Celebrated with a group of friends here and had a great time. We made reservations the morning of and were able to fit a party of 8. Very popular location and gets crowded at dinner. The staff was helpful and kind. Service is fantastic. The tables are clean, ingredients are well organized and fresh. Plenty of tasty options to choose from, especially different meats and seafood. You get your own individual pot so you can customize the soup/spice you want. Spicy seems decently spicy here. Prices are typical and expected for the quality. Definitely check it out if you’re nearby!
Awesome food, great service and good taste
This is a fantastic place for AYCE Shabu Shabu! You choose your soup broth and meats from the servers then add the fixings, noodles, seafood, veggies, sides and sauces from their huge buffet table. All the servers were polite and there's a 90 minute limit per table. Reservations are recommended during peak times.
The broth and food is always clean and consistent. Very fresh love it! We have been coming here for a long time, but my recent visit (9/5/23) we noticed that the slices if meat got very thin. It's not a bad thing, for shabu should be eaten with thin slices. As for the service, the lady at the front (long blond hair) never really smiles. Yesterday we got there around 11:57 and the door was opened. There was a group already waiting inside. The hostess comes rushing in at 11:58 and informs us that it's not 12:00 yet and that we need to step outside. We all sort of stared at her, and she said "we have 2 more mins, please wait outside". REALLY?!?!?!? But she's the hostess, should always be smiling. Never seen such. I'm don't know the servers name, but she's the young Asian lady that always wears her hair in a bun.. she's thr BEST!!! Thank you for your great service!!! Always attentive, never have to haul her down because she's ALWAYS on top of it!! The rest of the servers, I've seen fool around, chit chat with other workers, and I've even seen the meat cutters on their phones! You're touching meat and on your phone, and then BACK to cutting meat?! Ps. When it's hot, the AC doesn't really work and they have the fans on. Be ready to SWEAT! Pps. Please clean the restrooms. VERY dirty, especially the handicap ladies room..

My first shabushabu experience was here and I have to say I was not disappointed. After visiting two other similar places, being HaiDiLao and All That Shabu on main, this one takes the cake for many reasons. First, it's the cheapest of all three. Two, the servers were VERY attentive and friendly. They frequently offered to order more meats from the kitchen for us and kept asking if they could do anything for us. Three, the food was pretty good! The sauces and the noodles, tofus, other meats from the AYCE buffet was much better than the others. This is probably going to be my go to if I want to eat hot pot :) it's also very close. And of course like I said, at lunch time you can't beat $26 AYCE, while I paid $29 for all you can shabu, and about $130 for HaiDiLao.
Came here with the family for dinner. Was expecting this place to be kinda packed but it was pretty dead. But it was a Tuesday night. Lol. The place is very spacious. Environment was very chill. No loud music or anything unpleasant. They have a lot of different things you could choose from. Seafood items, vegetables, different sauces. Pretty good if you like hotpot.

