It occurred to me that I haven't had Pizza Hut in a long time so I paid them a visit. The staff was friendly and busy cranking pizzas out. The food was great as usual.

Always fresh and delicious. We pick up our orders and they're always on time. Prices are fair. Staff is indifferent for the most part but we don't have much interaction with them anyway. Parking is kind of awful, small cramped lot that doesn't work well for trucks. Overall a great place for pizza.

He went above and beyond with resolving my issue and empathize why I was so upset. Very professional and knows how to take care of his customers. I appreciate it! They almost lost a pizza hut customer, but John showed that he valued me as a customer.

I was going to leave an awful review on this location particularly, but have now decided that pizza hut does care about its customers. I had a really bad experience not knowing that they were short staffed and called in to ask for a refund. I asked to speak with the manager and wound up speaking to John the corporate manager. He went above and beyond with resolving my issue and empathize why I was so upset. Very professional and knows how to take care of his customers. I appreciate it! Pizza and pasta was good but the breadsticks were pretty nasty and tasted way too thick and doughy. Usually Pizza Hut gets these breadsticks on point and looks just like it does on the website if not a little bit crispier. Maybe they changed the recipe or something but it looks like they just used leftover pizza dough and sprinkled garlic and Parmesan on it. Then they skimp out on marinara sauce and only fill the container like 1/4 of the way when they used to fill it up like 7/8 or all the way. Really disappointed.. Pizza was good as always, at least better than Dominos and pasta was decent. Lately though it seems like they’ve been going downhill with cutting corners here and there and it feels like maybe I gotta get used to a new pizza spot.

I would not pickup or purchase from this location again. My food was not fully cooked . The person there couldn’t understand my name when asked. They tried to give me someone else’s order and then I have to finally show him my name on the lobby screen. Overall the pizza was over priced and undercooked. I would STAY AWAY from this location.

SOOO, I picked the pizza up after getting off work. I didn't open and check the box bc it was taped, assuming it's safe to not check over there bc of covid. Got home, opened the box and this was how it looked without me even touching the pizza yet. What should I think of this? Eat, throw it in the trash or drive another 20mins back to tell them to give me a new one? AHHHH this was supposed to be my dinner!!!! :(

So disappointed, ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza, and there were at least 3 slices that had 2 pepperoni on them, I couldn't believe I paid 17.29 for that. So upsetting, I don't think I'll be going back.

do not get delivery from this location, even though you order on the pizza hut website they use door dash to deliver, if there's issues with your delivery you're basically out of luck cause nobody will be able to help you. i had ordered delivery to a motel 6 and the door dash driver drops it off at a random room claims he dropped it off with a child. a child? seriously? of course some random kid will claim a pizza even if they didn't order it. i call door dash i call pizza hut i even go through the pizza hut website, nothing but the run around. i never got my food and i never got my money back. that is absolutely ridiculous. and your store is no help, nobody can help apparently, this is a messed up system and you need to fix it.

Worse experience ever here! Received completely wrong order when it was first delivered. It was taken back. Correct order came over an hour later but was missing items. Had to pay for delivery fee and tipped for late, cold, missing food. Never again with this location.

Came to pick up my order and asked if he remembered my order and he nervously looked around and said no. Worse pizza hut employees I've dealt with.

After the service and phone call with Assistant Manager Sue very rude, impoliet and disgrace. When Dana was manager gave credit under name and number for a situation happened with Sue (Assistant Manager), I called back now Dana no longer works there is under new management Jennifer, Sue answers again stating there is nothing I can do for you ans Dana no longer works here. I specifically asked to speak with New Manager , she refused,overall this place needs to replace Sue she needs to get it together

My Pizza was delivered 35 minutes late! I called the store 8 times and couldn’t get help, not a good customer service. When I finally got the pizza, it was just warm not hot at all, very disappointing. I spent $5.99 for delivery fee and $11 tips. I should have carry out instead of delivery!

I ordered a large three topping pizza and garlic Parmesan wings that only had four wings in it and was charge for more. Then to top it off the pizza they gave me wasn't my pizza at all and the crust was thick and doughy not cooked at all. Then when I received my original order my pizza was the wrong crust had more sausage and hardly any vegetables that I could see. The wings tasted sour like they had lemon on them. I called them all they said was sorry I can give you store credit. Emmm no I want my money back worst experience ever here.
