This is a very nice Starbucks. The staff was exceptional! Friendly, fast and efficient. We will be back.
Brief but pleasant stop there enroute to a medical appointment today. Inside was absolutely packed with high school kids hanging out and otherwise milling around the place...
Haven't been here is while so crew has changed. Very pleasant and upbeat. Patient enough to explain the little tricks wth how to use the app.
Just received one of the best service i have received from a Starbucks! All of the staff was friendly, the location is clean and service was really fast!
Fast service, friendly service, coffee is always delicious when ordered. Just remember that it is always packed so get ready to wait in line. Lots of seating available.
Busy but very good! The employees don't skimp on the ingredients and it just tastes better here. I enjoy stopping by when on the hill.
This Starbucks has just been remodeled. It looks great and nicely done. It's still a great Starbucks to go to.
so glad the peninsula was blessed with a starbucks. gotta get those high school kids addicted to sugar and caffeine real early!
They have very friendly workers. The employee Tyler who helped me is very nice. I would go there again for coffee.
The staff are terrific! They not only get it right but are helpful friendly and take good care of the customer as their 1st priority
Great staff with a smile and they make the drinks correct unlike many other locations.
Always a pleasant experience at this particular store. The trio, Sylvia, Niko & Kimmy are truly exceptional. They make the few minutes you spend in the store so engaging. Keep up the great work.
Nice & friendly folks! My family says they mess up the order when they ask for things like "no whip" and always get whip. I have fairly simple order so hard to mess up. The Customers who come in are in some great hurries, ALWAYS. Wonder what the rush is.
Great staff super friendly and fast! My favorite Starbucks location and the views around are beautiful I love coming here thank u baristas for making my drinks with love🥰
As long as the Pride flag stays up I will keep coming back more often. I like many different local coffee places and don't love corporate coffee but this particular Starbucks gets my vote! With all the hate swirling around these days it's nice to see some love! Love is Love!
I love my local Starbucks. They’re so friendly and welcoming and their community board is always full and recently had a box for donations of gently used running shoes. I love a Starbucks that’s about community. (Let them unionize if that’s what they want!)
Love this location! It can get busy, but I’ve never had a problem with my order. The food is always good, service is pretty quick, and the place is clean. Not too much seating inside, but plenty outside.
Great Store! I enjoy getting my drink from here and it never fails to disappoint. I love the refreshers at this Starbucks and my favorite is Mango Dragon Fruit or Strawberry Acai. The servers get your drink very fast and keep you engaged. Super polite and clean place! Get your drinks here!
Great experience here , friendly baristas and really get to know me and make sure I like my drinks they make . Great Customer Service

-Located inside a relatively new but small Target -Pretty clean from what I can see, probably because there is no seating due to Covid -No lines when I went -No Apple Crisp Macchiato -Note: you cannot drink your Starbucks while shopping inside Target
Came on a weekday morning to do some work. WiFi was fast and reliable, and there were outlets available near or on every table. Just note that this location is a little busy and small, so it was a little too loud for video conferencing.
Nice, clean Starbucks. I don't drink caffeinated coffee anymore, so I had the Chai Tea Latte with a chocolate pastry. I enjoyed a friendly conversation with a Grateful Dead fan.
Great Starbucks and great service. Always busy and the inside seating is limited. Only reason it gets 4 stars. It's unfair just because the newer Starbucks are so much more spacious, this would have been a five star just a couple of years ago.

Fast drinks. But don't go in the early morning unless all you wanna hear is girls babbling incessantly about their personal lives so loud that now the entire building knows about all the drama between coworkers and who their mom is with now. Starbucks. You gotta train your baristas!
Good drinks, seldom will they serve a bad Java. Not happy about having mature candid conversation with customers that I did not want my two year old to hear. Also, when you close shop, least give a five or ten minute notice that your about to close. The whole "ok we're closed, leave now" rush, although understandable, is irritating.
Just commenting on the updated layout -- seating must have been reduced by half if not more. Its sterile and uninviting. They just want take-out customers only?
The Starbucks inside Pavilions and the standalone store in the Peninsula Shopping Center were both out of gift cards three days after Christmas. But this store still had a bunch, yay! No envelopes though, boo. I wanted to use my reloadable card on my phone app to pay for a physical gift card, but the machine wouldn’t accept that form of payment here. Double boo. Not sure if that’s the case for all Starbucks or only at this location?

My husband was really upset with his black iced tea today. He ordered a venti iced tea, but it came packed with ice, leaving very little tea. After just a few sips, it was gone. It was truly disappointing.
This place always has the longest wait, even on a Sunday morning at 8 a.m.
Very noisy even by Starbucks standards. What I mean is that the music wasn't background music, the people next to me were having to speak loudly. Lots of plugs for gadgets. Also have wireless charging. Not sure what it is about this Starbucks. Different atmosphere. Staff seemed nice. Went by again in the morning. Super busy with many people seeming to have used mobile ordering and stopping in since this Starbucks does not have a drive-thru.
I like this location, I have memories coming here in the 90’s! But it’s often a problem. Window is way off, often 3-5x longer than the estimate. I have had my drink taken by somebody else multiple times, and drinks are usually good, but sometimes not made as well as other locations.

