recently went back with our 17 month old and had an amazing experience. The cook made a special breakfast just for the baby. My salmon wrap was delicious. Huge portions so bring an appetite.

I was out one day grocery shopping at Valentinos when i stumbled upon this local spot and i was amazed. There food was top notch and the coffee fresh. I would recommend anyone in the Ridgewood area to visit. You wont regret it. A true hidden gem. Thank you to the staff for making me feel welcomed and for the kind smiles.

Recently started coming here and I love this spot, the plates are plentiful and the service is so warm and accommodating—they gave us tea on the house and were so kind in every interaction, you can tell when a place cares about the neighborhood and community that they serve. Would recommend!

The best spot in Ridgewood!! I come here all the time for the greek omelette and my friends love the nutella fruits waffle with the Bailey’s cappuccino. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. They have created a space of community where everyone around feels welcome. Also - the happy hour drink deals can’t be beat! Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for good food and good company.

I love The Green Spot Cafe ! It’s my favorite coffee shop and not only for the coffee which is excellent or for the delicious food which is also excellent, but because of the great atmosphere, overall vibe and the great people who own & work it. I highly recommend stopping into The Green Spot Cafe for anyone visiting Ridgewood or who live in there and haven’t gone to this fine establishment as of yet.

A hidden gem in Queens! The perfect “Spot” for a cozy working lunch, a rainy evening or if you’re just looking for peace. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. There are wifi and outlets available for customer use so you can take care of your to do list while having a delicious sandwich and latte. The food is made with love and the attention to detail is of a past era. It’s the type of service you get when everyone is fully invested and the business is well managed. Honestly, this place is a breath of fresh air and I’m happy to have discovered it.

Great spot to grab a cup and relax. Very friendly staff. Attentive and quick service. I got a caramel latte and my wife got a vanilla latte. Both were brought to us very quickly and were delicious. Looks like they have a pretty good selection of food too. Nice sized refrigerator case with various cakes and treats. Also, a good choice of soft drinks. Didn't order any prepared food but they have an extensive menu to choose from. Nice atmosphere, plenty of seating available for us (4) and all the other people (about 10 or 12) to sit comfortably. Unfortunately the weather was garbage today otherwise we would have enjoyed taking advantage of the ample outdoor seating they have. It's covered, so rain wouldn't have been an issue, just a little chilly to have our 2 little ones outside. In short, definitely recommend checking this place out and we will return for sure next time we visit the area. ***UPDATE- Our son was hungry so before we left we got a Nutella croissant and he wanted an orange juice to go with it. Croissant was HUGE and the OJ was FRESH SQUEEZED for him. Awesome!!!
