Scooter's Cofee Drive-Thru

ordered a medium iced matcha from this scooter's today! i was given excellent customer service from the girl on the window, unfortunately didn't get her name. my matcha was delicious as well! first time visiting this location and will definitely be back <3

Everyone is friendly, fast and always makes me chuckle (or I make them chuckle). Haha. Always a highlight of the day. Every drink I've had has been great, when I order another flavor again, it's consistent. I have no problems with their coffees. I have yet to try their drip coffee or redbull drinks. But so far so good. My favorite sandwich is the maple waffle sandwich. Legit always hits the spot. I like that they carefully package it so you can eat it on the go without the mess. I've had one horrible mess one before they got the new sleeve thing and was a guy that threw it in the bag, I actually haven't seen him in a while which may be why everything been perfect since (trained him better, moved him to other task, or they let him go, idk). Definitely check it out! Sooo much better that your burnt Starbucks!

Order was correct and they let us know the perk to downloading the app. I think her name was Regina, i couldn't quite see her tag, but super sweet young lady with great customer service skills. Their candy bar blender made is delicious with just the right amount of coffee/espresso comes in different flavors like kitkat and snickers. A maple waffle sandwich that is filling and good. Try them out!

Love the coffee here, love the ease of pulling up and having friendly service walk me through my indecisive decisions. Never have to wait, the coffee isn't outrageously priced and the service is always top notch. I highly recommend this place.

Went there got a small blender. Thought the price was a little high. Also got a pup cup. I like that they give a dog cookie with it and it's free. I'm ok with paying a little more for my coffee to get the pup cup free.

Food is good, atmosphere is N/A since it's a drive thru. Service is not good they will regularly forget your order. I bought a coffee and some food on Sunday, 22DEC2024 and when I got home and looked in the bag it was only partially fulfilled. Waste of money, wish I didn't tip them. Not going back.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I just ordered a Large Americano with cream and sugar. As I was driving home I noticed that the coffee looked clumpy as it was coming out of the opening of the lid. For this reason I just waited until i got home to look inside of the cup before drinking it. As soon as I got out of the car I opened the lid - the drink was over flowing and spilled all over my hand. With it being hot I ended up dropping the entire coffee. After seeing it on the sidewalk I was completely grossed out. The creamer was clearly old because it looked like spoiled chunky milk. This was my first and last time here. So glad I didn't drink that but highly upset that it spilled on my hand. Waste of time.

My husband just got drinks, the same ones we always get and the iced drinks had no ice when they handed it to him. He questioned it, the response was it melted and we have new people. The drink tastes like straight syrup. For $5 a coffee they need to be able to make the drinak correctly or when it questioned remake it.

The scooters in Rowlett Texas off Rowlett Road and 66 is the best. Great Customer Service and the Smoothies actually taste like smoothies. Now today I tried the scooters on 66 & dalrock wasn’t all that. The lady that took my order acted like he had an attitude and then my smoothie didn’t taste like a strawberry smoothie, it tasted like she barely added strawberries nd allot of ice. And to top it off It wasn’t blended right. The manager needs to do better with employees at this location

Stop by for the first time to honor a discount for buying Girl Scout cookies next door. Placed order and instead of honoring discount (which the sign stated) you lost a customer because nobody knew what the discount was for and then said oh that was yesterday. Goodbye. Play it off professionally even if you don’t know.