Ordered a white mocha frap. Barista rang it up as white mocha cream frap. Then the barista argued with me that they are the same thing and the white mocha cream Frap has coffee in it after I repeatedly told her it doesn’t and that I’ve been ordering white mocha fraps for years and know what the menu item is supposed to say on the register screen...thank goodness the guy making the coffee double checked with me before making the drink. She then admitted to him behind the counter that she just couldn’t find the white mocha frap on the menu screen. This is the fourth time I’ve come into the store and the barista has had a hard time finding drink items on the register, thus holding up the line. Baristas aren’t trained nearly as well here as they are at the starbucks a few blocks over by the movie theater. I’ll stick to that starbs instead from now on.
Shame on me for being fooled time and time again on Saturday mornings. This place is a zoo on Saturday mornings. Today was ridiculous. 30 minutes for a DRIP COFFEE. I left without my order. Never again.
Service is very slow and the employee is not friendly at all. The day we went there were 7 to 8 people in the line ordering different kind of beverages. We (3rd in line ordering frap) and another asian girl (6 in line ordering hot coffee) were served with our orders last after all others were served and gone. When we asked for a water cup because there were none by the tank, the girl behind the counter gave us a nasty look.
Small study space, unfortunately I don’t think I’ll come back. The air fan that turns on when the door opens and shuts is so cold and strong all the tables are in line and is very distracting.
I just stood in line for about 10 minutes behind a single customer whose name I gather was "justice" chatting with one of the two baristas endlessly. When she was done both of the baristas scattered, looking all busy, not acknowledging me. I stood for another minute trying to make eye contact to no avail and then walked out. Due to the limited seating it was already full even on a Monday evening at 7:30pm. This used to be my hangout when my kids take a class at the nearby music center Amuse. I guess I'll find elsewhere to go during music lessons or walk to the Starbucks at pavilions. Maybe they'll serve me
Horrible service. Got my order wrong 3 times. Drinks just slid on the counter without them calling your name. All of us had to look what drink was ours. Will never be going back to that location!!
PAID FOR MY ORDER, BUT THEY FORGOT SOME HOW TO SUBMIT MY ORDER, I HAD TO ADVISED THEM OF MY ORDER 30 MINUTES LATER, & THEN I HAD TO WAITE ANOTHER 20 MINUTES. CASHER NEEDS TO UP HIS GAME UNLESS HE IS RACIST.
Everytime I ordered my drink it comes out wrong 90 percent of the time. I stopped going and started to go to yellow vase across the street and haven’t stopped since.
Inexplicably, unapologetically, but consistently, is now taking nearly 30min to get an incorrectly made drink. Save yourself, there are other locations nearby.
My friend and I went into this establishment. Three employees walked passed is without saying a word. We waited and no one every acknowledged us even when we called to them. A Caucasian lady walked up and they immediately acknowledged her and took her order, we had already decided to leave. This poor service for people of color needs to stop. I will no longer patronize Starbucks. We have six stores in our community, and at our next community meeting I will be telling of this incident. Shame on Starbucks. They need to clean house of all these racist employees.
Been here quite a few times lately and service has been fine, but this last visit I paid for a venti and they gave me a grande, I didn’t realize because they did not give me a receipt so I just thought they misheard even though they didn’t. Not to mention not calling my name when the order was ready and taking quite the time. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again
The service at Starbucks was great as always, but I was really disappointed when I got my drink. It looked nothing like what I was expecting. I mean I order this all the time, and I know how it's supposed to look and taste. But when they handed it to me, it came out looking like this... not at all up to par. I'm usually such a fan of their drinks, but come on, Starbucks —what happened here? I paid for a well-made drink, not something that looks like it's half done.

I was discriminated to speaking Spanish. They didn't want to sell me a coffee because they said I was speaking too angrily and they don't have to put up with people who speak badly. That happened to me yesterday, December 6th, around 2:30 pm. No Starbucks had ever refused to let me buy a coffee. When I asked for the manager they told me you can not speak with him because he is only speak English. It was a discrimination, I said it doesn’t matter I can speak English, my English is enough to speak with him, they told me he wont speak with you. Was a horrible experience at Starbucks. Unfortunately this happens very often in California people in fast food restaurants are extremely sensitive, I have to be very kind with them like if they are paying my coffee. In California Latin people discriminate Latin people because speaking Spanish.
New Starbucks model is apparently punish those that don't want to use the app. One cannot simply walk in and order a drink without having 3 or more associates ignore you for 5 minutes before determining the reason you are standing at the cash register is to order a drink. Some of us prefer not to use your scam app that forces you to put a large amount that you may or may not use only to have to add more money in an amount that forces you to add more money so that the cycle continues. Why can't I load $3.48 to buy a coffee why do I have to load $10. Additionally you do those that work there refuses to acknowledge someone standing where just a few years ago someone would take my order.
Starbucks #518 Morning Manager She was not helpful made me feel like if I was asking for hand me downs. All I was asking was for a resolution of a gift card that was purchased at this store and not reloaded properly somehow the money was loaded and minutes after removed and when card was going to be used showed $0 balance. After going to the store several times and about 3 hours wasted issue was finally resolved by 800 customer service.
Beautifully remodeled but not an inviting atmosphere for dine-in. Layout doesn't make sense for Starbucks. Bad service. Employees untrained. Very unusual for Starbucks.Customers standing around not knowing when or which drinks were theirs on the counter. Didn't get the sense that baristas there wanted to be there.
Ordered two matcha latte with my sister. The whole cup is made up by foam, barely any matcha taste. Not worth the cost.
They force you to buy something to get water, and 90% of the cup is ice. The lady said it’s a new policy to charge people for water. Like what!
You have to be their customer to be able to use their bathroom there. This corporation has truly perfected the art of being heartless. Need to use the bathroom? Sorry—you’re not worthy unless you hand over your money first. Apparently, human needs don’t matter unless they can turn a profit. Their message is loud and clear: if you’re not spending, you’re not even human. Staff enforce this nonsense like soulless gatekeepers, as if letting a non-customer pee will bring down the whole empire. What’s next—charging people to breathe inside? It’s corporate greed wrapped in fake professionalism, and they couldn’t care less about public wellbeing unless there’s a dollar sign attached. If there is another coffee shop, I will never step foot in there
