My husband and I had dinner here this past Saturday and we were delighted with the quality of the food and service. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are impeccable. We were seated right away and our waitress TJ took care of us . The drinks were delicious and the food came in fast , hot and cooked to perfection. We will be back, that’s for sure. Kudos to the manager of this restaurant for running such a smooth ship.

My boyfriend and I just ate here and had to write a review on our waiter, Josh, because of his amazing service. We placed our order and received our food within a few minutes. The food was great and the service was excellent! Josh mentioned he has been a waiter for a few months but his service made it seem like he’s been doing it for way longer! Waitress (TJ) had an undesirable attitude that was not acceptable. She argued with my friend over the cost of the $10.99 menu and told her 3 times the chips and salsa would be in the bag to go. The chips and salad came out in the bowl. Came back with an attitude and said "ok" and walked away. Never checked on us to see if we were "ok". Two other servers had to assist us.

James was our server and he was excellent!! I would definitely recommend asking for him to be your server!!! The food was also perfect!! And came out super fast!!! Thank you James I’ll see you next time!!

We come to this location very often, and tonight we had a table of 8 (including three children under 5) and Isaac was absolutely on top of every single thing we needed. I ordered to-go and the lady was so nice. She made she I had everything before I left. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with the southwest tortilla soup and it came with salsa and chips. The quesadilla was good. So much cheese! The soup flavors were good I only wish I had the tortilla strips on the side to add so they would still be crunchy.

Visited on 4/25, on a busy Friday night. From the time that our party of 6 entered the door, we were greeted and treated with attentiveness and kindness. Especially by shift management (who was actively running the floor), and Luke! Y'all, please go check out Chili's Rowlett. These guys are awesome. Food was top notch. Definitely the way every Chili's should be run.

I had such a great experience at Chili’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Marty. From the moment we sat down, Marty made us feel welcome with his warm attitude and genuine friendliness. He was incredibly attentive. Always checking in at just the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed. He also gave some great menu recommendations that ended up being spot-on. You can tell Marty takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. It made our meal feel way more special than just your average dinner out. Chili’s is lucky to have someone like Marty on their team. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for him by name!

Had a great experience at Chili’s! I went with my significant other and we both ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and it was flavorful, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. The Texas Cheese Fries were a must—crispy, cheesy, and great for sharing. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the overall experience was really enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

We came in on Saturday night around 10 which it’s turned out was some kind of homecoming. Most people come on here to complain but I wanted to take a minute and say that our waiter Ryan was great. He had a table of about 20 girls and another of about 8 guys so we were a little worried apout getting our food and drinks. But food came out fast and our sweet tea was great. Anyway just wanted to tell him thanks and give him a quick compliment.

Great restaurant and food. If you want chips and salsa before you meal, make sure you ask for it. The waiter will not offer it or bring it to your table, unless you ask for it. Plus, the chips and salsa is complimentary, so no charge. I particularly enjoyed the chicken and waffles that I ordered today and had to take the rest home. The burgers that my kids ordered were very big and they had to eat half of it and took the rest home. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated on a Sunday afternoon for a family of 6. I want to write a rave review because the customer service we received from our server Isaac was fantastic. He was sincere, hospitable, honest, welcoming, and polite 🙏🏼 5 stars. I asked what he recommended and he was able to provide personal insight into each, and having worked in the restaurant industry, I could tell his suggestions were honest. A complete gentleman, and true manager material. Unfortunately, the lady host who seated us initially led us to an elevated booth, but one of our party is a semi-quadriplegic. I suppose she was in a hurry to get to her post to not have taken that into account. My papa had to let her know it wasn't possible, and so she walked over to a regular booth. I excused myself to the restroom, and when I returned, I saw food on the table. Gross, but I guess it happens. The young woman was friendly, but could have looked it over before running away to go elsewhere. No one wants their grandparents to eat off a dirty table with food that could have fallen out of previous guests' mouths. Our drink order was given to us, and I saw a speck of something that I tried scraping off the plastic mug. Turns out, it was inside the mug. Yuck. Our server apologized, quickly removed it, and brought me another water. I ordered the Cajun pasta bc I love Cajun flavors. The food was room temperature at best, and the sauce was nearly flavorless. Isaac was more than accommodating asking if I'd like additional seasoning, which I promptly agreed to, as well as asking for some Louisiana hot sauce. They did have Tabasco, and when in doubt, drench it in hot sauce. I was looking forward to lunch, but was disappointed when I saw a hair in my pasta. I was hoping to be mistaken, trying to compare it to the seasoning. But after I looked at it under a flashlight, I saw that it was curled on both sides and had split ends. I have a theory that Chili's is paying minimum wage, which may not inspire some to do any more than minimum labor. Personally I believe it's important to do your best at what ever your work is, as the Lord blesses those who are good stewards of what they have. Remember, every elevation comes from God. While people may look only to see externally, the Lord looks upon our heart posture. If cleanliness was up to par, I'd be happy to return.

