Busy night for them tonight, happened to forget my blue cheese. I want to just mention their excellent customer service and getting that to me a.s.a.p. I was a server once and I totally understand minor things getting missed when you are slammed. Thank you team and also your pizza is always BOMB!!!

Bob was fantastic. He gave us service that went beyond customer- vendor appreciation. We weren't feeling well and he cared when most wouldn't he helped us relax and go on with the rest of the night. Overall his service was honest and exceptional. It's worth a visit.

If you haven't tried the salad in a bread bowl you're missing out. Great pizza. Did I say great? The food is always hot and delicious.

got sandwiches and a slice pizza crust was fantastic sandwiches also we're awesome. We got something called garlic breath which was kind of like a garlic cheese steak definitely would eat there again.

We are on vaca from H-Town. Stayed in Rochester, asked Siri to find delivery pizza, and Mozzeroni's made the list. Not wanting to order from the regular pizza chains, we ordered a Meat Lovers from Mozzeroni's. Gotta tell ya, best freakin' pizza we've had in a long time!!!

I ordered a 7" turkey sub, was absolutely NOT good at all, there were hardly No meat on the sub, very disappointed for $12.00. Marvin pizza did contact me on this situation, and they highly corrected the problem with no hassle, they gave me a $10.00 credit on my next order, thank you so much, will continue to place my orders. Don’t be fooled just because it’s inside a gas station. This by no means should be categorized as “gas station pizza” This pizza was super good!!! I recommend the spicy Cuperoni and sausage pizza. I will definitely be coming back here!

I am so blown away by the owners customer service I just had to change my review. The price was my original gripe but I never looked at it from the merchants side. This local pizza shop really deserves every penny. That on top of the delicious pizzas, I will definitely be a repeat customer, just wow. Thank you Dave!!

Had sausages with peppers & onions took couple of them home they were tasty, good stuff. But this was our 1st time & we had found the place on Google here on the phone, looked over the menu & ordered. They were to be $3.69 ea per the menu but I was charged 4.79 ea. No biggie but it was the principle. So I showed the gal the price on the Google menu. She showed me the one line note on bottom of the in house paper menu. It said prices subject to change without notice. So OK. Buyer beware I guess!!!!

Restaurant has delicious steak subs with a generous portion of meat and toppings. The veggie pizza in white sauce came piled high with fresh veggies but underneath still retained it's crisp crust. (ate in)

I ordered this pizza from India ( otherside of the world )This is one of the best pizzas ordering experices i had. I live in India and i wanted to treat my friends at Rochester with a small token of appreciation and after a long list of pizza hubs on the internet i landed on Marvins at Gates. They have varieties of pizza and loads of extra toppings. I placed the pizza online and payed using my debit card, it was hazzle free and their merchant bank accepted international cards. Not only that, i placed the order in IST ( indian standard time ) so i had to call the hub and inform them of the delivery time and also placed a note to my friends through them. Their Customer service and delivery was super friendly and it was sure worth the money!! My friends told me the pizza was good and it was delicious !! Kudos to the entire team and for all the lovely wondeful customer service and delivery teams. Keep it up !

I honestly coulsnt be more pleased with the customer service at this place. I have always loved their food, i had a bad order and i hesitantly reached out to let them know about it. The owner/management asked me to give them another chance and i did. Im thinking they were just having a bad night and ya know what? IT HAPPENS. people are to quick to cancel businesses these days. Amazing friendly service. The pizza is Delicious. I ordered a pizza and two garbage plates and it tasted almost like the original one. The dining area looked very cleaned. Is satisfying to support our local businesses but it feels even better when the service is extraordinary.

Fast friendly service .Great pizza, love the crust! Got 2 premade slices and they were so fresh. So big I had to bring one home. Wish they were closer to my home so I could frequent the business more often.

First time there.. the buffalo pizza was delicious. Bought some for myself and my hubby. We enjoyed it. They are in a gas station which just opened two week ago. Also have a ton Hortons inside to. Clean, fast, stocked. Need gas get something to eat too.

Their unique 2 sauce wings are amazing! And prices are reasonable. This Mozzeroni's (Irondeqoiut location) has become our regular pizza, wings and appetizers delivery restaurant!!

Mozzeroni's helped cater our band trip on 6/23/21 and they did an exceptional job! They delivered 12 pipping hot sheet pizzas to us on time and offered very affordable prices. We have been using them for years- the kids and adults all love the pizza, and this director appreciated how helpful and friendly they are to work with! Happy to do support this amazing pizza place!

