Went there on a Sunday morning, the food was very fresh and came out quickly! The coffee was delicious too. I do not remember the name of our server, but she was very nice and friendly. we went in the morning and it was pretty busy, but she still made sure our drinks were filled, and we had everything we needed! I definitely recommend the poblano omelet and the happy face breakfast for the kiddos.

The food was pretty good but the place wasn’t very clean, and of course, the furniture was sticky. I’m pretty sure the atmosphere/attitudes were off because there wasn’t enough wait staff. The few that were there were going non stop. Plus IHOP was pretty expensive!!

This is a tough one. IHOP has always been this Legendary family restaurant chain that everyone has gone at least once. I remember always there was a long wait in a Sunday morning, but they were always fully staff and were able to accommodate everyone as soon as possible with a smile in their face. I decided to go back today after years of not going (pre-pandemic). There was long wait as expected since it is a Sunday morning. 30 minute wait. The hostess lacks friendliness and so did the server. Until i realized what was happening. Half the tables were empty and most of those empty tables were dirty with stacked plates and glasses. I then realized that they incredibly short staffed. 2-3 servers in the entire floor. One hostess doing her job plus cleaning tables. One busser trying to keep up. The food was fine but definitely seemed rushed. I'm assuming they are short on cooks as well. I had to keep waiting for coffee since they don't provide the endless coffee pots at the table anymore. I do not blame them at all for being overworked. It is not their fault. I can hear people complaining about all this but as someone who has worked in the restaurant business i completely understood what was happening. The legendary IHOP we used to know is long gone.

Overall, not bad. I usually love IHOP for breakfast, but specifically at this location, they didn't leave the coffee pot on the table for us to refill our own cups. I ordered the Big Steak Omelette, and the meat was disgusting—it was gristly and didn't taste fresh at all. Otherwise, everything else seemed fine. The kids had pancakes, French toast and bacon, and IHOP handled that perfectly. The only thing when you order strawberry filling for pancakes, it is better to ask fresh strawberries instead of Strawberry Preserves, because preserves not tasty at all.

It’s was an impromptu dinner plan for us. Ordered the spicy omelet, grilled tilapia and kids meals (no bananas in pancakes). The person at the reception mentioned that they only had one cook and one server, it might take longer for the order. The order came pretty soon though. The food was okay. Pancakes were dry. Asked for no bananas on the kids meal pancake, and it came with the bananas. We told that to the server. She brought another regular pancake after we paid our bills and almost about to leave 🙄.

IHOP was a very disappointing experience. Our waiter forgot parts of our order, didn’t check on us, and never brought milk for the coffee. We also weren’t informed about the full menu details — certain dishes come with sides, but if you don’t explicitly ask for them, you simply don’t get them. The food itself was really bad and needed heavy seasoning just to be edible. On top of that, the environment was chaotic, with screaming kids standing on the benches, making it hard to enjoy the meal at all. Overall, poor service, poor food, and an unpleasant atmosphere.

The worst service I've ever had at an IHOP. I was left in the front for nearly 20 minutes without being helped by the lady working overnight while she was walking in circles seemingly ignoring the front and seemingly hoping I would just go away... Well she got her wish. After she came up to greet me finally after 20 minutes and a group of people behind me just walked in and sat themselves, I let her know how long I had been waiting, and instead of an apology she just complained about being the only one there. Her awful service lost y'all a customer that was going to be coming back at least once a week, because I work nights, and had a decent experience last time, but after this absolute waste of my time I'll not be coming back again.

Many unattended tables with plates on them, bathrooms 2/5 cleanliness, no hair nets, no gloves, no straws and utensils once seated. The cooks entire moon was out… it was super unappetizing…. We canceled our food and paid for our drinks and left. Also no one to greet you once you arrived. Overall this place seems like a health hazard.

Honestly horrible and won't be coming back. My kids and I were so excited to come in and we ended up standing at the front counter for 10 minutes while the whole restaurant was practically empty. Nothing was served how it was supposed to be, my son was sad that there weren't any strawberries on his pancake and when asking, our waitress said "we're out." When my daughter had a full bowl of strawberries and bananas. We got the same response for the crayons question as well as other people in the reviews. Im really disappointed in our visit and let down by our meal :(

Waited at the host stand for 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged us. Multiple servers saw the line piling behind us with no acknowledgement. The host finally came with no sense of urgency - we were not greeted by her. All she said to us was “we don’t have crayons” as she grabbed the children’s menus. We waited about another 5 minutes before the waitress came and when she finally came to the table we decided it was best to just leave. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming.

I ordered my food online @1049am and I’m still sitting here@1123. My food was sitting on the shelve this whole time. She says the receipt has no name. Buti said there’s always a phone number. You asked for my phone number I gave it to you. And nothing. Continue sitting then my phone powered on and showed her my receipt she goes to the bag that’s been sitting there this whole time and like here this is yours. I’m like no. It needs to be remade cuz you didn’t look at the receipt right. There’s toast in there and rewarming eggs will be nasty and rubbery. I will go to a different ihop next time this is ridiculous. Extremely pissed Let’s see how long it takes to remake the food

I just had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees. I called the store to let them know that i didn’t receive 2 items with my delivery order, and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and hostile. When I asked to speak to a manager I heard her sly comments to the manager. When the manager answered, i never received an apology or an immediate response on how to rectify this issue. This is clearly a lack of training on how to handle a customer complaint and how to do a quest recovery

I’m not sure how the food is we didn’t get to order. But if the atmosphere and the way, the store was left and the service are any indication that I wouldn’t eat at this IHOP if you paid me! We sat there for almost 20 minutes I recorded a video of the store and took pictures. I yelled throughout the store several times nobody came to the front. There was food all over the tables when a lady finally came out I asked her what took so long and who her manager was. She said she was the manager in a very rude tone.
