Always like CE. The tenders snack pack is our after church go to. And the Iced tea is normally very good. Just be sure to taste it before you leave the drive thru.

Open kitchen aspect. Love it. For was fresh hot and cooked very well. So gotta try the biscuits if you haven’t. We have tried everything on the menu and Love it all. Even the employees cooking, putting orders together and cashiers spoke with a smile. Very friendly and helpful. Will be going back.

I love chicken exspress, just don't love the prices. So we don't get to eat there much. I think nearly 10.00 for 2 strips and a side is very high to pay. Employees are always friendly and food is hot and delicious. 😋

There was a line of cars when I arrived, but the line moved pretty quickly. Food was good, order was correct, and thankfully the girl at the window reminded me not to drive off without getting my credit card back!!

The service was great and friendly, and the locals that came often were definitely greeted as such in the dining room. The sweet tea is what makes me come, its amazing, its sweet, its diabetes in a cup. The chicken, especially the tenders really need some seasoning, at the minimum some salt. The tea is the only thing I stop and order from them for. If the tenders and chicken got some actual seasoning, I'd stop more than once every few months.

Need someone at the check out that can speak loud and clear . You can't here him hardly. You just need better help in the check out line

We will never go back to this place again . For starters the price for 2 people was $40 . !! But we went through the drive through after a ballgame last night my husband ordered chicken strip dinners for both of us , he wanted okra I wanted fries with mine . They said it would take about 15 minutes so we waited. I also ordered unsweetened tea. After waiting for the meals we left and I when we got home literally 5 minutes later the tenders were hard as ever and cold . Shriveled up like they had been sitting there all day . The rolls were smashed to the point of flatbread , and when I tell you the fries were disgusting, OMG they tasted like rubber ! And to top it off they gave me sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened 😩

worst food poisoning i’ve ever had in my life. and hair in my food. you bet im calling and asking for a refund when they open EDIT: I returned to the store to get a refund and that’s where the doubts started. Walking in I was greeted by the same friendly cashier that I was greeted with the day prior, after hearing my complaint, she informed me that nobody else had complained about having food poisoning. Regardless, she let me talk to the manager on duty. the manager on duty, then gave me the phone number for the general manager, when I called the general manager, I was doubted once again about me getting food poisoning from that particular restaurant. I asked the general manager if they check every piece of chicken that leaves the kitchen, he informed me that they do not, and they are cooked in batches. I believe that I ate a piece of undercooked chicken, and I believe that I will not be getting my money back. because of the mistake that I had made by visiting this “food establishment” I had food poisoning throughout Thanksgiving. Thank you, chicken express, I will never be coming back.

On 6-19-22. Ticket #355....I ordered a family size okra, family size potato and gravy, 3 chicken tenders..was asked to wait as she made sure they had okra.. they did and would take 6 minutes..that was fine. I got to the window and paid $15.96...after I pay I'm told they have no gravy...whatever....I leave..when I opened the mashed potatoes they were cold ..COLD! These are the chicken tenders, I paid $1.59×3=$4.77. They were also COLD! I have turned them in for health code violations. The past 3-4 times I've been there they were out of everything, seriously everything. I will not ever go back! Don't waist your money!!