Best takeout pizza in East Irondequoit

We order from the Irondequoit location a LOT and the service and people there are great! I feel like home when I walk in to pick up my order. Pretty sure they may know my husband and I by the amount of times we’re there ! Food is great - our favorite quick place to order food from and it’s right down the street! This place is awesome. I ordered some fried food through doordash. The food was still hot and everything was delicious. Better believe I ordered a jar of blue cheese as well. The blue cheese is ridiculously garlic forward in a good way. I highly recommend.

We had Mozzeroni cater our basketball banquet. The food was delicious and it we didn't have much food left. Their customer service was wonderful. I will use them again and again to cater any event that we are going to throw in the future.

OMG. I am always skeptical to try new pizza places so I ordered just a large pizza half pepperoni half cheese.. first time ordering and I have to say the staff was amazing .. I ordered online and my husband went in to pick it up ... The pizza was phenomenal!! The best pizza I have had in Rochester!!!.. I don't know if it was the sauce the cheese or the crust or just a combination of the 3 or maybe the staff working at the time was just that awesome.. also the price and size were very reasonable... I'd love if they had a reward system because I'd be ordering so often.. !! Can't wait to go back and try something new..

First time ordering from here of grub hub and won't be last. Loved the pizza I ordered and the wing sauce was perfect. The blue cheese although its a small detail was really really good! Delivery guy was quick and polite. My new fav pizza place.

We ordered a wing dinner, flat bread, and Mac wedges. All amazing especially the meat sauce! The chicken is cooked perfectly, juicy, and big. Only complaint, more sauce would be great! The bread soaks majority of it but still worth it. The Flatbread was really cheesy, could use more buffalo sauce, but really good! And i love a place with real mac salad. Yummy! Always great service and food!

What a delicious pizza. Our first time getting food from here; we got a XL NY style and it was incredible. Even with tons of cup and char pepperoni it wasn’t greasy, the crust was so crispy and flavorful, the sauce is insanely delicious. Truly a great pizza. Their homemade blue cheese is so garlicky and wonderful. 10/10 this is going to be our new pizza spot.

But I really have to talk about the homemade blue cheese. It is so amazing... thank you for making it and selling it in jars to purchase. Words can not describe how good it is! They had slices ready to heat up, and they were BIG. Clean restaurant with inside and outside seating. Staff was friendly, and the blue cheese was really good!

Their food is very good, but attention to detail is lacking. Frequently get shorted a wing or two. They charge to use debit or credit cards even with larger amounts.

Buffalo chicken pizza is amazing, and they’re homemade blue cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s kinda pricey but overall worth it.

Ordered a pepperoni lovers specialty pizza. Advertised as extra pepperoni and cup and char. Should have just bought a large with 2 toppings because there isn't extra of anything. Cheese doesn't even reach the edge of the crust. Edit........ owner has made right on this.

Their in house made blue cheese dressing is by far the best I've had. A must if you're ordering from them. They even sell some by the jar.

Stopped in for a slice on a bike ride with my 11 year old. Only pep slices today, but sometimes you gotta take what ya get. Pizza was great. Good indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Update: They called and wanted to make up for the last pizza. They gave us a replacement pizza and didn't charge for delivering it. It was much better this time. This pizza was good. Original review (truncated) Pizza had way to much sauce. Very sloppily made. At least half of it went in the garbage.

Pizza is awesome. They did mess up my subs once, and I don't order chicken wings from there anymore, I always ask for extra crispy, and they always seem barely cooked. HOWEVER, pizza is great, their appetizers are good, the plates there are pretty good as well. Recommend for sure.

Both the phone service and counter service here have been excellent every single time that I've placed an order for pick-up. We have only ordered pizza so far, and I will say that the flavors and the dough/sauce/cheese/toppings ratios are spot on. The ONLY negative thing that I could say is that the dough tends to be a lttle tough for me personally, which could be fixed as simply as mixing the dough for less time. Having worked in pizzerias for years, I have learned that mixing dough over 11-12 minutes over-developes glutens in high gluten or 00 flour. All things considered, this is my go to pizzeria every time I want a fast and very consistant pie. They have a great team!