I've eaten at Chili's before and love their tacos and burgers, but I had chili tonight and would never order that again. The wait staff seemed extra nice, maybe due to the fact that there were 2 outside people asking for patrons opinions. The new decor seems too bare.

The food was good the service was excellent with the exception of one young man that met us at the door that seem to be from Mars had no clue what was going on. I recently visited this location and couldn't decide what to get so I got a dish that they have been advertising so heavily. The fajitas which are supposed to have "48% more meat", looked to have the same amount of meat. Didn't notice an increase there. Also the fajitas didn't come sizzling as promised on the menu. They were warm but definitely not sizzling. And for the amount of time it took to come out of the kitchen, one would expect them to be hot and sizzling. They missed the mark totally. I was able to touch the skillet they came out on with no problem. Probably won't order the fajitas again from here IF I ever return. The lady at the entrance was not hospitable. Business has a lot to do with customer service. The played the biggest part in this experience; Given the food was tasty. We came in for lunch around 12:30 which I completely understand is probably their busiest hour. In the beginning, I tried to be patient and kind with our server who barely even greeted us. A little communication would’ve gone a long way in this scenario. Instead, our server after taking our order, never really came back. Then, when I proceeded to ask another server for a drink refill, she yelled from across the bar “it’s coming!” So embarrassing and classless. At this point, I asked for our check from another lady paid and left. I learned my lesson I should be spending my money supporting small businesses instead of these people.

I gave you guys yet another try BUT here ya go. Two managers sit me at 1:23p.m. 5/9/25, no one bothered coming to my table until 1:36p.m. when they seen me gathering my things to leave. Grant it there where 6 customers in the whole restaurant. Then one manager came to me making excuses the server had to leave. It doesn't matter cause two managers knew I was there so I should've been waited on. I will never give this location another chance. Poor service means no customers, just remember that. Since I was only a one person party, the server didn't feel that I should sit anywhere other than a loud bar. I do NOT drink anymore and did NOT feel I should have to explain this since the other side was open with only 2 parties (tables) that were taken. Unacceptable. I did order sweet, did NOT drink it but paid for it and left. I will never be back at this location.

On Saturday my husband and I went to chili's for a late lunch. Our experience in it's self was terrible. My water order was wrong asked for light ice, cup was filled with ice, asked for lemons on the side, they were in my water. I ordered a deep Eddy strawberry lemonade, that drink was not made correctly either. We ordered cheese sticks as the appetizer the waiter assumed we wanted the small and brought 3 to the table. We were confused as we never get 3.Look at the menu and it comes in 3 or 6 is the regular. I ordered the double fajitas with shrimp and steak no guacamole with a side of white queso. My sizzling fajita skillet was NOT sizzling. My food was warm at best. My order of queso was incorrect, the waiter took it to replace it, the queso never returned. No guacamole order well there was guacamole. I was so over the entire experience. It's like they just didn't care.

This was the worst chilli's experience you could ever imagine: We waited forever to get served with our food. I can't imagine why it took that long considering chilli's is really a slightly fancier fast food place. We were not ordering something custom made or some chef's special. The food quality was definitely not worth the wait. Besides that, they messed up the order and the bill. They brought things that we didn't order, and discounts were not correctly applied on the bill. They even messed up the receipt twice. It took them a long time to fix that, meanwhile all we could do was sitting there wasting our time. Throughout the whole time, our waitress was not friendly or attentive, attending both the bar and the table at the same time. She probably receives enough tips from the bar and doesn't bother enough or have enough time to take care of the tables. This arrangement is clearly problematic and needs to be changed.

I regularly visit this location and immediately noticed a change in managers and staff. We come here purely for the appetizer, main and drink meals, but it seems like they aren’t aware of their own deals.. We repeatedly had to point out their mistakes in the bill, until it was finally resolved. Food was not the best either will have to try the Garland location.

