We love Marco's Pizza. But they got rid of a lot of their deals and now it's just too expensive to order as much as we used to. We have 5 kids and so Marco's has really come in handy because they're close and we can feed our large family for a good price. That's not the case as often now. But we will continue to eat there when we can.

I am hoping the owner of this store sees this and contacts me directly. I absolutely love Marcos Pizza, but today I had a very unpleasant customer service experience. Long story short, I was accused of stealing two pizzas by the manager, a lady who refused to give me her last name. She called me only to accuse me of stealing from them, and then hung up on me. Turns out the personnel misplaced my pizzas (which they were running late with by over 30 mins, btw). I will continue to buy Marcos Pizza, but definitely NOT from this location. If you own this franchise and are reading this, I’ll be happy to provide the manager’s name privately. Thanks in advance!

please who ever is incharge of delivery. your pizza is great..... when it's hot. please don't book your driver's where my pizza shows up 30min after it was made. so disappointing especially when I litterly live around the corner a block away from the store. do better please.

Order pizza via website and an hour later the pizza is still in the oven. I waited for an hour and half. I don’t recommend order from this place again.

Order was incorrect. An Italian chef salad was ordered but an huge house salad of some sort was given. Was told they made the wrong size and they didn’t want us waiting for a correction. It was wrong in general. The cheese pizza barely had any sauce. It also didn’t contain the garlic sauce crust as ordered. A woman was working at the time 10/11/25 7:30pm and was jacking up orders. She was heard apologizing to a male coworker that the crust was actually a thin. So she needs to be put on deliveries NOT making orders.

We have been ordering from marcos for a few years, it use to be our favorite spot. But over the last 6 months or so the service is worse and worse. Tonight being the worst yet. Ordered at 629pm. We live 6 min, with traffic and 1 light away. At 740pm I finally called to check what the issue was. The guy was kind enough, but explained oh, my driver is out with 3 orders and you're his last but hes on the way. I asked, when did my food leave the store? He said. 34 min ago, it's about 9 minutes away. Which turned into almost 15 minutes. He then acknowledged, the driver went the wrong route, you should have been 2nd on his route, but he messed up. Say the least, we got cold, hard pizza and hour and a half later. With 0 apology or otherwise. The kid who delivered just went on a little rant about, how hard it is to find houses (he drove up and down our street on the other side of the street for almost 4 minutes before my husband finally walked out.)

i have always loved this pizza place and have been a repeating customer. but today when i ordered a thin crust cheese pizza with hot honey drizzle i was disappointed. the crust was burnt, there was no hot honey drizzle and no ranch cup. i only got the garlic parm. and i had added extra cheese which was not there at all. seriously i had paid for the extra cheese, hot honey drizzle and the cup all for nothing. money wasted.

Marcos is usually a great pizza place. This location did a horrible job with the pizza bowl though. Almost no cheese, toppings were old and dry, just not good. Will make sure not to order from round rock location again.

We usually love Marco's, we've switched to exclusively ordering from them instead of other chains. However, today we ordered a deluxe and it had very few toppings apart from the extra olives we requested.

Let me start by saying that I'm a fan of marcos. We have a huge family and usually spend about $100 on pizza each week. We have ordered from the Parmer store for years and have never had an issue. We've moved and for the last several months have ordered from the university store and have been consistently disappointed. After last night I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. I called in my order vs placing it online, because online doesn't allow me to add/subtract ingredients. I ordered 3 pizza bowls, a calzone and 4 pizzas. 1 Philly cheesecake bowl, 1 Buffalo chicken bowl and 1 DELUXE BOWL W EXTRA SAUCE AND LITE CHEESE. Below are the pictures of the pizza bowls. Literally dry and NO SAUCE. The pizzas and Calzone was fine, but all 3 bowls had to be re- sauced by us,before they were edible. I called the store, thinking that they could simply remake them and we would pick up again, but I was met w disrespectful and inadequate customer service. I called and a guy answered w his name and asking how he could help me. I asked to speak to the manager, he put me on Hold while he gets the mgr. completely respectful and normal. The same guy came back to the phone and was suddenly claiming to be the mgr. I asked him how he was all of a sudden the mgr when he told me seconds before that he was getting the mgr for me- he then starts laughing and says that he's the " mgr in training" I asked again to speak to the actual mgr not one who's in training. I'm again put on hold and a lady answers the phone" can I help you" I ask " hi, are you the mgr" she asks again " can I help you" I ask " I'm sorry I didn't get your name " she then Literally says to me"IM NOT GIVING YOU MY NAME, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO YOU ARE OR WHY YOU'RE CALLING" . I never got to speak to an actual mgr but at this point I'm not sure if that would do any good, especially if the mgr is the one who trains their staff to treat customers this way.
