My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chili’s, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. As a party of 11, including children, we often find it challenging to receive prompt and attentive service at restaurants. However, Chili’s proved to be an outstanding exception. Our server, Marshall, was the epitome of professionalism and patience. Managing a large group, especially with kids, can be daunting, but Marshall handled everything with ease. He served our meals flawlessly, without a single mistake, ensuring that everyone’s dietary preferences and requests were accommodated. His attentive service truly made our dining experience enjoyable and stress-free. Moreover, the manager’s involvement was a pleasant surprise. It’s rare to see management engaging with guests to such an extent. He visited our table not once, but twice, inquiring about our meals and offering additional assistance. This proactive approach to customer satisfaction was genuinely impressive. We did encounter a slight hiccup with one of the dishes not being cooked to our liking. However, the manager’s swift action in addressing the issue by removing it from our bill without any hesitation showcased Chili’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Such accountability and prompt problem-solving are commendable. I am already looking forward to our next visit to Chili’s. The kids absolutely adore it, and after this visit, it’s clear why. This experience has solidified Chili’s as our top dining choice, a place where we feel valued and taken care of. If you’re looking for a family-friendly restaurant that offers both delicious food and exceptional service, Chili’s is the place to go.

The order was correct and the food was very good. You can’t get a better burger in wylie. The food was ready when the app said it would be and they text you when it is ready for pickup. Will definitely be back.

This is my Wife & Daughters favorite location. The Staff is always very courteous, & friendly. The food always comes out perfect, and even when there slammed, the staff is always on point. Another thing I really enjoy about this location is the manager always checks on our table. I'm sure she does this for everyone, but she make it seem like she is just personal checking on you. She even offered/took a picture for my Daughter & I. We were having a daddy daughter date.

It was my first time at Chili’s(just moved here from Germany ) and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was inviting, and the restaurant had such a great vibe. I was also really impressed with the menu — it was beautifully designed and had so many great options. But the highlight of the experience was our server, James. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Truly the best part of our visit!

Food was delicious and the staff was friendly. Our waiter was Levi which is the same name as my oldest son and they are both redheads. 🤗

A special thank you to the Manager who seated our group of 7 after about 29 minutes of waiting. Staff needs to be think faster - the tables were available the entire time - and the manager pushed them together and helped us. Chili’s lunch deal is awesome! You get the choice of a starter and then an entree for $8. I got the loaded potato soup which is SO good and the chipotle chicken bowl which is always fresh and delicious. I was so full I even took half of it home to eat for lunch the next day. Service was very quick (granted this was during lunch on a weekday) and everyone’s meal was great. The only thing I have against chilis is how freezing they all are! Take an extra jacket!

I just had the most delightful experience here tonight! The staff is just so pleasant! And obviously my southwest egg rolls were perfect as usual 😁

The food is delicious and consistent. They've added new items and promotions to their menu. Their new burgers are flavorful and cooked perfectly.

Plus their mixed drinks was pretty good, I had the deep Eddy strawberry Texas lemonade it was alot they gave compare to the size of the margaritas (I personally didn't like it that much, even though I liked that it was strong, but it was too sweet/sour for me, seem like there was too much of the fresh sour, I didn't taste strawberry at all.). I was torn between trying the deep Eddy or the captians castaway, next time I'm gonna try the captains castaway. My besties said their food was really good and my friend enjoyed the tropical sunrise margarita, she tanked it down.

What I like is the staff is friendly and if there is ever an issue they accommodate. If you ever have a problem and ask your server for a manager they will have a manager come to you to correct the problem. If you don't ask for one than it is on yourself. I like that managers visit with their guests. It makes me want to go back to particular restaurants. It shows they care about my business. Some on this review as other restaurants reviews just like to complain. If you Don't like something then speak up while dinning. Yet to complain on a review? If you don't ask for something to be rectified then they can't correct the issue at the time, failure on a customers ability to ask only leads more than likely to anothers loss in job.

Had awesome time with family. Our server was great. He checked on us regularly and mad sure we had everything we needed.

