The quality of pizza was the best of anywhere around. Perfect amount of delicious sauce, cheese & more than the average amount of toppings. We were traveling and didn't want drive-thru food, so we took a gamble with ordering a pizza as we were driving into the town of Rockdale. Jamie did a great job. She took our order over the phone, got it ready with napkins & paper plates, too. She was friendly, fast & efficient. Thank you for making our pizza, awesome & a great experience for us.

This was the fastest service I ever had from a pizza place. My kids were hungry I got my food FAST. In and it in no time. I recommend everyone in Rockdale to go and get the service that I received tonight. AMAZING!!!!!

Bought medium pan pizza, extra pepperoni, extra cheese. Ordered at counter, less than 15 min wait. Don't know about rest of menu but the pan crust makes all the difference. Excellent service! Included bread sticks without asking. Just me, made 3 meals out of it.

Because of weather my granddaughter's 4th birthday party was changed to Pizza Hut's Rockdale location at the last minute. Everyone was wonderful, very accommodating! Our group took over the whole place and the hot food and cold drinks just kept coming. Very happy with how the party turned out!!!

I really like this Pizza Hut in Rockdale, Tx. The staff are genuinely friendly. Service was prompt, and the pizza and wings were cooked perfectly fresh. And I couldn't stop eating the Nacho Fries. They are a tastey, cheesy food addiction. Yum!

Just ate here once passing through town, but this is the best Pizza Hut I've been to. Great service and pizza/salad/pasta/dessert selections. Everything tasty. It was super busy so it was a little loud and crowded but I appreciated that kids 3 and under were free, nice surprise.

A bit pricey compared to other local pizza spots but the food, rewards program, and environment make up for it. They've had the same manager for as long as I can remember and service has always been top notch. They also participate in a lot of community fundraisers, which I think is awesome!

Slow service, but I will miss when the last dine in Pizza Hut closes its doors. Me and my wife love to come here sit and enjoy great pizza and reminisce about our high school days, which we use to visit our hometown Pizza Hut alot.

The pizza box deal I ordered was fresh and hot and ready when promised. The staff members were friendly & on the ball. The dining area was clean. However, I feel like pizza should be more than an inch thick crust. Even though it was fluffy and tasted good, the six pepperonis, seven tiny chunks of bacon, and one jalapeno per slice was a bit overwhelmed by the three loaves of bread underneath. The cinnamon and cheese sticks were on point but you figure with the name like Pizza Hut, the pizza would be the best part. I'm sure it had nothing to do with the staff, I'm sure there's more corporate portion control try to make an extra dollar instead of an extra repeat customer. You keep customers coming back by giving them their money's worth.

I should have waited and actually pointed out the concern instead of saying something about it when I went to pay. It wasn't super raw, but it had enough of a pink gooey look to turn me off. She apologized but still charged me full price...$15 and I only consumed fries and a salad. Lesson learned. Their pizza is fine, but I probably won't be ordering anything else.

Filthy.took an hour and 16 minutes to get a personal pan pizza and a small cheesy bread.It was delivered in a paper bag instead of the warmer bags.So it was ice cold.I called them.But they didn't care to make up for it,or even offer an apology

Then I called back again and the same girl answered my phone call. Said her name was Alisa. People don't go to the Rockdale Pizza Hut. U will get scammed. Can't get them to answer the phn.

I tried to explain that there was some sort of glitch and that I didn't order this pizza and I tried to tell her I would give it back and that I didn't want it and she refused to help me in any way I would've given the pizza back i just didn't want it I wanted wings I paid for a pizza I won't eat now corporate has her name and I'll be getting a refund but that's not enough honestly nasty attitude left a bad taste in my mouth I will be getting pizza from dominos or gattis from now on and I'll be canceling my rewards program with pizza hut not a good way to treat your loyal customers

I placed a delivery order at 6:55 pm. I had to go get it, because I called three time to check on it. It still didn't get out for delivery. I didn't eat until 9 pm at it was cold. They only offered to give my two free drinks.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I tried to explain that there was some sort of glitch and that I didn't order this pizza and I tried to tell her I would give it back and that I didn't want it and she refused to help me in any way I would've given the pizza back i just didn't want it I wanted wings I paid for a pizza I won't eat now corporate has her name and I'll be getting a refund but that's not enough honestly nasty attitude left a bad taste in my mouth I will be getting pizza from dominos or gattis from now on and I'll be canceling my rewards program with pizza hut not a good way to treat your loyal customers
