Ate at Dutch’s Tavern today for lunch. The pretzel was amazing, so were the sliders. If I’m in the area will definitely return. Very convenient, right off the highway.

The bar is easy to find. The people there working and hanging out were great. Had a good time. The next time I go I can tell you about the food. Just had drinks this time.

As a summertime-only resident of Rock Hill for the past 3 years [4, if you count 2020, since I did sign my contract], I can attest that of the 3 (three) whole times that I've been there, I've not had a single bad experience, and they've had something else to offer each time (here's looking at you, trivia night). Idk, ask for a Fowler.

Friday night Karaoke was a blast! The bacon cheeseburger was amazing! Loads of crispy bacon, plenty of cheese, perfectly prepared. The Fries were also delicious. Great service across the board. Definitely will go again!

I had a bartender named Carissa. She was all by herself with a full bar. Not only was she attentive to everyone there, my food was correct and tasted delicious. I would recommend this place for the wonderful service. The food was amazing. Thank you again Carissa.

It's a tavern that serves food. Peter, the bartender/server was great. Told me the lentil soup was freshly made that day...and it was fresh and good. Other items were what you would expect from a tavern, and they too were good.

Atmospheric, not too crowded or loud, and the food was delicious. They also have some really unique drinks, cocktails, and local beers. There's a pool table and dart board. Just a nice little place to eat after a long hike.

Couldn't have had a better first experience! Staff was very kind and attentive, food was great for the price as were the drinks. 2 beers on tap and a great sandwich for less than $20! (Albeit it was $0.40 less than $20, but still). I will definitely go there again.

I asked the front desk clerk at the Best Western, we are staying at for a suggestion on a place to have some drinks and watch a football game. She suggested Dutch's. We enjoyed this tavern so much! Kevin was our awesome server. He was a great sport with us. Our sliders and wings were delicious. We enjoyed watching Michigan beat USC. We will probably stop in again while we are still here.

Food seems to always miss the mark one way or another aside from the wings which are the best in the area. That being said... the staff,entertainment,prices and above all service is always above reproach. Kelly especially has been a consistent legend in this area for decades.

I rate this place a 4.6 out of 5 Let me start by saying all the food we got was delicious. My only critique is the description doesn’t really match the food. Like the sweet heat wings. Although very tasty nothing about the sauce said sweet heat to me. The smash burger was very good but not a smash burger. Was just a regular patty, not the thin smashed with the tasty crust that makes it a smash burger. But overall a great place to stop in. Open later than most places in the area which is a big plus. Husband and I finally went to try this place out. I have to say we were very happy with the food and service. I got the french onion soup and it was so good. I finally found a place that I love it from. Hubby got a cheeseburger and was cooked exactly how he asked. Looking forward to trying other food and some of there drinks.

Great place to watch or catch a game if you’re in the area. Cool local scene. Probably best place within 50 miles… this place is awesome.. darts, pool, lots and lots of tvs for whatever you like.

This place has the closest margarita to the vet hospital and the server didn't judge me for crying about my dog the whole time. 10/10.

Very nice place and friendly people I stopped in late at night because I was picking up my tractor trailer from the shop a few exits up and the place left all the power on in the truck for a few days wouldn't start stopped in here and the nice people didn't hesitate to let me borrow jumper cables and if I have time that is a place I would go eat at and hang and have fun

Smash burgers were great! I've driven passed this place every year when I go up for the last 15 years and have never stopped in. I will absolutely be back and they have a small pool table and dart boards for some added fun. Bartenders were helpful and attentive. Will absolutely be going back!

Food is surprisingly good for what it is. Bar staff is super friendly. The only thing I’ve ever gotten I haven’t been happy with is the Rubin the quality of the meat is pretty low, but everything else is very good. Burgers are awesome. Wings are great nachos are good solid bar food.

Wings were amazing!!!! Pretzel was like something you find at a German Restaurant lol so fluffy and good and homemade mustard made it to die for! Also had the French Onion soup which was like I’ve never had but still super flavorful and the cheese was tasty! We will definitely be back next time we’re in town! Keep up the great work Dutch’s!

What a fantastic surprise. Some people might misinterpret this place as a local dive, but, it is not. The food and the service were great. The waitress, can't remember her name, sorry, during lunch on 9/7 had a smile on her face the whole time we were there and gave us great service. The Cajun penne was a great twist on an old favorite. My wife ordered the pulled pork nachos which was also very good. The portions were large and the prices were very reasonable. We even had some leftovers that we snacked on later that day. Great place to stop in on your way to Resorts World. Thank you to Mr. and/or Mrs. Dutch.