Our office just moved a block away from this location last week. We have ordered four times in two weeks. I've tried the calzone, salads, wings, pizza and boneless wings so far. Everything was delicious and their homemade blue cheese is amazing!! The staff is friendly and I get a kick out of the way they answer the phone when I call to order. No matter what mood I'm in I smile every time they answer the phone. Good customer service goes a long way and is much appreciated. Thank you for welcoming us to the neighborhood. When we have catering needs I will definitely think of you guys. Keep up the good work, don't change!

Despite no other customers, the guys in the kitchen took several minutes before they came put to greet us at counter. We saw them through the opening, and they appeared to see us, they continued chatting with each other. This location now charges a surcharge for credit card purchases, and prices on menu are for cash, and may be outdated. The employee quoted us the menu price for a slice, then discovered it was a bit higher when he cashed us out through register. He apologized, shrugged and said they must have raised the prices. He also couldn't tell us how much more we'd be charged for credit, but guessed somewhere between 4 to 10%. The slices were tasty, as the food is consistently good, but even after putting them in the oven, they were lukewarm at best. I prefer my pizza hot so the cheese is stretchy and find their pies are often better than slices.

Ordered a chicken quesidella and I think they forgot to put the chicken in it. Very little meat and lots of cheese I was charged almost $14. Never ever again.

Disappointing. We had a good piece of sheet pizza in the past, but the large pie we ordered was flat and without much flavor. Our wings didn't keep any sauce on them and were likewise unstatisfying.

Got the fries with meat and cheese. Soggy and terrible. Returned it and got something different and that was just as bad ,, long wait also. Noticed alot of people waiting along time as we ate outside. Very slow. Sorry but not recommending this place.

We tried Mozzeroni's Irondequoit for the first time around Thanksgiving. We had a large order for 10 of us and it was expensive. Being that it was our first time and that no one mentioned it on the phone when we placed our large order- I paid with my credit card. As I reviewed the bill, I noted we had been charged a 5% fee for using a credit card! Very disappointing. Buyer beware. Not sure how many people carry over $100 in cash for pizza these days but that's the expectation at Mozzeroni's Irondequoit. And they stood by it when I questioned this fee. We won't be coming back.

I went to mozzeronis in culver and had horrible service (and food) I asked the "worker" for extra mad salad and he said there is already enough in there???? NEVER GO HERE. Oh yeah and their wings are horrible

The last pizza we ordered was raw. The dough was still raw... It was inedible. Seriously!? If they are going to charge $40 for a pizza and some wings, I would like to be able to enjoy them.

Ordered two slices with banana peppers and sausage. Literally three pieces of hamburger sausage on each. Was getting an elderly marine dinner that I just meet, was really disappointed in the quality. $5 extra for scraps. Really disappointing.

No clue how this place could possibly get 4.5 stars! Absolute worst takeout I have ever eaten -- and I am old! I've had many better burgers at Wendy's. Not only was everything cold, it was dry and the flavors were just odd. Never expected a bacon burger to have tomato sauce on it. There was nothing in the description about it. The fries were limp (also cold). I could go on but I refuse to waste anymore time, except to say, when I called the restaurant to voice my displeasure, I was told the owner would call be back. He never did. Good way to lose customer good will!

I called west ridge road they answered said they were closed. I called culver the guy answered I said are you open he said you’re speaking to me aren’t you. I felt that was rude I just held my comment to myself because I’m pregnant and wanted pizza preferably from Mozzeroni’s. I told him I had a coupon he was very rude wouldn’t let me finish my sentence would cut me off while talking I told him I’d like half cheese half pepperoni he gave me all pepperoni and I’ve never seen half the dough come off the pizza when you hold like it wasn’t even done I’ve also better wings .. and to top it off me and my neighbor got sick af on the toilet for 5 days. I placed my order at 8pm he was calling me rushing me like I wasn’t gonna lick my order up I will never again go to that location in my eyes he’s a pizzaaaaSh!t

Another pizza place that opens at 10 but doesn’t have slices until 10:30-45 .place have no management just workers doing what they wanna do,normally when a store opens everything’s available,if slices aren’t available until 10:30 state that so people know,keep your open sign off until you’re ready,because if you’re prepping you’re not ready to serve the public

Absolutely ridiculous each piece of pizza had a measley 2 pepperoni on them. Never in my life have I seen that if from any other establishment. If they had put 4 at least I could give them credit for being consistent but 2 small pepperoni seriously?? Most slices were mostly cheese, you pay for pepperoni, which most places already over charge and this is what you get. Never again giving them my business absolutely low class and complete cheapskate behavior. Makes you wonder what else they're cutting cost with??
