Chipotle

This Chipotle was on point. The staff was friendly, the portions were generous, and everything moved super fast. I was in and out with my food in no time, and everything was made just right. Great service, good portions, and efficient, it's exactly what I want from Chipotle.

Our family has come to this location often as it can work for some of our kids that are gluten free. Everyone has always been happy with their meals. I needed some help with a local event but didn't need full catering. Jonathon helped me out tremendously. Even tho I wasn't even going to be ordering a full catering job from them he was so helpful. I was impressed with his excellent customer service. Will use them again when I have to do catering! Will be back for our regular burrito bowls soon!

Five stars. As an up and coming Chipotle influencer, this specific chipotle has been on my radar for years. The Rocklin Chipotle is almost mythical at this point, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I have friends who drive here all the way from San Francisco for a burrito. Finally trying it myself was incredibly satisfying. I think they knew influencers would be there today so they staffed their A team, and that was a great decision by the management. Fast, flawless service and peak Chipotle execution.

I took my friend here today for the first time. I told him how good the chips are. But, this time not the case. The chips were horrible. They tasted burnt. No flavor. Very disappointing.

I ordered a bowl , and after looking at the portions, I was not happy. When you see the commercial, it's flowing over the top of the bowl. You better wake up. It's quality, Quantity, customer service.

Wow, so I don’t think I’ve ever asked for a refund on a meal but this visit would make me change my mind. Order was placed inside at the counter but there was mass confusion because online orders were being filled at the same time and employees were crossing over each other, so the orders were getting completely mixed up. We realized when we were about to leave that we were given a veggie bowl when we ordered a chicken bowl so had to go back in to have it replaced. Everything was cold. We had to reheat all meals. The quesadilla we ordered was about half the size it’s supposed to be, looked like someone chopped it in half using a spoon, covered in black crusty burnt charcoal, and then tossed into a bowl container. The chicken inside contained huge chewy chunks of cartilage. There were no utensils and no napkins. All the containers were crushed and the drinks smelled like they were covered in laundry fabric softener. I’m really just kind of in shock at how bad it all was. I hope we don’t get food poisoning.

Well, I ordered my regular simple barbacoa burrito. Nothing extra = no chips & no drink. The manager asked me if I wanted to sample the new Carne Asada and I did. It was great. He asked if I wanted to add this protein to my burrito and I said sure! A small scoop was added and I moved down the line to pay. When the cashier said it'll be $20.59! I kind of just said ok and paid my bill. Looking at the breakdown on my receipt it showed burrito $12.10. Extra Carne Asada $7.10!!!. I got bamboozled. Nothing was mentioned on what the extra cost would have been. Good thing I didn't fall for the upsell on the guacamole and the cheese sauce. Look, I know businesses are doing there absolute best to stay profitable, but this was borderline deceitful and if I go back, I will most definitely have my guard up and not fall for this again.

Honey Chipotle Chicken was watery and had a completely different consistency/taste today. The lack of consistency is crazy. The tortilla was not heated up enough so it had a weird texture and almost a doughy taste, and it was very poorly wrapped. I come here very often and it’s different every time. Y’all need to get it together.

The lady there was working around 3:10 with braces and was horrible barley put rice and steak my bowl was damn near half way ate when I got my shit she got braces and black hair and was working on Wednesday February 11 around 3:10

My husband and I ate here today, and there was a Band-Aid in his Barbacoa. All they did was refund his $12 bowl. Extremely disappointed, neither of us wanted to eat after!

Walked in waited 8 minutes at the front of the line while staff was goofing off and ordered a bowl. Asked for double meat He took a huge scoop like he did for the first then dropped 85% of what he originally scooped from it and put it on top and charge me for it. I don’t know what double means to chipotle but double to meat means double or times two so you gave me a heaping pile of meat the first time now I need two heaping piles of meat. Second of all how dare you be charging me so much money When each container was cross contaminated with other food, nothing was wiped down, the attitude from the staff is incredible nobody asked you guys to work there, yet, you kind of treat the customers like the people in front of me like it’s our fault that you’re there. I paid for it immediately threw it away. Cause I’m not gonna argue with a bunch of teenagers about how food service works. Absolutely appalling will not be coming back to this location. Also the amount of staff touching their hair, faces, mouth, etc then touching food, containers, bands of chips is disgusting and a health code violation and a food safety hazard. I’m reporting chipotle to OSHA

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I’ve gone here multiple times and every single time, someone is rude. Tonight was my last straw. My boyfriend and I went at 10:30 p.m. after a long day at work, and the young girl with the facial piercing making our burrito greeted us in such a rude manner from the start. She kept talking to us like we were stupid, repeating what we were saying with a sarcastic laugh, glaring, and rolling her eyes constantly. I finally said something when my boyfriend asked for the brown salsa (the only salsa that is brown), and she looked at him so crazy and said, “You mean the green?” He said yes, then pointed at the salsa, and she paused, biting her lips as if we had offended her. I said, “You know what, never mind, we aren’t eating here,” and walked out. I’m honestly appalled at how this store is managed. This happens every time I come in, and this visit was my last.