Food was good… only issue we had was that whomever refilled the ketchup bottles accidentally put BBQ sauce in the one we got instead of ketchup… they brought out a new bottle and it was good. But watch your bill our waiter made a mistake on our bill and accidentally put the table next to us on our tab too… it would have been a $75+ error if I not been paying attention… we paid out with cash just to prevent a problem in case the other table didn’t pay their bill… I didn’t want to get slammed with their meal.

I was pleasantly greeted even though it was very close to closing time. My server did everything that he could to make my visit as well as it could be. I was a bit disappointed with my order because the chicken nachos were prepared differently than I remember them from before or at other restaurants. The description listed could be updated to inform customers of the change. The base of the nachos includes beef even on the chicken nachos.

My cousin picked this restaurant for a get-together. Our booth was perfect for carrying on conversations, and it had enough room for all six of us after the rather large and detailed menu folders were taken away. The server kept our drinks filled and the food was overall quite tasty. The black bean burger patty was the exception, with a beyond well-done firmness and very little flavor. It was the only menu item that disappointed.

Went here to test a product out for one of their primary vendors. Food was exactly what you expect from a Chili's, high calorie and high impact. Had the Buffalo Chicken sandwhich and it was mouth watering.

We loved coming here. The server Holgan was very nice and helpful. We had an issue and it ws quickly resolved and he wasn’t rude about it at all, even the manager came and asked how we were doing. In my book that’s great service. Cause the made a wrong right! Without giving me the customer and hard time. Food was yummy and service was fast.

The flavored lemonades are so good! Strawberry is my go to. Service was fast and friendly. My old timer with cheese was great. Hot fresh and juicy. The fries were warm not hot, but still good. The music kept changing volumes for some reason which was a tad bit annoying. Overall good experience and we will be back.

We were here on July 29th around 7:30 pm I had the Alex's Santa Fe Burger, see pics, and it was not bad. Parts of the burger were a little past well done while the rest was medium well. When served the burger had a large chunk of meat that had separated from the rest of the burger. That was not a big deal, but from a presentation perspective it was not nice to see. It made me wonder what made it happen. Flavor wise it was fine, it was somewhat sloppy to eat because of all the toppings but that was ok and it made the big chunk that fell off less of a big deal. I ended up cutting it in half to make eating easier and less messy. I opted to have broccoli instead of french fries. The broccoli was good good, not too soft or too hard. I added some melted butter and it made it tasty. Feedback from others at my table and their food was pretty good. We had not been here in several months because of the Corona situation. We had stopped coming prior to that because the quality of service and some food quality had declined. Now quality seems to be making a comeback so we will come back too.

Last minute decision for dinner. Burgers are still great as long as cooked thoroughly. I ordered the old timer with cheese, it had too much pink in the middle, I had to send back to get a well cooked burger. The new burger was juicy and delicious. Fries were nice & crispy. We knew we were in trouble when table next to us warned us about incompetent waiter. Well we ordered and gave for a party of 3. Only 2 of us received food and after a bit we asked the waiter, and he said, oh, the order got canceled." Let me put it back in. Since my wife ate her salad and munched on bottomless chips/salsa, she gave her burger to my son, and we canceled his order. Then waiter had charged my son because he ate some of the chips. His charge was 80% of what his full order would have been. The waiter knew nothing about customer service. Had to get manager involved.

My order was wrong, but I didn't bother calling b/c it was my own fault for trusting everything was there given how nicely packaged my order was. The ribs were not good at all! The dry rub tasted like I was chewing on dust, which didn't help with the dry meat. The street corn was good.

I did Chili's To Go, and they have now stopped allowing us to text them to bring the food out when we arrive. They now require you to go inside to pick up your To Go orders. This is inconvenient, but not the end of the world. But they still have the giant concrete bollards in place. There are no flags/poles on them either so you can't even see them outside your door on tall vehicles, like mine. I have hit the edge of my door on these the last two times I've been here. Either remove the bollards or continue to bring customer's orders out to their vehicles. To top it all off the gave us asparagus on two steak dinners that were supposed to have fries and broccoli instead. The steaks tasted great, but my son and I both felt the steak had an excessive amount of gristle. Not happy.