Might have had the best pulled pork ever! Got additional pickles because why not. Solid menu with plenty of options. The place is wholesome: indoor tavern where to get a bite at the bar + pool table and whatnot; outdoor deck was great (during the right season that is) Great place!

Great little bar and diner. Small menu but everything we tried was *chef's kiss* scrumptious. Excellent waitstaff, helpful, friendly, funny, and efficient. We started with the fried pickles, which were thick-cut crinkle chips, very lightly battered. I enjoyed the spicy ranch, but if you have anyone dining with you who thinks black pepper is hot, you can ask for regular ranch. H got the pulled pork nachos minus veggies. I got the Cajun pasta with chicken and shrimp. Both plates were HUGE, massive portions of food. Both were delicious. The drinks menu looked great as well. 10/10, highly recommend.

Whenever I am in Rock Hill, I stop at Dutch’s. If you want casual, but really tasty with good service, this is your place. Whether lunch, dinner, or just drinks at the bar, I have always had a positive experience here. These photos are from a beautiful late August afternoon, sitting outside on the porch, and having delicious lunches served to us. The sweet potato fries are some of the best I have ever had. Mackenzie is such an incredible host/waitress. So accommodating she even got us a bowl of water for our puppy. We sat on the outside deck patio at a nice table with umbrella and our drinks and order was taken promptly. We started with and I Highly recommend the pulled pork nachos they are fire! (She easily put the jalapeños on the side for us as we requested) I’m a big burger guy so I ordered the cheddar smash burger which blew my mind, absolutely incredible. The Cajun fries were fresh and seasoned nicely but not as crispy as I would like. My party ordered the Reuben and they also had rave reviews. Atmosphere is nice, friendly and the food is top tier. HIGH recommendation. Well done to the staff and cooks!

Found this bar/restaurant by accident! We went for the food! I ordered a salad but then changed my order to Mac and cheese when I saw on the menu. Glad I did!!! Was delicious!!! There was one waitress, and she was pleasant and efficient. A large group came in after us and she was just as friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant, even though I’m not familiar with the area!!!

Have Great music on every night Monday has local musicians. Thursday thru Saturday are the best days. Staff are very excellent.

Staying at a nearby Resort, looking for some beer and wings. Good spot for it. Happy Hour was 3-6. Beer was cold, Garlic Parm & teriyaki are recommended. Nuclear wings were good but not very hot.

Went in for some wings on a recommendation, they served them to order (we like them unbreaded and extra crispy) if you are on a low carb diet ask for the wings "naked" the BBQ sauce was tasty, was a little let down on the hot wings, but we're more used to a buffalo style hot sauce, but to each their own. I also hear the parmesan garlic are spot on in the flavor department.

Order the naked wings with the sauce of your choice. They are all great sauce my favorite is the honey garlic, and a burger w bacon mushroom lot onion rings

First time and I thought I was not going to like it, but food was great, prices perfect, staff friendly and bathroom was clean!

Dutch’s is the go-to place to meet up with friends to have a drink and some food after work. They typically have local beers on tap which is really nice. Wings are large in size and come in a variety of flavors - worth the price. Also, suggest getting the fried pickles appetizer! Overall the menu is typical bar food but delicious and filling. Not much to the atmosphere of the restaurant but the patio is nice to hang out on in warm weather.

While the place itself has a great atmosphere and vibe and depending on the night you go will get a different entertainment. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating with both a bar and a dining area. Plenty of cool games to play and take to your table while you wait for the food. The portions are very big, while the food itself could be better. The fried pickles though were amazing. The staff and the service were top notch as well.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon. The crowd was large and boisterous. Conversation was difficult over the noise . The food was very good, and the waitress was as attentive as she could be considering how many tables she was covering. The kitchen sent out the wrong dish to one of our party of four, but my friend decided to take it instead of waiting for what he had actually ordered to be made. He said it was good. They have an adequate beer list, but not so much of the strong craft brews we like. If you're looking for a place to let loose a bit, then you'll love it here. If you want a quiet place to unwind and talk to friends, try one of the other spots in town.

The waitresses were very helpful and friendly. Cheese Steak was good, menu could use some expansion. As with many places they have a decent choice however an idea just to pass by would be a sampler platter of individual servings of their existing entrees. This place is more of a bar atmosphere than a restaurant. The food was good but the place lacked service and the food took a while to come out. I hate to complain about places that have decent food but there was only 1 person taking care of a busy place and she was frustrated and seemed more worried about her regulars at the bar.

