We have been going to this restaurant for several years. We absolutely love it! The staff are native from Greece/Turkey, so the food is very authentic in ingredients and preparation. The manager "Ozzy" is a sweetheart and has always been so very welcoming and accommodating. The Esme Pepper spread and Lavas Puff Bread are always a must, to start off our meal. Don't miss the savory Lamb Shanks that truly fall off the bone with succulent goodness. Ummm... I think we'll have to go again tonight!

Great high quality food. Highly recommend visiting if you want an authentic Turkish experience. We've been here more than 10 times and it is good every time. We tried multiple things and they are all good. The lahmacun, pide, beyti kebap, Ali nazik and their cheese rolls to name a few.

Delicious Turkish food, great service - a secret gem. We ate like kings, each plate tasted unique and pleasant. The owner is a very friendly young man, the cooks are the best. If you want to try something great, which most likely you cannot cook at home I highly suggest you try this place. Edit: I’m coming back every so often, as it’s quite far from home. The quality of the food is always top and the taste is amazing…! it’s one of our favorites!

I’ve sampled my share of veggie plates across DFW—some merely forgettable, and others tasting like a punishment for not ordering meat. But Ephesus has THEE best veggie plate I’ve ever had. Hands down. Everything on the dish was delicious but I have to give a very special shoutout to the zucchini pancake. Perfectly crispy and that tomato sauce tzatziki sauce combo on top was to die for! OMG!!! 🤤 The Turkish flan deserves its own paragraph. Imagine, if you will, flan meeting tiramisu at some chic crossroads: rich and silken with whispers of coffee, balanced by a delicate crown of whipped cream. The perfect ending to an already perfect meal. Each plate arrived like a small work of art. Five-star presentation without the pretense; the sort of attention to detail that makes you pause and think: someone in there really loves what they do. Oh and my server, Ozzy! Beautiful, warm, and impossibly gracious! She made me feel genuinely welcome, not just accommodated. Best of all, when something looks this exquisite and tastes this divine, you expect an expensive bill. But it was so reasonably priced I felt like I stumbled upon a secret! I look forward to returning. Highly recommend!

We got the Lamb Shish and Hunkar Begendi (with lamb—such a great comfort dish) and they both came out super fresh. The complementary starter was also fresh and delicious! We’ve come here several times and have left satisfied after every visit.

Great Sunday afternoon service and food! Chicken was so juicy and melt in your mouth! Hummus also taste great with their fresh pita! Finished off with a Turkish tea 😋

First time here and it was a fantastic experience. Came around 2pm for a late lunch on a Friday and there was only 1 other patron so a slow time before the weekend rush I am sure. The tables had white linens on them and pretty flowers; the decor was very inviting. For apps we got the deep fried feta which was 10/10, very crispy and came with a refreshing salad and sauce for dipping. We also got the deep fried cauliflower which was a 9/10, the reason being is was not crispy nor fully cooking IMO, it was toothsome and crunch like that raw cauliflower taste. The spices and sauce was delicious but not what I expected when I read “deep fried.” Lastly, we split the mix grill to try a little bit of everything and as you can tell from the picture it was a lot of food especially meat! The chicken shish was dry but otherwise the meat was juicy and flavorful. Would recommend if you are undecided and want to try a bunch of stuff. 9/10

In a dfw metro with thousands of eateries. Every once in a while you find a restaurant with beautiful decor, lighting, ambience and comfortable seats, great interior temperature. The hostess and waitress was amazingly friendly, sweet and genuinely caring. You could see the chef making the fresh bread in the oven, grilling all the freshly made kebabs and chicken over a huge charcoal grill. And excecuting a classic move of taking thr meat off the skerwers with the fresh bread to absorb all the flavors. Overall this restaurant delivers on all fronts. Excellent food, wine and service to match. Please don't change this successful formula. Its a winner. Visit this restaurant and you'll be pleasantly surprised with excellent food.

I love their bread and the Babaganush and hummus are delicious. They have very healthy choices on the grill, the flavor is unique and the people (owner) is always very nice to us. I highly recommend it

The food is definitely some of the best Middle Eastern cuisine in the Metroplex. Everything was served with visual appeal, and the flavors were incredible. The service was great. Rowlett is very fortunate to have such a wonderful place to enjoy a meal.

Thanks to chef for all the deliciousness. Very clean place and inside somehow feels like home. All the food makes you feel like you are at home as well. Top quality meats and fast service. 5 out of 5 for sure. I would definitely come back here again. Their handmade baklava was also delicious. Thanks for being in the business

It was my birthday last Saturday and they surprised me with balloons, which wasn’t expected at all. There weren’t many people there, but the atmosphere felt so lively! OZZY, thank you for being so hilarious, patient, and delightful towards my family and I. You and your service was memorable and awe-inspiring!! As well as your associates, thank you for being such warm souls to us, smiling, and providing us with such delicious food! Such a cute and fun place to be for friends and family or even yourself.
