My husband and I recently went here for date night and had a great experience. We were seated right away and our server, Chloe, was sweet and friendly. The wine selection is great and the atmosphere is really nice for a night out. We will definitely be back!

Wine Fusion Winery was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service and staff were excellent—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling rushed. You can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. The food was just as impressive, especially the Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, which were incredibly tender, rich in flavor, and perfectly executed. A special shout-out to the General Manager, James Castillo, who clearly sets the tone for the entire place. His leadership shows in the smooth operation, friendly atmosphere, and high level of service throughout our visit. Wine Fusion Winery is a place we’ll absolutely be returning to and recommending to others.

I had an amazing experience at Wine Fusion Winery! The place was cozy yet spacious and very inviting. I stopped off for just a glass of wine but after the amazing service by Jocelyn I ended up staying for 2 more! She was fun, friendly, and very informative about the area, places to go, and things to do! I will definitely be returning again and look forward to brining my friends along as well

We had such an amazing experience here! Gracie was our server and she was very knowledgeable about the wines and also recommended a beautiful red that we will definitely be buying on the regular. She is so professional and personable! Please sit at the bar and enjoy her great company! She will not disappoint. . The cheese board was very robust. It had a great variety to compliment the wines. Tully a ton of food for the board,. We got the half board: it came with a great amount of red and green grapes, blue berries nd strawberry, three good sized slices of cheese and prosciutto and ham. We were warmly greeted by a very cheerful gentleman at the host stand who warmly welcome us in, even during the holiday rush. Truly the entire staff was very attentive and courteous. Thanks also to Jackson for his attentiveness. They truly have an amazing team at wine Fusion! Go visit! It’s a great location too I. The town square.

Nice atmosphere, good for casual yet has a high class feel somehow which is great for dates. Amazing menu, loved their burgers. Great service - James with the black stetson especially - the guy made extra sure my allergies were accommodated and didn't make a big deal about it either, which is rare. Would recommend. Thanks!

The Wine Fusion Winery is an absolute gem in Grapevine and the perfect spot to gather with friends. From beautifully curated charcuterie boards with fancy cheeses and fresh fruit to juicy burgers, crisp salads, and flavorful salmon—every bite is delicious. Their wine and cocktail selection is top-tier (my personal favorites: the House Red Blend and Prisoner Cabernet 🍇). What truly made the experience unforgettable was our server, Naomi. She treated us like VIPs—attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Thanks to her amazing service and the incredible food and drinks, we’ll definitely be back for more delicious treats!

I’ve been here multiple times but, for the first time, I had dinner! It was sooo good!! The tater kegs, alfredo zoodles with chicken and the pasta were amazing!! Compliments to the chef! The atmosphere was cozy and there was a good energy. Definitely will be back to try the short ribs!!

My wife and I had a date night here. Exceptional service and a warm and inviting atmosphere. The manager James was attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming. The wine selection by Cam paired nicely with our charcuterie board and braised short ribs!!! Great food and fun. We will be back.

I'm not usually a fan of wineries, so I didn't come in with high expectations, but I was very pleasantly surprised. They had a nice variety of food and even cocktails, both with excellent taste and reasonable prices. The customer service was very pleasant too, Naomi was our server and she was incredibly professional and welcoming. I'll definitely return here next time I'm in Grapevine.

I recently tried the Savory Salmon at Wine Fusion that was recommended by James, and it was absolutely delicious. The salmon was perfectly pan-seared with a flavorful marinade of soy, honey, and fresh ginger that gave it a great balance of sweet and savory. The zucchini squash was fresh and tender, and the rosemary mashed potatoes were creamy with just the right hint of herb flavor. For $30, the portion size and quality made it well worth it. I’ll definitely be ordering this again!

Stopped by Wine Fusion in Grapevine and had such a great experience. The place has a really cozy, welcoming vibe and a solid wine selection without feeling overwhelming. Shoutout to Ashton for the amazing service. Ashton was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knows their stuff. They gave great recommendations, checked in at the right times, and just made the whole experience feel effortless and fun. You never felt rushed or ignored, which honestly makes all the difference. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to—especially if Ashton’s working 🍷

My husband and I met some friends for drinks and dinner on the patio during the Christmas season. I had the butternut squash soup and he had a soup with some beef in it. We shared spinach artichoke dip. He had a warm cocktail--spiked hot chocolate and I tried it but stuck to a couple of glasses of red wine. It was a fun evening and the service was great; ownership came to check on us and visit. Very comfortable and perfect for a holiday season out!