I ordered fried pickles and Sliders took 45 minutes on a Sunday to come out. Looks like it gets busy on Friday Saturday nights but food takes too long don't come hungry.

Friendly server, and she was definitely on top of things, but for some reason it took 45 minutes to get two burgers and a poutine. Six guests arrived after us and managed to get their food before us (including other burgers). Also, one of the burgers didn't come with any cheese or mayonnaise (both of which were ordered and written down). Very bizarre. The tenders and fries were very good though. I haven't been here multiple times, so I can't say it's the norm, but I'd still caution you to avoid it if you're in a hurry.

Had a grand night, first time here. Had dinner at the bar with a old buddy that has a hunting camp 2.5 miles away. Food was great but a little light on the Meat. Also the bartender or the cook had my order wrong. She asked me if I wanted fries or a side salad, I said salad, what did they give me, fries ? No big deal. But how hard is it to get it right. Overall a good time. I will come again.

A little dark hole in the wall. The food was typical bar food which when it was finally delivered was good. They need few more hands in the kitchen to speed things up and put a few more light bulbs in the dining area. waiting 40 minutes for a burger was a downer,

some good and some bad: --Beer was warm, they forgot sauerkraut on reuben, Burger onions were supposed to be caramelized but weren't, regular fries were awful (tiny, hard and crunchy, not quite burnt though) and entrees came out while we were only half thru our appetizer (blame that on the kitchen staff). --on the plus side, wings were good, reuben and burger were good other than issues stated above, Sweet potato fries were good. Servers were efficient and friendly.

The food here tasted very good. However, my friends and I waited for 45 minutes for our food to come and the waitress had attitude the entire time that we were there, lots of eye rolling and snatching stuff from peoples hands, very rude and obnoxious if you come to Dutch’s in Rock Hill and you get Karissa S. as your waitress I strongly suggest asking for someone else. The amount of attitude from this lady was ridiculous!! We were a party of 6 and we were all extremely patient with her, but it shouldn’t have taken 45 minutes to get a salad plus appetizers out to the table. All food came at the same time (appetizers and the main course) And the food was warm at best. I have been a waitress myself, and I know how it is, but we all saw her sitting at the bar chitchatting with her friends. Unacceptable as a waitress. I also feel that she does this because the gratuity is automatically included when it’s a party of 6 or more.

Not sure if it’s a coincidence that on the two last occasions I came into Dutch’s the bartender/server woman who wears a barret hat has been rude. On the first occasion, she barely checked on our table and swung our food in front of us yet we still gave a good tip because we figured it was just a bad day. Yet on tonight’s occasion, I smile & try to order a drink as no one else is waiting on a drink and the other bartender approached me twice and didnt say a word before turning around as I tried to order, so when she came up behind me I let her know and her response was CAN YOU SPEAK LOUDER I CANT HEAR YOU. .. while we were face to face and the music was at a moderate level. Once she asked me what kind of liquour I’d like, proceeded to give me bottom shelf, and when she brought me the check she once again swung it at me. I’ve always loved the food at Dutch’s and have always had a good experience when dealing with other server/bartenders and it’s really sad that someone like this could make a neighborhood staple a place someone avoids just to not deal with someones distasteful attitude. The food is wonderful and honestly everyone else is a gem. Just beware of the above.

I would have given Dutch's a higher rating because the food is surprisingly good. However, this was our first time there and the service was poor. We were seated and a waiter came over to take our drink order. My wine was brought promptly, but we had no utensils and no napkins, so when my red wine dripped down the glass as it almost always does after a sip, I had no napkin with which to wipe the wine off my glass. Therefore, it ended up dripping on to my light blue cotton shorts and I'm now left with the visible memory of my glass of red wine. The waiter took our order when he brought the drinks. We ordered fried pickles, which were delicious; a cheeseburger with fries, also very good; and a veggie and chicken quesadilla, surprisingly good. However, we still had no utensils or napkins, the waiter never noticed and never brought them, and we had to ask. By the time utensils and napkins were brought (we were seated outside), our food had become tepid. While I was about to dig into the quesadilla, the container of sour cream got knocked onto the floor, which was jammed on the plate with a container of salsa. I wish the containers had been delivered separately, not jammed on to the plate with the quesadilla. I would have liked another container of sour cream, but no one came over to our table to ask how we were doing or if we needed anything. Long after we finished our meals, a waitress came over to ask us if we wanted dessert or the check, not the original waiter who took our order. No explanation, and it would have been nice if we were told about the switch. I told her about the dumped sour cream, and she asked me if I wanted another one. Um, NO, too late, because I already finished my meal, thanks and no thanks. We didn't leave a good tip because of the poor service. We usually leave at least 20%. We would go back and try once more because the food was good, and the fried pickles were awesome; but, if we get poor service again, that's it - we wouldn't go back a third time. Inattentive and inconsistent service, good food.

