Bryan the owner is top notch. He is exactly the kind of employee I would want in my store. Impeccable customer service. We came in at 8pm, they were getting a start on their cleaning and closeup. It didn't bother him in the least that we showed up an hour before closing...in fact he made us feel welcome and comfortable. And the sandwich was sooo good. Thank you Bryan, your work ethic and attitude is refreshing and appreciated.

When you go into a sandwich shop you don't usually expect the ones behind the counter to always be in the most happy mood or be as generous with your creation as you may wish, but that is never a disappointment at this Jersey Mike's. Every visit we are pleasantly blessed with a helpful and friendly face, an amazing sandwich creation, and even a reasonable discount as they have coupons and codes on the net or from the mail. If you are looking for a good sandwich in the area, this is the best place to get it.

Fantastic places to get your sub sandwich. The meat is top quality. We love their regular white bread as well. Service is top notch as well. The dining room isn't much to look at but it's comfortable. Try it "Mike's Way" You will love it.

Fantastic places to get your sub sandwich. The meat is top quality. We love their regular white bread as well. Service is top notch as well. The dining room isn't much to look at but it's comfortable. Try it "Mike's Way" You will love it.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always fresh and delicious. Their service is EXCELLENT!! I’ve used them for catering a couple of times and they made it so easy on me. Today I had to wait a little longer than usual as they were very busy. The manger apologized and brought me a couple of coupons. They genuinely care about their customers. I can’t give them enough praise.

I have to be gluten free and today I ordered the famous Philly cheesesteak sandwich on an Udi’s gluten free bun. It was delicious!! They prepared my sandwich carefully and served me right at my table. Thank you to the team. I really appreciated my delicious GF sandwich.

Service was awesome! The manager was training a new guy and they both did great! New guy made the best BLT (w turkey) and my son devoured the club he made. And the guy on the griddle was amazing too! Super impressed with the customer service during a time when that is typically an afterthought. Good job guys! We will be back!

This new location is great. Delcious FRESHLY SLICED MEAT AND CHEESE made to order for our sandwiches. Ordered regular sandwiches and used a buy one get one free deal. You can also sign up for rewards which is free you buy 10 sandwiches and get the 11th free. The ladies in the store were fast and friendly. Come here if you want something fresh and easy. I highly recommend the wheat roll...very tasty and soft too.

Best Sub Shop Ever!!🙂 My personal favorite of any sandwich shop anywhere!!! The fresh bread is amazing🥖the fresh sliced meats and cheeses divine and a much better value than any standard sandwich shop I have ever tried keeps me returning again and again! The staff at all the locations I have visited is excellent, professional,friendly, and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy! They have everything at Jersey Mike's to make any day a better day!!!

Great service, great sandwiches. I love coming here they always have such good customer service. I dont know the girls name but she has a bunch of tattoos one of them is a leopard I believe. She was super sweet and courteous. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

This was my first time ever eating at Jersey Mike's. I'm impressed! The staff were friendly, my sandwich was made very quickly and the price is just right. The quality was fantastic and it was the best sub I've had in a while. It's way better than subway, can't even compare. This place has definitely lived up to the hype. 👍

First time eating at Jersey Mike's. I'm not impressed. The store was under some kind of construction due to the HVAC. The meat on the sandwich was, in my consideration was too thin. I asked for extra meat to be added to my sandwich, which was to be honest, nothing. The two workers expressed and acknowledged that the store had issues, and that was the reason why they had plastic coming from the ceiling and workstation. The store was clean, and you could eat your meal inside, or you can pick up your meal and take it with you.

My husband went in to see if he could get early but they were bombed and the bread was baking. My husband tells the long haired kid we did a online order which the kid says he doesn’t have the order. Then a short haired kid comes from the back goes to the order machine and hands it to the the other one. Who says they are out of bread and the order will not be ready til 3:22p, a 1/2 hour from then. At 3:21p we get a text saying it is ready. My husband goes in to get it and has to wait in line behind a gentleman who was getting 4 sandwiches to pick up our “ready” order. 25 minutes later my husband walks out with our order. It was NOT ready the long haired kid, once again said there was no online order, AGAIN, the short haired kid hands him the order and the short haired kid then starts to make the sandwich’s. My husband says the long haired kid complained the whole time about the night shift not baking the bread and they were so busy. My complaint is 1) why did the long haired kid say he didn’t receive the order without looking on the machine 2) why are we receiving a text saying it is ready when in fact the long hair kid did not make the order because he again lost the order. 3) this is 2:45p, they open at 10a. Your telling me 4 1/2 hours later you are just now checking your supplies for the day? Seems to be a little mismanaged and unorganized. My husband said the short haired kid was good and at least being personable. The long haired kid was working but just complained the whole time and did not seem to care about the customers.

Service was honestly terrible. I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s tons of times but this was the first time I’ve ever had awful service. Tall gentleman with a goatee was very rude and had very hostile behavior. He made us feel like a nuisance for being there. He rushed my sandwich and also got my order wrong and when going back to resolve it, again, he was super rude and acted as if me being there was an issue and wouldn’t even speak to me. I love jersey mikes but I will definitely not be returning to this location. 👎😕

Somehow the 15 minutes it took me to get my sandwich was the creepiest/ most uncomfortable experience of my life. Bad enough that i’m leaving a review. Workers standoffish and rude even though I was the only one in there?? Very weird vibes and i felt extremely uncomfortable. After i ordered they started doing other things so i sat down and they kept staring at me. The owner came out a few minutes later and said something to them and then they started making my sandwich. Not to be mean but they look/acted like what you imagine a serial killers to be like. These jobs tend to suck so i usually give a ton of passes for exhausted/ burn out workers but this was different. Their tone when talking to me was condescending and said multiple snide/sarcastic remarks about my singular sandwich i ordered. I genuinely feel like they messed up my sandwich on purpose. My sandwich was missing onions and pickles which I explicitly asked for since they’ve messed up my order the last two times i’ve come to this location. I’ve been eating at this store once a week for a few years now. Sad to see a company i’ve been getting sandwiches from since 2008 go downhill so fast since being acquired by Blackrock in January 2025.

Second thing, you ask me for my points number, for donation, for tips, and then you ask me how is my day going? Stop asking all those stupid questions and just let me zap my card, pay, and go. I don't want to get to know you or apply for a loan to a buy a house. Stop it people. I have travelled all over the world and never seen such stupidity.

We ordered 2 sandwiches, I got one and was waiting for the other. After waiting 15 mins. And the person that I was with already finished there sandwich. I decided to cancel my sandwich and ask for a refund, the man behind the counter was annoyed and had an attitude, he gave me a refund however I won't be going back to this location.
