Love chipotle for the quick food service and delicious meals. The food was fresh, the chips were crispy and it was an overall great dining experience. Solid customer service and I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

I just visited the Mexican restaurant Chipotle and ordered a bowl with barbacoa. The experience exceeded my expectations! The barbacoa meat was very tender and juicy, and the combination with rice, beans, and fresh vegetables created an incredible flavor. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and everything is served quickly and with a smile. Every spoonful was a delight, and at some point, I realized: “I am full and I am happy.” Chipotle truly knows how to surprise with simple yet vibrant flavors and bring real joy from food.

This was my first time going to chipotle, I asked for a burrito and it was too little white rice, the server asked someone to bring more rice so I asked to have the new rice. He place one spoon to the tortilla and then add little more of the new rice, that was not what I asked him, then he said to someone else to come and do the wrapping, by that time I said, I don't want the burrito, if it was a misundestending from my part, I think it should be an explanation of why someone else was called to do the wrapping, I don't like to get food from domeone who is not willing to do it in a happy way, then I went to another location and the service was excellent, this is not a complaint.

Really good fresh food. ALWAYS check your mobile order. When I got back to work, I discovered that they didn't put beans in my bowl! Then I got rice when I put online that I didn't want rice.

They don't skimp on the food here!! :) I never really stray from my normal order.. Chicken Salad with only 2 scoops of hot salsa and fresh tomato salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. I don't like the fillers.... rice or beans lol. The chips are always a hit or miss for me. Sometimes they are heavily salted.. other days, it's perfect. I will be back if I ever need a quick, simple meal!

Chipotle seems to be hit or miss lately. The portions are inconsistent. To food is either warm or cold. When it's good, it's definitely worth it. When it's bad, it's very disappointing. They do have really good chips. I would recommend the steak and carnitas. But I'm not a fan of the queso. The guacamole always looks old.

This location is typically slower than others. How can I tell? Their hot holding food is crusted over. And as much as they want to quickly stir it around when I’m there, I see it and it doesn’t mix. It just becomes chunky. Yuck! But I eat it anyways, I don’t let food goto waste. Sometimes their rice is undercooked. Bits and pieces of raw rice. Double yuck. What really caught my attention this time was their statement on the bag. Their definition of Real Ingredients includes Gypsum. Give me a break. Gypsum is the chalk like substance in dry wall. If I want to eat dry wall, I’d goto Home Depot bro.

Too salty. 2-3x times I’ve come here and it is way too salty. I had to down a 24 oz hydro flask of water when I wasn't even done with 1/3rd of my bowl. Not to mention the globules of coarse salt on the tortilla chips. Please please lighten up in the salt. I come here to eat healthy food, not get hypertension.

This Chipotle has the worst customer service ever. Came in at 6:30 p.m. employees standing around on their phones while I stood at the counter waiting to be helped. After being acknowledged after a couple minutes I got the eye roll with the slam down of the phone as if I came in 2 minutes before closing. About a month ago I went in 1 hour before closing a couple employees were cleaning the rest were on their phones, me and my friend ordered we sat down to eat they apparently didn't want anybody in there, they brought out a portable speaker and proceeded to turn it on as loud as possible to where me and my friend had to yell to have a conversation. Obviously there's no management at night as the employees stand around openly on their phones and all have attitudes.

Second time ordering online. First time was great, so I tried a second time, since I am stranded at home. This second time...not great. My order was completely wrong, The label on the top of the bowl had the right items, but inside the bowl was something completely different, including the missing guacamole (that I paid extra for). I called the store immediately and after explaining what happened with my order, their customer representative told me that they couldn't issue a refund (which I wasn't expecting) or re-do my order and send it my way (which I thought was the logical solution), only offer for me to go an pick up my order...defeating the whole purpose of ordering delivery online. And, at no point an apology. I am not ordering online anymore from this chain to save me from any future headaches.

Service is always very slow with a long line and perpetually understaffed in front. Always try and shortchange portions even on rice! Can’t ever order ahead because the bowl will be half size. One of the worst branches.