Don’t let the employees steal your debit card here, came today and set my card on the counter and when they brought the kiosk for me to pay I looked over and my card was missing. Conveniently the manager said there are no cameras pointing at where I was sitting. Luckily before I told them I knew it was missing I already locked the card thank you God!

First time visiting this Chili’s on Lakeview Parkway in Rowlett Texas. The waitress did not greet us, yet, I heard her greet the customers at the other tables that she waited on. She ignored my request on how I wanted my tea. I told her that I wanted 1/3 of sweet tea and to top it off with unsweetened tea. She brought me 100% sweet tea. I did not drink the tea because I’m diabetic. She ignored several requests for service that we had given, including to-go cups for our drinks. I received a burger with medium rare beef on it, I did not order medium rare. She kept sending random drinks to our table that we did not order. She doubled charged us for several items and charged us for side items that came with each meal. Our ticket was double the price that it should have been. She then had the audacity to click on the 20% link for the tip. Me and my family did not deserve to be treated in such a manner!!!

This is the last time we will visit this location. Sat at the bar ordered beers no issues all going well until we ordered food. Asked for Cajun Chicken pasta with fired chicken instead of grilled because if you dont know Chili's doesn't grill chicken it goes through a salamander. The bartender said it might be an extra charge so we asked if he could confirm with the manager. The manager came over and became defensive just by me asking why they charge extra for fried chicken when it's the same protein. I mentioned this location is the only location that chargers extra. He said it's not his problem the others don't charge. We'll in my opinion it is. Your a chain restaurant and should be the same. His attitude sucked and we won't be back. Don't go here.

AWFUL STAY AWAY!!!! Our triple dipper was wrong after repeating it 3 times and the server a guy with black hair and facial hair tried to blame US!!!. As a server I was severely disappointed in the service! Our food was wrong queso super thick and the manager came out but it was too late to fix the issue we were done.

Our family and friends met tonight for a birthday dinner and were greatly disappointed by the impatience of our waitress. Also the service was slow tonight, unlike our favorite Chilli's in Rockwall and in Garland. When we received the checks, they had listed individualized items instead of the combo prices. We asked for them to be corrected which they were. Then the last check was incorrectly made for another check that had been paid with cash ($80) We spoke with the manager, Richard, and told him our concerns and that we would not be back.

Just ordered and picked up the chicken salad for 17.00 from Chilis in Rowlett!! Totally disgusted visually and other wise!! Don’t waste your money. Get a bigger salad at Wendy’s!! Soggy, almost no lettuce and two pieces of chicken. Have pride in the food you make or get another job!!

I used to come to this location about three years ago and always had bad service. My daughter and I decided to give it another try for my birthday dinner hoping maybe things would have changed for the better. Unfortunately I was wrong. We asked for a booth and were sat on the high tables on the bar side which I wasn’t happy with especially seeing the whole left side of the restaurant full of available booths and the bar full of extremely happy loud people lol. But I don’t cause scenes and I don’t like to be a bother so we sat and waited, and waited, and waited. Thankfully a young lady is “passing” by and asks if we’ve been helped. So I give her my drink and appetizer order. Again we waited and waited and waited. Finally a guy comes with the drinks whom I thought was our waiter (he was very sweet and nice) and he tells me he’ll get our server for us. So we waited and waited and waited again. Another lady comes by and says have you been helped. I explained I wasn’t sure who our server was but we were ready to order. She tells me the “other” lady is about to get off so… (which is irrelevant to me) she takes my order and I may be wrong but it was almost as if I was bothering her. Not very friendly and definitely lacking customer service skills example telling me the excuse of how the other server was getting off. Instead of sorry about the wait what can I get for you today. Hello??? Anyway food was absolutely delicious. The food did not take long and the guy was great at our refills. Really wanted dessert but I wasn’t ready to keep waiting for my server to get back. Very disappointed that this continues to happen here. I do have to say the family behind us who got there after us got the best server ever lol he was on top of it all, they made him go back and forward asking for all kinds of who knows what. Poor guy but I hope he gets the tip he deserves. I should have left my tip to him. Hopefully management or a supervisor can stay more on top of what’s going on starting from the time someone arrives. Maybe more pow wows with the team on what expectations there is for servers. Customer service is everything and it doesn’t matter how good the food is if the staff isn’t pleasant.
