Great customer service and great food

This is a place all the locals know about. If you're looking for a burger that tastes better than anything you could ever get at a fast food restaurant then this is your place. They are moderately priced and worth every dollar you spend. This place has a down home feel and you can skip the long drive thru lines.

It's and easy-going environment with down-to-earth servers and great burgers. It's basically a historical marker for Thorndale, as well. As of today, I wouldn't recommend any restaurant in the area more than this one.

I lived there back in 2009. I was married to a Patschke. I love the hamburgers they were the best. Gilbert was so friendly and never had an unkind word about anything. I sure miss there burgers. I will come back and order a lot of burgers . I hate to hear Gilbert died. I left in 2009. Thank you for your kind service.!!!

Don't let the looks scare you! Was meeting someone here for a marketplace transaction, and it smelled so good that I had to order a couple of burgers. They were next level awesome! That's all they do is burgers, and they do them very well! No fries or anything else cooked. Well worth the stop!

I’ve been all over the state of Texas for work. Not from this town at all. Can honestly say, one of the best cheese burgers I’ve ever had! Flavor was Exceptional. Nice mom and pop shop. If you’re in the mood for a great cheese burger and are in the area, HIGHLY recommended.

Went in first time today. Owner is real nice. Burger was real tastey. Almost tastes like you made it at home. Meat has a nice flavor. Tomatos and Onions on the burger were fresh tasting, not like the grocery store stuff. I will be back.

Saw good write ups here at Google but were disappointed in the ground beef. Nothing special about the burgers.. It has nostalgia, but needs to improve on quality. It is not inexpensive either. A hole in the wall with potential.