Grace was the best. I don't just mean the best waitress, hostess, bartender or manager, I don't know what she was, she seemed to make the whole restaurant run merely by the verve of her charm and expertise with hospitality. She was maybe the best person in the building. No she for sure was. The dining experience was exceptionally thought out and the mood set by the establishment was worthy of a movie scene. Had a great dinner experience tonight at Wine Fusion Winery. My husband and I were walking our fur baby and deceided to stop in after seeing that Wednesday was half off on all burgers. We sat outside and enjoyed a great handmade burger. You can tell these are not your typical frozen prepackaged patties but fresh ground beef. Our waiter Cecilia was tenative and thoughtful, she even brought out water and a pup cup with a milk bone for my fur baby all without asking! The entire experience was great! We will be back!!

This place is overpriced and not impressive. Thought it’s a cute hole in the wall, that’s about it. We have the ahi tuna, chips and queso and crab cakes. The tuna and crab were very fishy, I didn’t have more than the one bite. The crab cakes are about the size of a quarter. The queso… well it was queso. The drinks were pricey. We won’t be back.

As a local I have dined here many times, it is usually great! However, as of late things have gone down hill. Staff is un interested and only speaks with regulars and takes SHOTS while working behind the bar. Particularly one gentleman Kaleb is exceptionally unpleasant. All of that is fine because the food and wine make up for it. My issue is the manager/owner Nick. Everytime he is present he is always getting intoxicated and rowdy with a group of regulars he knows. He also harasses young women who come to dine when he is married (and i’ve met his wife she’s great). What’s even worse is the lack of respect to his employees, they are scared of him and called him “trigger happy”. Multiple occasions i’ve seen waitresses cry due to his unacceptable behavior. The food and wine cannot redeem such a cruel business man.

A Little Concerned 2019

I went in to eat with my 20 year old daughter last week. First of all, the food was decent and the bar seemed nice enough. My problem wasn’t with the service but I think the owner. He introduced himself ….and he’s my age mind you… to my daughter only and ask her for her social media. Why would a man, a business owner, old enough to be her father act in this manner. It was frankly disgusting and neither she nor I will ever go back. Also fairly certain the man was inebriated. Just an overall awful experience.

The owner made me super uncomfortable it was my first time in and he came up behind me and my friend and was introducing himself and asking what our plans were tonight. I felt very weird about this and noticed after we had left that I got a notification from Facebook and it was the owner nick had friended me on a social which was very odd when I only had given him my first name. I did notice he was wearing a wedding ring and getting very close. Women please beware if you are any age just be cautious of this establishment because it’s not worth feeling uncomfortable.

We came in as a group of eight around 11:00 to grab drinks. My brother had brought his girlfriend from out of town to experience Texas. We were told the restaurant was being rearranged and were turned away, even though there was a large table available right in front of us that could have easily seated our group. Without directly saying it, we were made to feel unwelcome. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

WARNING: They do automatic 20% tip on your order. Including Togo. The food is good and they used to have amazing staff but that has gone down hill as well. It's not fair you are FORCED to pay 20% fee even though you are not getting any service on togo food. aAND they did not even give me water while I sat there. They literally ignored me after taking the order You take the order when I walk in and that is it. Too bad. EDIT: to add insult to injury they do not give you utensils or napkins. For the record I tip and I tip well for service.

NEVER WILL I COME BACK. Service was not good. I ordered during happy hour and asked for whatever red wine was on happy hour and then to tab out. I asked for the check after my glass was empty for 20 minutes and the guy server goes “i forgot to ring up your wine during happy hour but i have your tab ready” and my ONE HAPPY HOUR glass of wine totaled to $12.99 when it was priced on the happy hour menu for $5???? My server said he could not fix it yet he was inattentive and never checked back up on me after i said one and done. This is a service issue.
