Perfect crust and a nice sweet sauce. Brooklyn pizza at its finest. Cheese is the high quality low moisture mozz the stretches and is perfectly salty. I recommend any variation of the grandma pie. Delivery is quick and it arrives hot. Honestly, what more do you want. Get this pizza, don't be an idiot.

I have ordered from here for quite some time and was always happy with my order. Tonight I asked the young lady who took my order if it was possible to have a calzone with spinach to which she answered absolutely. Once it was delivered and I bit into it it was sheer heaven. The spinach must have been stir fried in garlic because it was so tasty! The garlic spinach with the ricotta and mozzarella was divine!

We’ve lived up the block from this place forever but have always ordered elsewhere. Just recently we’ve decided to try it. Pizza is bomb, the sauce is bomb, so much pepperoni, the beef patty with fresh cocoa bread so satisfying! Chicken parm, shrimp Alfredo Yuuuum! Prices are great!

Best penne alla vodka I've had in Brooklyn! Also wonderful customer service - I accidentally placed an order for pick-up once when I meant to have it delivered, and they fixed it for me so easily with no extra fees or anything.

I live pretty deep in bushwick, where there are not many good pizzerias around. Susanos was fast and the food is delicious. I got the chicken rollatini and a chicken broccoli slice. Food was fresh and tasty. Delivery was contact-less, FREE, and quick.

Absolutely love this place family oriented and everything has so much flavor the pizza is sweet and soft the gyros are so tasty the french fries are like nothing you've ever tried the burgers are amazing and the lasagna taste homemade. This is a go to for delivery for us. Meat lovers pizza and meat lasagna are our favorite. The only caution we have is with the Uber eats bicycle drivers who sometimes deliver the pizza a mess but it’s not the restaurant’s fault. I have not been disappointed with the consistency of the food here and would highly recommend

I order from here all the time! It's my go-to. Their margarita pizza is amazing( a tad oily, but still great). Their chicken parm is also great, and another favorite is the bolognese with tortellini. I order from here for most of my parties and recommend them to everyone in the neighborhood.

The best deals for the quality in the neighborhood at a convenient location. I love getting fresh spinach slices. They have good choice of drinks as well. I have never been disappointed. They do not have a very high card limit like many other pizzerias do. The team works hard and does great.

My partner and I were hungry on a late Sunday night. I was in the mood for pasta and thought I wasn’t going to find any good places on Grubhub at that time, but was I wrong! I ordered the penne a la vodka with shrimp and it was soooo delicious. Right amount of pasta, shrimp and sauce. My partner had the sausage, peppers and onions hero. He was a little confused by the description on the site but ordered it anyway. He says it was one of the best he has had. They also prepared it very fast. We were supposed to get it delivered by 10:50pm and arrived at 10:30pm. Definitely recommend!

The margarita pizza I ordered was amazing! Four stars for the excellent pizza, minus one star for the delivery experience. Why in our North American culture are we still okay with subsidizing the wages of those whose own employers don't pay them enough? Like everyone else, I do my part. I am a diligent tipper, accepting that it's just an annoying fact of living in this country, but what I cannot stand is tipping before the service was rendered. Why did I tip this delivery driver the suggested 15%, sight unseen, when he rocked up to my apartment ten minutes past the latest delivery time, ignoring my request to leave the pizza at my door for contactless delivery, calling me on my phone to tell me the order was there when my instructions say to ring the buzzer, and then make me get dressed and come down my 4th floor walk up to pick it up in person? Why did I tip for that?? I realize this is just part of the deal when ordering takeout. I also realize this is not a problem unique to this restaurant. But as the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth (besides the delicious pizza), I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

This is an updated review- I am not sure if there is a new cook but the pizza and garlic knots are no longer sheet thin nor the garlic knots hard and burnt. They have greatly improved so I am removing the negative review. Side note for those who use food delivery services, Grubhub seems to exclude the family deals from their restaurant’s menus. Just look at the combo deals from this pizzeria in uber or Postmates and try to find it in Grubhub.

Everything I have had from here is good. Even the buffalo chicken slice and I hate buffalo chicken. Even warmed up the next day it still was just as good.

I started ordering a few months ago. Loved the food but last few times. They have gotten very cheap with the fries. Also I ordered a pizza one way and got the total opposite. It’s a shame. I loved it in the beginning.

I have been coming here for years. The food is really good. But unfortunately the service is not. Twice I’ve ordered food and twice it’s been almost 30 to 45 minutes late. The girl on the phone was rude and hung up the phone on me too. What does it matter if you can cook well— when your staff is rude and the food arrives late & cold.

