Amanda took my order and was fantastic. I ordered four drinks for my wife and her co-workers. Elijah made all four of my drinks, set them down and moved away before I could ask for a drink carrier. I stood and waited for three minutes until a nice lady working the window looked over and asked me if I needed a drink carrier and immediately brought one over to me. I’d recommended for Elijah to be more mindful with Starbuck’s customers.

The outside of the store is clean of debris. Unfortunately the area is so compact, there is limited parking for the small plaza, line is always at least 10 minute wait when I go (which has been various parts of day). I started going to this location since a different location had the worst service and so far our drinks have been made well, food is usually made well except this past visit. Yesterday I ordered a bacon gouda sandwich but the bacon just looked awful and I got a two small thin pieces of bacon. My other sandwiches bacon was normal and good amount so I'm not sure what happened. The employees are friendly though and very polite. Overall I like this location better.

We came through drive thru to get Mocha Frappuccino with caramel. There was absolutely nothing sweet about the Frappuccino could not really taste the chocolate or the caramel I didn’t even see any caramel, so I’m wondering if it even got forgotten. There should’ve been caramel drizzle on the whip cream, too. The workers were nice though 😊

I waited inside for 25 minutes for two drinks while multiple cars at the drive thru were served. When I finally brought it to someone’s attention that I had been waiting for an excessive amount of time I finally got my two drinks. They were the same drink but tasted nothing alike. The sweetener had not been added to one of them but I was already traveling down the highway when this was discovered. The employees at this place need additional training. This was my second and probably last visit to this Starbucks.

My girlfriend went here to get her birthday drink. The cashier was incredibly rude and cold and refused the drink, while also partially shaming her for even asking???? Is this normal? He was a smaller East Asian cashier. Didn’t catch his name. Was very very rude. I suggest a customer service course if it’s available for him. Not sure if this is standard for Starbucks but I sure hope not.

I’m spending time in the Parking lot to write this review which is more time than I was willing to stand at that window a moment more. I stood there, rang the bell, girl stared at me, didn’t acknowledge me or even say 1 moment please and continued with the drive thru line. I stood there a moment longer like ok it’s only 2 of them so I’ll wait a few more seconds. NOTHING! Deplorable customer service. Will NOT be back.

I use to love coming here. The past two months they’ve made my drinks wrong multiple times. And this morning they actually asked me at the drive through to pull up and park to wait for my drink, which I did, just for them to bring me the wrong one. Although the sweet girl offered to fix it, I didn’t have time, I have a job to be at. I already waited an absurd amount of time for an incorrect order. *and apparently the owner thinks I should call door dash about it because that makes sense?

I think like most, I look forward to coming to any establishment in order to enjoy a treat for myself and my child. Firstly, the gentleman working the drive thru just blurts out “what can I get you?” In a very bothered tone….fine maybe he’s having a bad day. When I ask for an item and I clearly am not sure about what it’s called and you ask me what I’m talking about instead of guiding me on YOUR menu, very off putting. Secondly, the least you can do is make my order correctly if you’re going to keep hiking prices up. I got with a friend who is a Starbucks employee of 10+ years; I asked her what was up with my drink, she said it was clearly not shaken enough. It’s called a SHAKEN espresso…why am I chewing my coffee? My son’s hot chocolate tasted like hot water, no flavor whatsoever and he was so excited to have his treat. Both drinks went right in the trash and I have to say…I won’t be back to this location and I’m not even sure I want to bother with Starbucks anymore at all if I’m being honest. What a huge disappointment to something me and my son were really looking forward to. If you don’t like the service industry or serving people….just don’t then. Stop passing on your lack of quality service and bad attitude to the next person. It’s not right.

It's my turn in line to make my order and the barista meets with hey what's up!?! Wow Starbucks is this what we doing now? I felt that I was getting my coffee from a bodega in the Bronx. The service was poor and it lacked cleanliness. Starbucks are usually tidy and clean at least from my experiences. Attention corporate in the state of Florida your employees desperately need trading in customer service. Especially here in the state of Florida. I know that help is a problem in this state due to people not wanting to work here (idk why..) I'm sure management is also a problem in this particular store. If I'm going to pay $13 for 2 coffees I expect decent customer service.
