Some of the best pizzas ever. My favorite is the combo: Calabrian chili, Burrata and pepperoni. The crust is magic in every bite. Extremely addictive. The Caesar salad is a true delight. The owner Steve is hilarious, just another reason to visit the cute Williamsburg pad. I would post a picture, but it would be of an empty plate.

My kids love to get pizza and chicken cutlet at this location. There are great deals for any budget, and the food is always fresh. Great place to try awesome pizzas and pastas for the whole family.

It's a local shop, the pizza is good and the prices are decent. You can get two slices for $5 and a free can soda. That's unbeatable!! The slices are big and fresh. The Owner is friendly and love his job! I appreciate their services bc they bring food for the community and they try to keep the prices within a budget for us! The food is fresh at all times!

If you want to grab a quick bite to eat, this place fits the bill. The 2 slices and a drink for 6 bucks is a definite bargain in 2022! I only had the pizza, so I don't know how good the other dishes are. If you are in the area stop by, you could definitely do worse.

This pizza place isn't bad. The food here is good. They serve a little more than just pizza and pizza products. For example you can order a cheeseburger deluxe at this place which by the way is very good considering this is a pizza place. They have excellent specials which are posted both inside on the wall and also the window of the restaurant. I come here often when I'm in the area and want pizza or a quick lunch. They're chicken wings aren't bad too. I recommend it.

They have good pizza & their penne alla vodka pasta is also really good. Their garlic knots weren't so good, they were kind of doughy. However, they have a lot of options for food at very decent prices. The staff was also very nice which is always a plus! I will definitely go back

So the burger is amazing but the fries and the chicken fingers are really bad. The two plates looked like they were coming from two different locations.

Food is salty and does not taste or appear fresh. Cardboard would’ve been easier to chew through than their pizza. Wings were overcooked, seemed like they had been reheated multiple times. Service from staff was very rude when I went to pick up. I didn’t have incredibly high expectations for a quick takeout pizza spot but this was not it. Our stomachs felt uneasy after eating- do not recommend. *Edit: I’m not the only negative review here and judging by the owner’s response, it clearly reflects the level of courtesy they extend to their customers.

The pizza came with eggshells in the dough, I asked for a refund and the older man behind the counter started yelling and screaming at me for even asking. He told me sit down and eat the other slice and he’ll give me the refund later…not sure who would feel comfortable to even eat the rest after that. Definitely will not be coming back. Update: there is no photo to provide, didnt think it was appropriate or polite to show the food I spit out into a napkin as proof. As for the slice, it was thrown away by the gentleman behind the counter.

I dont know if they changed ownership or what but the last few times I’ve called, their phone etiquette has been disgusting. Original: Very upset with their service today. I’m A regular customer and today after not seeing any sign of them for over the wait time I was given, I gave them an extra 15 min before I called. Only to find out that they never saw my order because “it’s on another machine”. What?? You never had issues with my online orders before so now I have to wait another half hour during your off peak hours. This is your LEAST busy part of the day. How do you mess this up? Had I not called, you would’ve stayed with my money and not said anything. I dont know if this new owners or new websites, when I called it wasn’t my regular phone person either. I’ll be back to put notice of whether or not the food was fresh.

DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered delivery two hours ago. Still no food. Delivery man claims he was here but I was outside waiting for him for 10 minutes and he wasn’t here. I asked why he didn’t buzz our apartment and he said “no. I do not come up stairs ever.” First of all, that’s not exactly good service and second of all, I wasn’t asking him to walk up the stairs I was asking him to make an effort to alert us he was here. One of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever encountered over the phone. This was my first time ordering and I never will again. Don’t waste your time or money.

This pizzaplace they are not serious, they send me pizza heated not fresh , I kept it , I order again but sending them a warning message that if I feel the pizza not fresh I will returned to them in that day i got a nice fresh pizza. Today’s date 08 September 2018 I ordered pizza without sending no warning message , what I got is heated pizza not fresh at all , they don’t care about there customer I don’t care about them also, I can order from everywhere . I wanted to return but my son already grabbed a slice of pizza. Thanks ACE PIZZA for caring about me and my warning messages !!!!!!!!!!???????

This place has the absolute most horrifying business practices ever. They not only keep the TIPS that go to the delivery guys, when you call them Out about it they try to blame you . I ordered and wanted to give him cash so they canceled the order because there was no tip! Great business. The food isn’t prepared to well anyway and this place is ALWAYS A LAST DITCH EFFORT, Poor poor poor service and even crappier food! Two thumbs down 👎

Very rude and disrespectful. They made it an issue to deliver what i wanted, which was only soup, bread and soda because i was sick - telling me i need to order more food. Despite the fact that i met their minimum order limit, instead he chooses to tell me how i should spend my money, and that it's going to be a long time because they can't "just deliver soup and soda". But if i otdered a greasy pizza for my upset stomache im sure it'd be fine to deliver. I'm incredibly disappointed because i order from this place all the time and always tip well. I never even made it an issue that my wait time is usually an hour or hour and a half on average. This place lacks good customer service and i won't be ordering from them again, I'll also advise the 5 other people i live with to order from another place, such as Susano's, who didn't make it an issue when i called to order soup from them.

Worst pizza ever! Went and ordered a buffalo chicken slice, and they gave me some pita-like bread with some bits of chicken and some hot sauce - no cheese, no tomato sauce, nothing. Same thing happened to my sister when she ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza: no cheese, no sauce, just poorly cooked meat and some drops of ranch over some limp bread. Wish I could give them 0 stars!

Do not order from them, they told me one price and then charged me 10 dollars extra, couldn’t get refund. They are crooks. Food salty, do not recommend. I will not be coming back