Best place for hot pot always fresh and tasty...the meats always fresh and the new chicken meat is very good ...great for big groups or for a date ...highly recommend this place ...I would give it 10 stars if I could....
I’ve been here about 3 times! A good variety of veggies, seafood, and sauces! Broths were well seasoned and flavorful. My partner got the spicy broth (I think it was the mala) and I got the tonkotsu. I also loved that they used the same broth that you ordered when refilling instead of diluting the original broth with a basic stock. Service was phenomenal! All the employees worked well together and helped each other out so service was fast. Cuts of meat were good and were quickly brought out. I wished they also served cooked dishes.
One of the good deal spot for hot pot. 💯 Eat all you can: SEA FOOD - EGG ROLL- NOODLES- Soup base of your choice. Just need to keep the cleanliness of the whole restaurant including bathroom. “There’s always room for improvement” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Looking for a new shabu spot in my area. Tried the premium AYCE lunch ($32.99) with a coke ($3) These were the meats I tried: 1. Chuck Tender - was kind of chewy, skip 2. Ribeye - tender, decent marbling, ordered a 2nd round Waitress suggested the 6. Top Blade which is very popular but I didn’t have the room and didn’t want to waste! Solid selection of veggies, appetizers, sauces. Friendly attentive service, and tons of space in the restaurant so it didn’t feel crowded. Their goma sauce was good - essential to a great shabu experience. Will definitely come back with friends so I can try ALL the meats.
🌟 As a foodie, I've always had my sights set on experiencing the pot of happiness at Shabuya Alhambra. So, on New Year's Day, we ventured in with our son, eager to indulge in their promise of premium all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu at an affordable price. 🥘 Claiming to be the abode of happiness in a pot, Shabuya delivers a gastronomic adventure with freshly cut meats, a cornucopia of vegetables, an array of seafood, oden, and noodles. The menu diversity definitely impresses. ✨ Our dining experience was pleasant; the ambiance was clean, and the service was attentive, elevating our visit. The meats were undeniably fresh, giving off a premium vibe that matched their claim. The seafood and vegetable buffet counters were brimming with delightful choices, catering to various tastes. 🍲 However, one aspect fell a tad short of expectations—the cooked food dishes. With only four options available, it felt limited compared to the extensive raw selection. ⏱️ It's important to note that dining here is time-bound, capped at a 90-minute limit. Despite this, we departed feeling completely satisfied and stuffed after our flavorful rendezvous with shabu-shabu delights. 👍 Overall, Shabuya Alhambra lives up to its promise of offering quality ingredients and a memorable dining experience. For shabu-shabu enthusiasts seeking a diverse spread within a budget-friendly, time-constrained setting, this spot is worth a visit. Our journey here left us content, having savored the freshest of ingredients and enjoyed commendable service.
They won't come to your table to ask what you need, but you can stop any worker walking by and ask for what you want. Food is fresh and slightly above average. Terra beer paired well with the food.
This is a decent all u can eat hotspot place. There is a pretty decent selection of meats, seafood, and veggies to choose from. FYI there is no mini dessert station at this place. The atmosphere is pretty chill with changing lights to help people relax as they eat. There are also different soup bases to pick too. I do recommend this place for people who wants to do a get-together and eat.
My fav shabu place. First time here but I’ve gone to the la Mirada one many times. Servers r friendly and take pride in their work. Had a blast w my buddy. Will def go back. Plenty of parking and other things in the plaza. Fun times.
All you can eat Pick a broth Meats 1 to 7 good choices 1 tray of meat per person Last call, Cut off is at 9 pm

Rib eye was the winner this visit. Seafood and veggie buffet are good. Sauce selection is good. Service was lacking. Had to ask where our order was a couple times while sitting there a while. Then they brought out double orders for us. They're nice and courteous, but just had trouble multitasking and/or making their rounds to get our meat orders

This is my second time here. Looks like they update the menu compare to the first time. They no longer have kobe or wagyu beef. It’s AYCE for 29.99 but they charge $1 for the soup base? Makes no sense. How do we eat hot pot without the soup base? There are plenty of options but not as much compared to traditional Chinese hotpot places. For example there’s no tripe or duck feet or taro and such. Also we made the mistake of coming in late. They supposedly closed at 10 but you cannot order after 9:30. They also didn’t tell us the self serve bar is also cleared out at 9:30 so that was a bummer. Overall do not recommend for dinner price. Maybe lunch price is more worth it.

I have mix feelings about this place. Utensils were dirty cups not properly wash still has scum stuck to the inside of the cup. Was willing to overlook some questionable things too. Overall not a bad place I would recommend but at the end of the dining experience I felt like I was being kicked out I didn’t even get to finish my food :(.

Good AYCE shabu-shabu place!!! Unfortunately, service is still not so good.. the restaurant still insists on using plastic forks as it's main utensil to give to customers - using the 'Pandemic' excuse... in reality.. it's just being lazy (esp. it's May 2022 now). - Don't you know that 'Plastic particles under heat can cause Cancer'... Food overall are delicious 😋 But the services really need to improve!!!#@& 😅🧐😒

Firstly, the host and the server did an amazing job. Unfortunately, right after coming back from eating here, my wife got food poisoning. She was sick for a total of four days. I hate to write a bad review but customers need to know. The management need to know too. They need to be more food safety in the kitchen.

Terrible service, excellent food! Waited over 35 minutes after eating to get our waiter to give us the bill. I had to ask another staff member for the bill (kindly so) and then another 15 minutes went by with everyone seemingly avoiding us. Keep in mind, we are both very friendly and very respectful the whole time - not eating egregioussly or anything. This was the first time here after they reopened so very dissatisfied with the disrespect. Food was excellent as always though!
