Service is hit-and-miss. When the adults are there, it's generally great. But weekends and nights, you need to check your food thoroughly before you leave - order isn't right at least half of the time when the kids are left unattended.

Food was good except the fries were dark, almost burned and sooo much salt!!! I had to scrape each one off before I could eat it. Time consuming and messy. Hope they can get better like they used to be.

We had a $37 order. The fries were cold. Both chicken sandwiches were cold. No condiments were in the order as we specified. Dark an dreary inside decor in my opinion. Asked for 2 glasses for water and they wanted $.38 per cup. I can see that, if we hadn’t purchased food. We won’t be patronizing this Whataburger again.

Food: Over $10 for a very small portion of eggs - very small, 2 slivers of the thinest bacon I've ever seen, the biscuit was good. Requested 2 plain gravy, got 2 sausage gravy. Service: this rating goes to the staff that preps the order,not the cashier at the drive thru window. I got 2 of something I did not pay for, and 0 of the items that I did pay for. The drive thru line was WAY to long to go through again, so I just had to leave. Not sure what is happening to the service this past year in Rusk & Jacksonville but my orders at ALL food establishments is just crazy bad. My orders are correct about 50% of the time. I'm not sure what is difficult about looking at the items listed on a receipt, getting THOSE items, and getting them to the customer. Maybe I'm missing something?? Please tell me.

Pleaseeeee do not eat at this restaurant. The food is mediocre. Your order will always be wrong and the restaurant always have long lines in the drive through. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Eat at your own risk. I orderd a sausage breakfast bowl and the gravy was white in color and watery. The hasbrowns were old and the eggs were hard. Every time I eat at this location I get sick but I mean it is in Rusk.

I pulled up to the drive thru and waited a good 2 minutes, i was the only driver the whole time,so they finally noticed someone there. I order & pulled up and my order was already ready. The girl giving me my order asked me if it was a patty melt,I said no. The other worker told her which one I ordered. She got the total wrong & again the other girl corrected her. Now I live 2 minutes,if that from this establishment. My fries & burger was cold and they was more ketchup than anything. I do notice that morning crew is way better and very nice. The night crew has more younger worker's who really don't want to work & would rather stand around.

I used to go out of my way to go to this Whataburger. They don’t accept mobile orders in the drive through on the app so you have to pick up at the counter or curbside. I just waited 40 minutes in a curbside spot and watched staff hanging out with customers coming in and out getting in and out of cars. Finally I drive through the drive through and they grab my order from under a heat lamp that has been sitting there for who knows how long. Time to find a different Whataburger

I have loved Whataburger for over 30 years, but have never had such a bad repeated experience as this location. We order in the evening and almost always have a confrontational, disrespectful person take our order. Then almost invariably have the order come out wrong. For the price, excellent service and accurate orders should be compulsory. The past 5 times I have come here has been an evening ruining experience, and unfortunately I don't intend to come back.

I am waiting for my online order, watching the workers handle money and food, all while never changing their gloves. Amazingly, while typing this review, I watched one girl head to the bathroom (located in the adjacent 7-Eleven), wearing gloves; and when she returned, she was still wearing her gloves. She did not put on new gloves!!! Is this store so strapped for cash they cannot afford to change gloves, ever??? This is straight up nasty!

This place is usually fine, a little slow and they forget things at times but otherwise your typical fast food restaurant, but there is a guy working at night, (11/25/24 is the date today, don't know how long he's been working there but haven't seen him before, but don't order super often) his name is Isaiah, tried lying and said he didn't know his own name as well when I asked for it, said nothing other than lying about his name and said "Give me a minute" when I pulled up to the speaker, no biggie, gave him 5 or 6 minutes before saying "If it helps I ordered through the app about 15-20 minutes ago now." He said "You're just going to have to wait." Finally got pulled around after probably 10 minutes at the drive through window, only one other car was there and only one person inside, and waited on the car in front of us who barely got anything based on my observation of the bag he was handed, that took another ten or so minutes and 'Isiah' walked around with my drink open without a lid, don't know where he went with it but came back later to put a lid on it angrily and finally gave us our food. Mind you it was one jr burger, one chicken sandwich and one drink, that's all. But the customer service coming from him was absolutely awful and I have never waited that long when it wasn't busy at all. :( *This was through the drive thru.
