My first time having Vietnamese coffee. It was excellent. The coffee shop is located inside a floral and gift shop. Very aesthetic, I took my sister who had never been here and she loved it. It’s a little tucked away but one of my favorite coffee shops to go to in the city.

Traveling through Rochester and SO glad I stopped into Winter Swan. The space was insanely cozy and inviting, and their drink menu was one of the best I've seen. Ordered the iced Dalgona and a pandan Madeleine and was not disappointed in any way. This is hands-down one of the most beautiful coffee shops I've been to. 🦢

This coffee shop is nestled in the same building as Stacy K Floral Shop. Both of these businesses go hand in hand for exceptional style and decor. The living wall is absolutely stunning and adds a nice contrast against the seating area. Can’t beat this place for style, serenity and quality. We ordered a Matcha Latte, Chai Latte and 2 Lemon Chantilly Danish Pastries. I have had many a Chai Latte in the past but this one was super special. Every sip was bursting with notes of warm spice and the creaminess was fantastic! I enjoyed every last single sip. My friend enjoyed her Matcha Latte. The Lemon Chantilly Danish was scrumptiously delicious. I could have eaten another one straight after. The staff were polite and the service was fast. Free parking lot is available opposite the Cafe.

One of the coolest coffee spots in Rochester! They do specialty drinks from Matcha and Houjicha latte to Dalgona and Vietnamese coffee. Industrial, spacious interior with lots of plants and natural daylight. I often come here with my laptop and work for 2-3 hours. Wi-Fi available.

My favorite place to get quality lattes, coffees, and teas! My friend introduced me to this place a while ago and since then, I can’t find any other place that makes as good of café drinks as they do here :) my favorite drinks that I recommend are their traditional style Vietnamese coffee, their butterfly pea latte w/ oat milk, their matcha (rose) latte, and their Tokyo fogs. Their matcha is AMAZING here! The staff is always friendly and welcoming and I appreciate their intricate detail and skill with how tasty AND aesthetically pleasing their drinks are/look! I always recommend people to come here because it’s so hard to find quality cafés these days. I’m never dissatisfied when I come here; really one of the best cafés I’ve been to in Rochester!

Stop by because of their drink menu. It has some creative options and they sell Vietnamese coffee. I think the owner is Vietnamese. Ordered a French Toast Latte, pretty good. The cinnamon and vanilla provided richness to the coffee and also soften the espresso intensity. Monkey bread I ordered was kinda dry. Taste like a day old. Also the workers have a stern look. Are they just having a bad day or that's the norm Since they are locate in a floral shop. Both side of the business are nicely decorated. Love the high vaulted ceiling and skylight window.

Dalonga latte was my drink of choice. Yes the prices are a bit up there, close to $7 for a small iced latte but I also can taste the difference in espresso. The prices reflect the quality of the ingredients! I can’t forget to mention that all of the plants and cute little things for purchase have the shop a fairy land feel.

I think I heard about this coffee shop from an IG add-was in the area for a road trip and decided to drop in for a beverage and to get work done. I ordered a Butterfly Pea Latte as I wasn’t in the mood for caffeine at the moment. My drink was AMAZING! It was very flavorful with a hint of sweetness-just enough. The inside of the cafe shares a space with a flower shop so the decor is awesome! Very great place to relax with a drink and a book or to meet up for coffee with a friend. The only downside is there’s a lounge that encourages working but there are not many outlets. I planned to get work done there but couldn’t 😔 This place is beautiful, drinks are delicious and the service is great! I will definitely be back 😊

Worst coffee i’ve had in awhile. The cashier seemed as if she didn’t want to be there and was annoyed. I ordered the oshi maple it was extremely bitter after i told her i wanted something sweet and she assured me it was and they don’t have any sweetener flavors. I’d skip the coffee here but the atmosphere was great.

Was super excited to try the matcha but the staff and service really ruined the whole experience for me. Will not go back. Staff barely acknowledges you when you ask a question. I asked if my drink was a 16 oz bc it looked really small to me and she just barely nodded her head. When I asked if I could get the garlic cheese bread warmed up she kept doing what she was doing, did not make eye contact, and just shook her head, basically ignoring me. This place has a lot of Asian influence w the pandan and Korean garlic cheese bread. I am Asian myself and I know that the garlic bun is supposed to be warmed up when served. I was very confused when it was served ice cold and blown away by how rude the staff was when I asked if it was possible to be warmed up. Even if they don’t have something as basic as a microwave, they didn’t have to be so rude. I’m not sure why a place would sell garlic cheese bread cold. The matcha was good though.

After seeing some of the reviews online I was super excited to come here, but I was in for a rude awakening {literally}. I was in the mood to try some new fancy flavor of matcha but when I asked the cashier I was met with someone who reluctantly answered my questions. She seemed as if she either A. She Didn’t want to be there or B. Could care less about promoting menu items. I showed pictures of what I saw online bc they do not have a picture menu available in the store which is totally fine and sometimes certain drinks may be off the menu items. Not looking for a certain aesthetic just a drink that tastes good 🤷🏻‍♀️. So I ordered Thai Iced tea and it was horrible 😫. My standards may be higher than most bc I have been to Thailand countless times , but sheesh The Hello Kitty Cafe in Las Vegas made better Thai Milk Tea. I even asked the cashier about what kind of croissant it was that was freshly put out, but again I was met with an unenthusiastic response . Honestly I went to Layali the very next day and had an amazing experience!!!!!!!
