What a great place for breakfast! We finally had a day off when this place was open and had to try it! It did not disappoint at all, food was great with big portions. Service was quick and food came out at a good pace. Everything tasted homemade. Definitely will be returning.

Breakfast food around noon on a beautiful Sunday. Waited about 20min for table then sat outside. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. This was my first time there, although I knew my kids already enjoyed the food, and WOW, they are correct. We shared the banana oatmeal, strawberry pancakes, and egg/home fries platter. I recommend all the above. We already have plans to go back for the oatmeal again! Coffee was also good and i don't even like coffee. If you know the area you know parking is a beast; street only.

We were seated right away! All of the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I loved how clean it was as well. I ordered the cream cheese stuffed cinnamon swirl French toast and eggs with bacon and breakfast potatoes with cheese bacon and jalapeños. My friend ordered a waffle with strawberries potatoes and bacon as well. Everything was fresh and delicious 😋 I will definitely be back!

Hands down my new favorite breakfast spot. They have omelets and Benedicts, pancakes and classic breakfast goodies. It's a small place so it's best to go early. They open up at 8am, not 7am like it may say online. The area is nice, the food fresh, and the interior really quaint. Looking forward to having breakfast there again!

Wonderful food and location! When friends come in from out of town this is where we bring them! Nothing is better than a wonderful breakfast as you watch the hussle of Park Ave on a Sunday Morning. Highly recommend!

The perfect place to enjoy Art, good food and great energy! You must try the pancakes with the house made caramel sauce! It is fantastic! I don’t eat pancakes and this ones were delicious 🤤 and the caramel sauce made me think of home!

Got eggs, toast, and homefries—simple but solid. Service was fast and friendly. Prices are a bit high for standard diner fare, but the food’s good and the vibe is great. Usually easy to get a table, though it can fill up on weekends. Solid neighborhood spot!

Went here for breakfast a few days ago while in town. I got the vegetarian eggs Benedict and my friend got Berry French toast. His was great. Mine was pretty good except…when I broke the yolk and tried—the eggs were cold. Maybe the dish had been made in advance and warmed up? Nonetheless it was a really friendly really cool spot. I would definitely go back though not get the eggs Benedict.

Really wanted to like this place, but will not be coming back im afraid. •Our food was cold (hash browns, toast, eggs, and hollandaise sauce) •My fiancé had bits of other people’s order on his plate (random pieces of scrambled egg, and charred bacon) •The hollandaise sauce was very bland, both the traditional and the spicy one. •My eggs were very undercooked asked for over hard and they were very over easy. •The hash lacked salt and was pretty bland The few things i liked. •The bread quality •The strawberry jam •the coffee The overall service. When we first arrived our waitress was very attentive, but once we placed the order we felt very abandoned, we understand two large parties came in after our food order was placed, HOWEVER the groups came in 10 minutes after we ordered. In addition, we asked for the check, got left with our bill for several minutes and then the busser had to cash us out. We noticed the waitress was on her phone. We had waited so long that we simply ate our food and left. TLDR: expensive bland food that was cold with mid service. Will be telling all my friends to avoid this place.

I went here and ordered stuffed French toast and they literally slapped a brick of solid cream cheese in the center. I mentioned and showed it to the waiter and asked for regular French toast, there was no apology. He took my plate and brought me back the same toast…just removed the brick. My food was cold at this point. I do not recommend this place and will not go back here!
