Juan (GM) and his team catered our wedding of 200 guests at a venue 30 minutes from the restaurant and the food was incredible! Our wedding coordinator told us that Frankie’s has been the best caterer she’s seen in her 5 years of coordinating weddings. The team showed up with plenty of time to setup the event and stayed until the very end, going above and beyond to make the wedding a seamless event! Juan made modifications to his catering menu, met with me on multiple occasions to iron out the details, communicated with our wedding coordinator, and made payment as easy as possible. We will 100% be referring our friends and family to Frankie’s for their future weddings, events, or routine dinners and lunches! Thank you Juan!
My husbands favorite is the brisket chimichanga and he has tried several places. Super friendly staff even on their busiest days. Reasonable prices for their food and all around good food! I recommend 💜
Great food. Quick service. Best chicken flautas! Borracho beans are excellent. Church's? Make sure you get Ice Cream with them!
Frankie’s in Sachse is the best! They catered my wedding and we could not be more happy with the results. Juan was very involved in making sure everything went well, and it did! He was responsive throughout our entire planning phase and the day of went smoothly. Of course, the food was amazing. We had the beef and chicken fajitas and it was delicious. Could not recommend the restaurant for catering or dining in more. Looking forward to going back!
Juan and his staff at Frankie’s catered my daughter’s wedding and everything was amazing! Juan was amazing with his communication with us and even the day of he was amazing getting everything ready. On top of that the food was amazing and everyone had only the best things to say about the food! We have already had people ask about Frankie’s and I am hoping the will use them for their catering as well! Thank you for your professionalism and the amazing food!!
My church hired booked with Frankie's in Sachse for catering and they were absolutely wonderful. The food was great of course, but the customer service was top tier, Mr. Juan was so helpful and kind and made the process so easy. I would highly recommend.
Is it just me or have you been known to visit a place two days in a row when you love it? Well, this is what happened when we tried this place. Don't sleep on the pork belly tacos. 🐷 We had pork belly tacos, rice and beans, Mexican corn and some Poblano sauce that we all super yummy. 😋 I could have filled up on just the beans and rice! The beans were very flavorful. The only thing that I would encourage them to improve on is the corn tortillas. Some homemade tortillas would level this place up to a 10 out of 10.
This place is making some phenomenal food. I love both the combination of classic flavors and new interpretations. My brisket enchiladas were perfect. From the sauce dipped tortillas to the poblano sauce they sat in. This is a perfectly constructed dish with a wonderful balance of flavors. The flautas my partner got were also incredible. Exactly the taste you want from the chicken filling in a flauta if your grandma made it. Traditional flavors and tastes from both the rice and beans. Also, the margaritas and mojitos are delicious! A great compliment to a delicious meal! We also had the mini sopas for dessert which were also a perfect finale to our meal. Service is quick and friendly. Frankie’s is making some incredible food!
We actually frequent Frankies regularly for Happy Hour, Lunch, and Dinner, but we visited this morning for the first time for Brunch. What a pleasant surprise! I had a traditional American style pancake breakfast, and my husband enjoyed the huevos con chorizo y papas. My pancakes were out of this world! They were made fresh, lightly dusted with powdered sugar and served with warm syrup. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the sausage was a good thick country sausage that reminded me of breakfast ar my grandpa's farm. My husband devoured his meal and said that the chorizo was top notch. The margaritas did not disappoint, and their newly refurbished patio area made for a very pleasant experience. The service was wonderful (as usual). Our favorite local dinner spot just became our favorite local brunch spot!
Isabella was a great waitress. The food was really good and she had great recommendations what to eat. They have a good variety of beer and margaritas as well. I would recommend a sign on side since trees overgrown near their sign. Even had friendly outdoor dog sitting !
1st time here and a love the place. Ill definitely be back. Selvin is an excellent server. Its nice and cozy. TVs for sports . The outside looks like it would be fantastic in the spring and fall months. They allow pets as well on the outside/patio area. I had shrimp and chicken fajitas. The flavor was good and for the price this is a great place to eat alone or with friends/family. 👍
We came at the very opening on a weekday. Pay attention to the super friendly staff and cleanliness. Inside it smells like wood, the toilet is clean as at home. The food is fresh, delicious. Fish taco and dessert were especially delicious. I did not expect that pieces of dough with ice cream can melt in your mouth so much. The portions are large, the prices are affordable. The impression from the first visit is very good. I am delighted with this place!
I have to give a huge shout out to George! I mistakenly thought he was our server and gave him my order, but he took it anyway. He was incredibly helpful, cleaning up, working the front end, and all with such a positive attitude. Seriously, may God bless him! We ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas, and they were absolutely delicious 🤤 The atmosphere is so cute, with its Mexico-themed decor that really took me back. I'm already planning to come back with friends and family. Thank you for a fantastic experience! 😊

We had a wonderful dinner at Frankie’s tonight! The food and service was exceptional, as usual, unfortunately, they’re undergoing renovations right now. They’re closed the beginning of the week for the time being, but open Thursday-Sunday. Not a big deal in terms of food and service, but the wait outside is just a killer. Even inside in the entryway, just brutally hot. They’re popular, with good reason, just a hot wait if you’re there at a busy time. My husband ordered the numero university and enjoyed it. I LOVE their white queso, and ordered the carne asada with streetcorn instead of beans. Everything was delicious, the iced tea was fresh and kept refilled, and our chips and salsa also were repeatedly filled. We look forward to seeing the renovations when they’re finished!
Small homely place perfect for my family of four. We were seated right away on a Saturday night. The people were super friendly and my waiter Daniel was top notch. We had refills without asking and I didn’t even have to ask him for a sweet tea to go (I was going to ask). We had chicken fajitas for two and we share with our kids. We had plenty to go. The chicken was super tender and had a wonderful flavor. I always drove by this place and tonight we decided to give it a try. This will be a new regular place for me and my family. Total for all four of us was sixty bucks.

The food is awesome and reasonably priced and the drinks are awesome! This is a must try location in Sachse, as the wait time is very limited.

Servers are great. Brisket enchiladas were fire! Will be back for more. Also love that they have all day happy hr in Sunday but definitely need to expand that happy hour menu!!
Very good food. The service was very friendly and attentive. Clean restaurant. Clean restroom. Parking lot was full. Bill was $39.19 for a party of 2. It's a little loud. Food was good but not great, they are a bit bland for Mexican restaurant. They do have few vegetarian options in a separate section on Menu. Drinks are good. Overall its a average place
I like to start by saying that I couldn't commit to giving this place 4 stars and that if I could I would give 3.5. To start off, this restaurant had good food - I really enjoyed it - but the drinks were not very good (their happy hour margaritas were entirely too sweet) and the service was very bad. When we came in we were the only table, but despite it being slow we felt like we were rushed by the server the entire time. Our server kept coming over trying to rush our food, didn't even offer the dessert menu when we were done with our entrees, and immediately gave us our check and tried to cash us out. The food was really good but that bad service put a bad taste in my mouth, that and the bad drinks. When it comes to the food, it was all delicious though. We had the Street Corn, the Chimichanga, and the Pork Tamales and it was all very good, cooked perfectly and had so much flavor - the salsa was good as well. I'm trying to debate whether I'll come back or not because of knowing what I can expect, but at least know that they do have good food.