I always get really great service from the servers here. It's Chili's, so expect nasty bathrooms... You'll find that here, so go before you go. We ordered bone-in wings as an appetizer, but they came out boneless. They fixed it, and they were much better than I expected...bbq & some kind of spicy honey. Then I ordered the triple dipper. I ordered bone-in wings again ( yes, I like wings). They came out boneless again. Again they fixed it, and everything was great. Everyone in Willow goes to this place for dinner every day of the week, so get there early if you can eat early, or you'll probably end up waiting for a table. The bar usually has spots open. It's Chili's not Bob's Steak and Chop House, but it is a good Chili's.

Finally a fantastic Cosmo! It is hard to find a bartender that makes them the right way. Going to call him Gandalf the Gray for his beard. Make sure he's the one making the drinks! Oh.. the food was also on point tonight 😁

We were given some cheese you get at the state fair. No More Queso... no more chili's! We can get this type of food anywhere. While we were eating a mother and 2 daughters ordered the skillet queso and heard about the change and left. Good bye old friend!

3 of us was not satisfied with the food. The 2 sandwiches was supposed to have avocado on them. A slice smaller than a dime was on each sandwich. The French fries on all 3 orders were cold and old. Really bad. The server even commented on how old they looked. She brought us out 3 orders of hot fries. We had 4 different servers. The service was slow but good. We probably won't be going back after this experience.

Worst food I've ever had at Chili's. I've really never had more than 1 item that was so-so at Chili's before this. Potato soup was a hard mush, cheese was rubbery. The little old garlic bread was tough and cold. The steak was grey and fatty, shrimp was light orange and looked fake, and tasted like nothing. Got nothing but crushed chips, salted to the max. French fries were brown and hard and cold. Chicken strips were dry and cold. Was extremely hard to pay $75 for that food.

Stopped in for dinner with my family of four, our waiter was attentive and helpful as we ordered. 40 mins later our waiter stopped in to tell us the order never made it to the kitchen, something to do with the order machine. We ordered again and to our suprise our order came out in less than 10 mins. I ordered the smokehouse combo with ribs, sausage, and chicken crispers. I immediately noticed both the ribs and sausage was cold, no exaggerated description, they where cold to the touch as if the cook pulled them out the fridge and forgot to heat them up because of the rush to get them out. After point this out to my waiter I was just ready to go somewhere else, however I let my family finish their meal and the manager thought it was kind of him to not charge me for a meal I never ate and after requesting 2x to speak with a manager, no one ever came and instead gave an additional 20 dollars off a 75 dollar tab. Again none of which I ate. This customer service is extremely lacking and I was disappointed with this location.

Food service and atmosphere are good but the place is going down hill when it comes to being clean and matinence. Dirty over all and the ladies bathroom stall doors won't close or lock.

We.stopped in to grab a drink (margarita and draft beers) and snacks while we finalized weekend plans at about 2:00 on Saturday afternoon. We waited for 2-3 minutes at the bar before the bartender appeared. She was not especially friendly but gave us our drinks and left. As we sat there we were graced with several wait staff complaining about everything. We saw an elderly gentleman come pick up a large to go order and promptly drop the drinks because the two people it took to bring his order to him didn't even offer to hold the door, simply handed it to him and walked off to complain some more. Overall underwhelmed by the service, we opted against food (especially given the complaints about serving it by the wait staff) paid our tab and left.

We had to ask for things twice. Our waitress was a bit forgetful. When she packaged up our salsa trio to go, she left out our guacamole. We felt cheated. We ended up with a salsa duo. Not impressed.