Pizza is lopped and thin on one side and regular on the other. Better order from another pizza shop. :(

Ordered 'The Godfather' and super disappointed on this take on the classic Italian sandwich that I was craving. No salt and pepper, no oil and vinegar, no mayo, no crunchy bread. Pretty much dry meat and cheese, lettuce and tomato, on soft doughy bread. Took a few bites and gave up.

Wow! That was absolutely disgusting, the worst Pizza I have ever eaten in my life! Extremely greasy, the cheese falls right off the bread, too much grease the bread wasn't toss right this is not pizza! Even the soda was hot! Worst Pizza in New York City hands down!!!!

Well it's FRIDAY NIGHT AT 11:32 PM- we ordered our food from this restaurant around 9:40/9:45- EVEN received an email confirmation through GrubHub that our food had its time window at 9:57pm. So here we are CREDIT CARD PAID FOR FOOD THAT NEVER SHOWED UP! No phone call- no apologie - NOTHING! Not the way I wanted to spend my Friday night as like most of us- it's been a long week and well- we wanted to eat a good meal. So here it is after 11:30 and our options for ordering out are bar food! For a balanced meal! I should have eaten and been on my way to bed now- we called GrubHub after calling the restaurant whom DIDN'T answer and GrubHub issued us a refund- I plan on calling this place tomorrow and giving them a THOROUGH COMPLAINT. Beyond livid and such poor business etiquette - ordered from here many times - NEVER AGAIN!!

There is nothing Italian about this food. The Penne with Vodka was actually Penne with Marinara. There was obviously no cream in the Vodka sauce. I was almost afraid to taste it and when I did I wasn’t surprised. I called them to let them know that the Vodka Sauce wasn’t Vodka. The guy literally says on the phone I f***** it up (how professional) “ I’ll send you another one, but send the other one back” . They delivered another one which was identical to the first. So I concluded that this place does not know how to make a Vodka Sauce. I also ordered Pasta with Broccoli in Garlic & Oil which was just as bad, if not worse. It was absolutely tasteless with very little broccoli. It was the first time I ordered from this place and definitely the last. I wasted $30....

I been a customer for years always enjoyed the food and service at this place up until today. I called to inquire about a delivery order just to clarify if by chance there might have been a mistake in the amount, I got nothing but a bad attitude and poor customer service. I can honestly say this is the first time in years being a customer at this location that I would be given poor customer service and it’s especially disappointing coming from a place that I have always enjoyed the food and always respected the customer service of the staff working there. At the end of all this it wasn’t even about the order amount anymore, the behavior clearly said it all. I know this probably won’t mean anything of importance but as a customer who felt comfortable about this place as whole, it clearly is disappointing the reaction that was given. Overall it’s just the principle of the matter period.

Oof. Should have read the reviews before getting food here. The house roll was so bad. The chicken tasted like it was past date but microwaved back to life and the cheese had a rubber taste texture. The garlic bread was actually pretty good though but I still lost out on money as I was not willing to finish that roll.

i got sick after eating their regular slice. their crust is the worst i’ve ever had. flavor in the pizza is soso but it’s more like bread. there’s much better selections of pizza in ridgewood definitely skip this one probably the worst next to Carlos pizza. cheap slices but not worth it

Order was late, I had to call to find out what happened, person acted like he didn't care. Ordered meatballs and was definitely not fresh as I could see it had freezer burn. It also tasted more like bread crumbs than meat. So the overall taste was not good. Also got a thin sliver of cake that was frozen. Stay away.

This place used to be my favorite place for ordering pasta, but I guess not anymore. Lately, every time I order they send the wrong pasta or pasta without sauce. Today, they sent the whole order wrong. Penne a la vodka and pasta prima vera with burnt chicken. In addition, the person who answers the phone was a horrible attitude.

I have eaten from Susano’s restaurant for years. They just lost a customer with tonight’s order— Alfredo sauce, with Fettucini noodles and chicken. ALL OF THE ALFREDO SAUCE WAS IN THE BAG! I ordered my dish at 8.15 PM (EST). It arrived at 9.35 PM. Between 8.45 PM and 9.35 PM, I dialed the restaurant to inquire about the order and was met with much attitude from the young lady that answered the phone. She stated on the 3rd call (approx. 9.15 PM), “We’re very busy. Your order has not been made yet. We don’t have drivers. Do you want your order not?” I asked for the manager, who stated the opposite re: the number drivers, “I have plenty of drivers available, ma’am. We’re behind in the kitchen.” Really?! See photo for how this order arrived. I hope the photo fills in the blanks re: my never ordering from this restaurant again. Zero stars earned, if it could be awarded.