Haven’t been here for a while decided to order some wings noticed the prices were raised. To think that paying 30 dollars for wings that they would up the quality of them but they still taste the same a year later LOL not worth it at all unfortunately

SUCH a disappointing lunch experience! So cold inside, I had to keep my coat on while eating. Both my husband and I were about to order and then we're told they had NO CHICKEN, which is exactly what we wanted. CHEAP plastic "silverware", the fork actually BROKE as I was eating, leaving a piece of plastic my mouth! A $50 lunch with tip, NOT WORTH IT!!!

Boy has this place changed visiting the area as well as Dutch restaurant for over 10 years Hey there, Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon all the Smashburger With cheddar cheese, bacon and sautéed onions, they give you two smash burgers on top of each other. The bacon was petrified and the roll/bun was bigger than the patties not to mention my fries with a ice cold Went there on Sunday because it's the only place in town Ordered A cheeseburger platter as for Asked for it to be cooked medium came out well done fries with ice cold again three of us ordered burgers each one of us got cold fries at that point I got up requested to be served fresh freshly made french fries which they accommodated us. We waited over an hour for the meal. They need to do something about that kitchen. I will tell you this the chili is very good. Other than that it may be worth the drive to go to Monticello.

Unfortunately, I’ve been going to Dutchess for years and this two times that we went. We’re just not acceptable. Food didn’t come out properly. First time they brought us out our appetizer after we ate and the second time it was so noisy. The food was below par and there was one waitress kind of running the whole area so you can only say so much. I hope the restaurant hasn’t gone downhill on a permanent basis.

I got there about 5:45pm got a drink within the first few mins they really weren’t that busy but I waited for until 6:15pm to get someone to come back and take my food order got my food like 15-20 mins later the burger and fries that I got were ok but the fries had way to much salt would not recommend

Had called in $130 order at 11:30 for a 12:30 pick up. Finally order was ready at 12:50. Burgers were burnt, they forgot an order of French fries, no blue cheese with some of wings, no ketchup with entire order.

I see that a lot of people give this place good reviews. But that was not our experience. We sat at a table in plain view for almost ten minutes. The waitress walked by and gave me a smile acknowledging that we were there but never came near us again. I got the impression that if they don't recognize you they don't bother with you. We left.

Not impressed with the food. Just expected it to be better even though it a bar/grill. Burger I ordered medium/rare came more than well done if that's even possible. Server was polite but just not helpful with my over cooked burger.

I ordered a large takeout 48$, specifics was given to cook the wings crispy, and fried pickles crispy., I ordered roast beef with auju gravy, they forgot the gravy, no flavor on roast beef. Perhaps cook was having a bad day. Not happy

Gave this place a second try. Left the first time after waiting over an hour for lunch. Just left again , ordered crispy mild wings and nachos. Received wings soggy , after 45 minutes. not even warm and never recieved the nachos :( Worst place ever!

Only reason I gave a star was because I can't do no stars I was in tonight and got food for my husband and I and the sandwiches had a sore taste I called and all they wanted to do was make new food after I told them that the first sandwiche made me sick to my stomach. Iv gotten food from them before and it was delicious mind you I drove over an hour away to get their food. Won't be back after this. I'll go else where for food if I come out again. Wouldn't have been so bad if they offered a partial refund I would have been fine and I wouldn't be leaving this on here. Trust I don't like doing things like this but here I am having no choice. I spent over $30 that's a lot of money for two sandwiches to be told it was either take the loss on the money or take more food after the first made me sick to my stomach from just one bite.

Very rude bartender. Went to the dining room to watch a football game with my son where we were told politely that they couldn’t change the game in that room. But that we could sit in the bar area and watch it there. We made our way to the bar area and took 2 bar stools to the pub tables. We were told we couldn’t move the bar stools from the bar. So we politely asked the bartender if we could sit at the bar to which she rudely told us that my son had to be 18 which was fine but we were offered no alternative and another attitude. I said can I just want to sit down and watch the game with my son and with no quick response I said something (negative comment) she just smiled and waved me goodbye. After decades of going to this place I have to stand on principle and still can’t believe I went through this. Needless to say, we went anywear else and had no problem. Having a miserable bartender is one thing but getting into an argument just so we could eat and watch the game, just not worth it. Will start going to a different bar
