Excellent value & really good Calzones.

I make a couple of visits a month and usually order a family size. The price is a bargain for the amount of delicious food you get, even without a coupon, which are plentiful in direct-mail ads. Lately our favorite has been the vegetarian, but the Gourmet Chicken Garlic is outstanding too. The owner has a knack for hiring friendly and enthusiastic staff. Been a customer of this store since it opened, and enjoying Papa Murphy's since 1994.

For over 25 years I've enjoyed Papa Murphy's. I don't recall ever getting a substandard product. It's our go-to option for pizza. Especially since all around prices are increasing.

I have bought and cooked pizzas from this store since it opened. Same temp, same time every single one. The last two have started smoking after 5 minutes and the pan and crust are blackened. Taste like cardboard. That's the last pizza I'll buy from Papa Murphy's.

You know how you ask for extra cheese on a pizza and when it comes, you wonder how much cheese they put on a regular pizza if this is cheese? Not here! I asked for extra cheese and actually got extra cheese. Best pizza around, especially on a Tuesday!

Food came out in good time, if wanting papa Murphys then this store is not bad to go to.

First, the staff is young but very friendly and they provide very good service. 5 star service, but the pizza is a little pricey for what you are actually getting, which is a pizza you have put together for you and you have to take home and prepare yourself. The The establishment was clean and that's essential. I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza with mushrooms and olive oil sauce with zesty herbs. The dough really leaves much to be desired, but the cheese is delicious and high quality. I will never order a stuffed crust pizza from them again, because even though the interior of the pizza was fantastic, the crust is a huge twisted hunk of flavorless, dry bread. If you are a fan of flavorless, dry bread, the stuffed crust is definitely for you! I imagine a regular or thin crust pizza would have been absolutely amazing. Another knock against the stuffed crust is that you have to bake it for over 30 minutes. My son got a plain cheese pan pizza with red sauce and he loved his, and he's quite picky. If the dough were higher quality and the price a little bit more reasonable, I would have given 5 stars for sure. This was my first visit and I will order again now that I have a better idea of what to order!

Very rude customer service from luke. Didnt care to help or inform me of any details about the pricing. Told me to look online about it and when i was ready then i can call back I wont spend my hard earned money to be talked to like that. Very disappointing.

I walked in at 6:45 pm on a Wednesday and there were two employees behind the counter. Neither actually looked up at me. One said something to me but I couldn't hear her and asked her to repeat herself and she practically yelled at me. I was the only customer in the store. I told her I needed to order a pizza, if that was ok (ha ha). She didn't respond to me but looked very frustrated (almost upset that I was even there) and walked me to the cash register. I asked her, "Pretty busy night?" And she literally didn't respond, still not looking up at me. About 15 seconds later she said, "huh?" And I replied with "nevermind." She then threw the receipt at me and said, "Have a good night. " I had to ask how long before the order would be ready and she said 15 to 20 minutes. Her name tag said Hannah. I was sitting waiting and there were 3 staff members up front, all busy ignoring me. I hope that management understands that the customer experience really should matter. I paid $18.50 to get treated horribly, like I was a nuisance. I work in customer service, I understand the pressure that is being put on workers right now but does it really need to be said that businesses should hire people who are friendly? Smile? Are kind? Too much to ask? To your management team: please do better.
