My daughter loves subway and this is her favorite spot. Her usual is the kids meal, which is 4.99 +tax and includes chips and a juice pack or milk. But today she didn't want her usual chocolate milk drink and asked if she could have a fountain drink instead. The attendant said yes and then continued to charge me $10.17!!! That's five dollars for a fountain drink... No thanks we'll stick to the chocolate milk! Never had this problem before, and I didn't recognize the attendant either. So I guess we'll label this a novice mistake. 😒

Food was great, service sadly was not. The lady had her mask below her noise while making sandwiches, which was not a good feeling thankfully she was not making mine. The kid that helped me seemed annoyed the entire time.

There was only one person there to serve a line full of people. the lady behind the counter obviously did not know what she was doing or where anything was at you at ask her for mayonnaise and mustard and she would put the subway vinaigrette I asked for my sandwich to be toasted I was lucky if it was in there for 2 seconds this particular Subway has truly gone down they need to get people in there who know what they're doing who know where things are not so you can stand there and yell at them over there that one very disappointed

I usually don't write reviews, but I had a really bad experience that I had to share. Worst customer service from a Hispanic senior lady, she would give out the worst attitude, and service. Everyone one else is generally fine. But there are other subways out there. I would not recommend coming here

The whole veggie area was a big mess, veggies were practically all mixed up, guy making our sandwich was squeezing juice from pickles and it was going all over the other veggies stations.the drink place was dirty. They need a good cleaning, definitely never coming back to this one. Also the whole menu wasn’t even up.

I still don't understand why they keep messing up the orders, not only that but they keep forgetting certain items with the sandwiches. They need to be retrained and know how to count properly. This was the 4th time and the last time. I STRONGLY suggest to go to a different one, I already contacted the company and haven't received anything from them. So this just tells you how management runs this place. Go to a different Sandwich place.

We went to this subway when we got in my mom was asking stuff to put on her sandwiches while the lady was looking at her with a bad attitude and she was saying huh after my mom asked her to put stuff on my moms sandwiches. I don’t know why there’s are employes working there and having a bad attitude.

Too begin with one of the employees was so rude she had a bad attitude didn’t have a name tag on too top it off she kept acting childish and looking at me and rolling her eyes. (I believe her name is IVY) Anyways then Rose took my order and she left my food unattended and left outside and came back she was on her phone while taking my order smh took almost 30 minutes to get only four subs. Plus she told me I couldn’t get it on special the sub when it states it’s Thursday and the Italian BMT is on special they should not advertise if it’s not going to be honor smh never again going back. They didn’t wash there hands. Poor customer service. And not let alone very loud music music not professional at all. Do better subway!

Honestly one of my least favorite experiences at a subway. I asked for vinegar and vinegar only and got a sandwich doused in oil and vinegar. Another sandwich I ordered had jalapeños in it when none were asked for. Too much salt, poor organization, and a lack of effort. Avocado shouldn’t be rock hard and I shouldn’t get a soaked sandwich. I understand things happen and this is certainly a chaotic time but it was empty and we weren’t asking for much. Shouldn’t have been hard to follow along. Also not sure if tossing meats into the wrong compartment is an issue or anything but it didn’t look great to me.

But I am definitely leaving this well deserved negative review. The girl working was way too slow, confused, and clearly couldn’t follow simple instructions. First and last time I visit that location.

That's very inconvenient. Why would I lie about my sandwich being cold or the steak

Always have to tell the same male employee to wash his hands and put some new gloves. He wants to use the gloves he just made a sandwich and collected the money and gave back change.

They make the subs messy and sloppy. Bad customer service. They had a long line because the fat girl worker was making her own sub to eat instead for helping out with the line/customers. SMH
