I love this Braun’s in Rowlett, but they must have had a terrible day. The place is filthy. We ordered a banana split and we did not recieve much in the way of toppings. I hope the owner or manager reviews this and makes sure the staff cleans up the place.

Only leaving 2 stars because the gentleman working the register for ordering was nice. And the lady working the grocery register was also nice. However, I was greeted this afternoon making my way into Braums very poorly and with rude customer service by a 3rd older woman. I was driving through the ice to get some more food for my elderly Mother. We called ahead and confirmed they were open. We pulled in and were only 1 of 3 customers inside the store. Before we cleared the door a Braums worker (Older Lady) was very rudely saying we parked in a handicap spot. First off we didnt, we pulled up front by the door and the 3 spots to the right of that were handicapp AND its ICE AND SNOW. You cant even see the spots and IM ONE OF TWO CARS THERE. I laughed because I thought she was joking, but no she was serious. I asked if she wanted me to move. She stated "What if someone handicapped shows up" I replied saying "They shouldn't be driving in this weather." She rolled her eyes at me, walked off, saying "Wowww". I didnt see her working since we walked in. She was just walking around. It was almost as if her sole purpose that day was to rudely greet us. I recommend to this woman not to assume negatively to her customers. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and I never treated anybody like that. You didnt know why I was there. Im sorry you had to come into work during the snowy weekend. Don't take it out on your customers and find something better to do at work. Never returning to this Braums location.

I’ve been visiting this braums for years and it never fails, no car behind me, but I have to pull up and park past the drive through to wait for order. Also, ask for a napkin as they will not give one if you do not ask.

I had written a good review prior but I had to change it. First, when I arrived there was no one at the front. Once the young lady came there is no greeting just what would you like. I ordered a sundae and 2 mixers to go. It wasn’t busy, I was the only one in there so there is no excuse to what i received. Only 1 of the mixers was made good. Do better!

I give it a 1 star for cleanliness. I wish the restaurant was cleaner. it’s honestly gross. This is just the few pictures I took. But the rest of the kitchen look same with food all over the floor and counters. Looks like nobody is throwing trash or wiping the counters. Honestly my kids lost there appetite and said they wanted to each somewhere else. And Employees with sagging pants and underwear showing isn’t professional.

Poor service trumps good food. You need to fire the dark haired young lady with the septum in her nose that was working the drive thru on 2-23-26 around 5:30 pm. She had a horrible attitude when she handed me my chocolate shake. She closed the window without giving me my straw and when I finally got her attention to give me a straw she rolled her eyes like it was my fault. Also she was messing with the septum piercing with her fingers while handling peoples food. Make an example out of her and maybe she will take her next job seriously.

7:09pm girl that took my order in drive thru for a simple junior cone yogurt twist was extremely rude and had a attitude. I made a complaint to KADEN and he said sorry she’s having a bad night. It’s like it’s only young unprofessional kids working here. Guess I’m gonna have to start going to Rockwall for ice cream.

Horrible service. Was at the drive thru waiting to order for 4 minutes waiting to be acknowledged so I could order. Ordered my food the girl at the drive thru window Quay did not acknowledge me. Mind you they said they would give total at the window so I was waiting for my total. She finally gives me my total and I pay. She not once asked if I needed condiments which I forgot to ask because her behavior was so off putting. She hands me my bags and last my drink which did not have the lid on properly and once she handed it to me it spilled all over me. She again didn’t acknowledge or say ANYTHING. I try to keep my cool and just drive off. I’m about to grab my ice cream so I can eat it before it starts to melt and there wasn’t even a spoon inside. So now I have to park and get off and get a spoon - so now I decide to make a complaint to management. Well Lindsey was just as bad and she’s the manager. No empathy. No apology. Nothing. No surprise her team is this rude with her as a “manager”

I ordered a brownie sundae and a pecan milkshake not too long ago. Once I came home I realized they gave me a vanilla shake and not a butter pecan shake so I drove back up there to get it corrected without even acknowledging my brownie for Sunday when I got home, I realized they served it to me in the wrong size not only that, but there was like four pieces of hair in it. I called up there and spoke to one of the employees and they told me that they were write my name down in a book so when I came back, I could get it for free fast-forward a couple weeks later I came to get it and the manager is saying it’s not in the book and there’s nothing they can do about it. I even showed the call from that day and how long we were on the phone for and still nothing was done. I will never be going back to this Brams again in my life and I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to because there’s hair in the food in this disgusting

Went there on a Sunday and it was disgustingly filthy. All of the ice cream toppings were scattered on top of the counters. Workers are a bunch of messy kids that take no pride in their work and scoop topping with their gloveless hands. Tables and floor in the restaurant were dirty, and the service is horrible...all catered to the drive thru. I am surprised the health inspector hasn't shut this place down. For those that go through the drive thru, I suggest you step inside to see the conditions, it will make you think twice about ordering anything.

Had a horrible experience today. Over a large cup of ice cream to go. The employee mistakenly used the wrong size cup filling up our to ice cream the manager noticed that the size of the cup was incorrect in snatched it from my wife’s hands trying to humiliate her not knowing we just spent $40 dollars eating inside the restaurant All the Manager had to do was charge us for QTY 2 and allow us to keep the large cup of ice cream. Now they just wasted perfectly filled ice cream order to swap it out for a regular cup size. What a complete waste of time and we will never return to this location again.

I don’t know what’s up with the crew that was working tonight but service was absolute trash! The girl taking the orders through the drive thru sounded as if me ordering was getting on her nerves. Then the guy at the window was literally on his elbows with his head out the window and before I could even fully pull up and stop he was already blurting out my total. Wow! No “how are you doing today?”, no “hi, did you order the #?”. No nothing! Then he handed me my ice cream bag and my Sundae looked like it was just put in the bag and the top was just dropped in it was not snapped on and closed. My double scoop in a cup was put in the bag with no top and laying on top of my sundae on its side. When I ask him if I could have a top for it, his response was “oh”. Then he handed me my second double scoop in cup with 2 tops just sitting on top then said “here’s 2 tops”. Right after that tried handing me 3 drinks with no cup holder with the same response, “oh” when I asked for one. Was there no training for tonight’s crew or what?!!!! The fries were almost burnt and my daughter found a piece of something in her burger. See below…. I won’t be visiting this Braum’s again! Ok I tried to give Braum’s another chance and again something was in my ice cream. I thought after the reopen service got better and a little faster, no problems. Well there was a time I visited and 2 of my children and myself got cookies and cream ice cream. We all had these chunks of pasty pieces in our cookies and cream so we threw it away. Visited a few more times and avoided the cookies and cream. Well on today 12/29/23 I picked up a meal for my daughter and ice cream for the both of us and what do I get. Something in my cookies and cream ice cream! THAT’S IT I’M DONE FOR SURE GOOD BYE BRAUMS!!! I uploaded 3 new photos.