Why I return here. I don't know because everytime I got disappointed. Food is cool, too much rice, too little of the rest, and the flavours don't improve. And all this for 9 dollars. I think with the pandemic restaurants should be more creative and don't lower the service quality.

Got my order wrong, charged me extra for their mistake. No remorse, didn't try to reach out. Food was super salty at this branch too. Everything tasted like it had extra salt especially the mild sauce, rice, and beans.

Service is very bad. Food was bad. They poured hot sauce all over my bowl without even asking. When I was about to pay. Other person took 10 mins to come and collect money. There are no spoons or forks. I wonder What are all the people doing.

It seems like we have to keep asking for our order, over and over. The meat looks old, they don't keep the grilled onions and bell peppers fresh. I got greasy meat on my salad that was sitting at the bottom of the dish. I pointed it out and he didn't care. The portions were off. They are rushing and not really concerned with their customers leaving happy. The attitude of the staff is the worst. I've been to this location several times in the past but I will not be returning after tonight.

Couldn't let this experience go without a review. The girl who helped with my meals today was so rude, not only to me but to the lady in front of me. Poor lady... Her bowl was less than halfway full... Thats with having to paying for extra rice and double meat! I enjoy my chipotle but the portions at this location are ridiculous and a joke... They charged me for more corn...thats a first!!! I also ordered a kids meal for my son, again the plate containers were less than half full. The chicken and beans were so spicy... My son couldn't handle it. I'm not sure why kids meal options would be overly spicy.

Today was another bad experience from this place. Went there after 4pm and it was dead slow with only two people infront, and still had to wait on them until they wanted to give me any attention or service. I always thought customers came first, not all their personal chatting. I ordered one Beef bowl and chicken burrito. The beef looked really dried and over cooked as well as the chicken. It looked like since they were really slow they must of have had that food sitting there for quite a while. The service and food quality was very poor at that time and there was no manager around to complain to. I learned my lesson, Never to go there when they're slow. The food and service is probably better during lunch or dinner hours when everything looks fresh and there's plenty of help around. I probably won't be going there anytime soon and rather go to King Taco where food and service is always 100% great. Shame Shame on Chipotle, they're going to be extinct if they're like that everywhere else.

The young male worker at this store violates the company's privacy policy, which is then backed up by Chipotle's internal support operators. Most likely, Chipotle's online support will reply to my review with a politically correct response, but these internal support operators are the real culprit.

Christina deserves to be fired I don’t know how she became a manager with no skills that the job requires. The bottom of my bowl is always covered in food ( i always get veggie so my bowl is contaminated now) The portions are always off even tho every chipotle portion is supposed to be the same). I constantly see people just put gloves on after touching money instead of washing their hands as they are supposed to. Christina told me as I was walking away I was being rude as she ignored my concerns about my food directly to my face then gave me a fake corporate number. I ordered online, picking up on the way home, and was in a rush. The first lady acknowledged me, however the 2nd one made me wait forever just to receive the order that was prepaid. Then when I came for me to get my order she slammed it on the counter and said "yeah, thank you," harshly. When I left, and I do you live further out, I looked in the bag and I didn't have salsa that I ordered.

Went to this location on October 17th on a Sunday night. I had a chicken quesadilla and my girlfriend had a bowl with chicken and cheese. Both woke up extremely sick the morning we had to check out of hotel. Disappointed in the food but the customer service was very nice. We were both were stuck in the bathroom throwing up all day.

This chipotle is always so needy. Not only is my bowl basically empty but they forgot my rice. I did an online order today but usually when I go in person there’s this girl that always gives u little portions. When I ask for extra she has a bad look on her face. This chipotle is the worst one in the 626 area.

I always come here an hour or more before closing after work. Most times they are out of most proteins, chips, tortillas, and the teas by the fountain drink are already empty. What’s the point of being open at that point? Just close early instead of limiting options by 50%. Super lame. Seems like the employees want to leave right at 11 PM. They also remove all items by the fountain drinks and put them on one big tray and close half the dining area at this time.
