The order was all wrong. We had to reorder it and drive back to pick it up. Never offered a discount or extra items. Doesn't recommend this location. This is not the first time that the order was not correct.

They will make READY to tracking order to show corporate they are working.Come to pick up my pizza on screen showing READY, but in front of me GISD call from night before for 35 pizzas and other GISD order for 18,but I waited for 2 of mine for 45 minutes.There is no corporate to make of complain about it and pizza let's say just look at employees there and take a wild guess when they took their last shower... Discasting and I have spoken to GISD gift cards can ONLY be used in Dominos even if they prefer Cici or Little Caesars as better choice 😉That is why Domino stay open.This location is AVOID unless you have constipation issues it's perfect for it just take a bite!

They were awfully rude to me, not taking my orders right and I asked for pepperoni pizza they gave me pineapple pizza And there was a bug in my pizza. I don’t know how it got there or they’re just trying to be mean but I will never buy from this Domino’s Pizza again. They were so mean this boy he said you’re stupid for trying to call her number off of text and I said well The call button wasn’t working So he all of a sudden got mad at me for saying the call button didn’t work so I showed him photos and he hung up on me

I SWEAR THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I NEVER CAN GET MY FOOD IF A DRIVER NAMED ROBBIE IS DRIVING BECAUSE HE ALWAYS GETS LOST ON SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS. THE MANAGERS DONT CARE AND THEY WILL PUT YOU ON HOLD FOREVER TO AVOID THE PROBLEM. THIS PLACE HAS GONE WAY DOWN AND IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 STARS RATING I WOULD.

I have been ordering from this store for three years. Today I had the choice to leave a Google review. First, the veggie pasta had chicken, and now the cheesy breadsticks barely have any cheese. Last time, they put bacon on my food, and I said no bacon. Their service has been going down for the last three orders I made with them. I spend so much money. my family had to wait while one person was eating and the others waited for their order to be remade and wait 20 to 40mins. Just am sorry and let remake it. Manager said my pasta was mixed with someone else order. So someone has same ingredient as my vegi. Am surprised!

Place has gone way down. Just cant get the right people in there. 1 hour wait on Monday pizza sat waiting for half that time. Food was cold not cut well . Recommended they close this one down. Seems that ownership if this is a franchise is clueless!!

Extra 20 minutes wait time without an apology. No chair in lobby to wait. They just don’t care your presence. If you can’t make a pizza in an hour and a half, you have a problem. Feb 2025: We tried the 2nd time. We showed up 10 minutes after they said it’s done and ready to pick up. After checking in, they said that they didn’t even start on my order yet. Again, problems after problems. After another long wait for them to start making the pizza, bake it and box, it turned out to be under cooked. The dough was soggy like eating nice noodles. We threw entire pizza to trash bin. Time wasted. Money lost.

Absolutely horribly mismanaged and poorly-run location. Pizza took more than double the estimated wait time. Staff was cold and off putting. The apparent manager (pictured below) told employees he “didn’t care about the phones right now” and let them ring incessantly. We all were waiting extensively in the lobby for our food. Extremely poor customer service, and an awful Domino’s location. Not once was any employee seen washing hands either. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Ordered a NY Style pepperoni for niece's hangout. Got halfway to the destination when she realized it was a regular hand tossed pizza. Also, the brookies (her favorite) were flatter than the thun crust pizza. She was devastated. I called the store, and the guy that picked up all but accused me of lying simply because I did not have the time to double back and wait for them to remedy their mistake. I will not be returning to this location. The Papa John's closer to us will be our go-to for the foreseeable future

I ordered pizza and when I opened my front door the delivery guy had pulled my Mezuzah off my door. What is wrong with your delivery people? That’s hate crime, I will call you tomorrow and get the delivery guys information to press charges, my beliefs and what hangs from my door is nobody’s business and this is my house. Who gives you the right to do that? That’s private property

And why do I have to tell them to cook it “well done” He knew those wings were not cooked all the way because why say “ order them well done, next time” I wish I knew his name I just know it was to Hispanic guy who names start with a C

My family and I ordered some food here last night. Extremely disappointed. I ordered a pan pizza and it was horrible. When it comes to pizza I'll eat almost anything, but this definitely left me wanting. To start off, the crust. Not only was it very dirty (a lot of baked on sauce, cheese, and toppings), but it wasn't even the correct crust (that or they just did a terrible job with it). The crust had way to many large air bubble and was also pretty much the only part of the pizza that had any sauce or cheese on it. There was barely any cheese on the pizza, but the lack of sauce is really what ruined it for me. The only employee I met was the driver and he was great, but the rest of the experience was disappointing and a waste of money. Should have just eaten a corn dog or ramen noodles instead. Hell! One of those $1 microwave pizzas would have been a better value.