The food is good at this location. It’s very much what you expect from a Chilis. Quick service elevated fast food. However, on my last visit to this location they sat us in a booth by the mirrored wall area. There was a manager with glasses, braided hair and forearm tattoos. Wasn’t able to get her name hence the description. She stood at this table and talked loudly to the two people there for the whole hour we were there. She did absolutely nothing you expect of a manager from engaging with customers to handling experience issues or managing staff. She stood there talked talked and talked. Meanwhile, the person I was there with didn’t even get her order correct and we sat there without the correct order until we were almost done with our other food so at that point just cancel the missing item. This manager has the time to give out freebies to her friends and stand there chatting but not to ensure our order is correct. It would’ve been ok to say hi to a visiting friend and move on with your job responsibilities but to stand there and loudly talk for an hour is not what customers want to see of managers and it ultimately effects our visit too. Our waiter was ok, not exactly pleasant in demeanor but she did her job.

Visited this restaurant yesterday day with my sister . Let’s first start off with the fact that the receptionists did not even walk us to our booth . I did shoot a glance over to the bartender and only then did she lower her voice to speak to the woman at the bar . I don’t care what your workers personal beliefs are but, if I am a paying customer just like anyone else I would expect the same comfort and piece of mind like anyone else in the restaurant. Especially because it seems this is what your establishment seems to encourage negativity and racism . So iam sure you will be more than happy to not have my company . Do better . Other than that service was fine a little slow to get the food out but that’s all .

Without any doubt the worst Chili's location. Overpriced, undercooked/raw proteins, and they definitely reduce their portions on delivery. A creamy beef patty on a burger should be an immediate alert to any cook that the patty isn't cooked, however this location is consistently bad (tried several times, but yesterday will be our last).

No more free chips and salsa. Food is overpriced. And the water tasted like dirt! The least they could do is give the customers FILTERED WATER. Even sharing a dish it was so expensive. Almost 30 per person because i had to order a lemonade, but that still had a dirt flavor cuz they used the dirt water to make it.

I would give no stars if possible. They were not busy, but there was a wait. We were there for 2 hours. This is not a gourmet meal with many courses! Because my husband has to work today, last night was supposed to be to celebrate Mother's Day. Epic fail!!!! Everything we ordered took forever to get. I asked the waitress questions about the chicken strip and waffle item and ordered it. She translated this into me ordering chicken strips. Had to have it remade. I specifically said no jalapeños and asked for the ranch sauce on the side. It arrived with everything on it. The 3 kids were done when it arrived. My husband still had not eaten because the sauce he requested when his food arrived still had not been delivered. I asked for it again. The portion size on his meal looked like a little kid plate. Remember I asked about the food I ordered. I specifically told her I didn't want spicy. Well it was. I couldn't eat it. I sent my youngest to get a to go box from the waitress station since we never saw ours. Drink refills were practically unheard-of and she couldn't remember who ordered when she brought them back. Needless to say, I had cake at home for dinner that we had previously picked up for Mother's Day.

This was a to go order and they missed a whole steak dinner and then they couldn't replace it and I couldn't go pick it up. They said they refunded my money but I wouldn't get it back for another 7 to 14 days we will see if they will do that. The delivery service was doordash so I don't know if it was the restaurant or the delivery guy that screwed this up my guess it was the restaurant. If you have to order with now so much money that it costs it's not worth it especially at this Chili's in Wylie Texas.

App wouldn't work and attempted to call to place a to go order several times, but no employees would answer. You wonder why restraunts close down around here.

Wouldn’t even give a single star if I could. At first the dinning room was discussing, hadn’t been cleaned all day. Extremely rude staff, looked like they never worked a day in there life. After waiting 2 hours for service, the food was subpar. I didn’t even get a simple apology. Horrible customer service, bad food, would not recommend at all.

Came mid afternoon Sunday. Restaurant was 25%full. Food came out cold, no water refill offered. No offer of dessert. Basically ignored for larger parties in the same station. They were offered refills numerous times. Very disappointed. Note to the servers: old people tip very well when treated accordingly. Just because we didn't order drinks and expensive entrees doesn't mean I wouldn't tip well.

If you’re going to have a new bartender please make sure she’s actually tending the bar. My food wasn’t fully cooked even after I sent it back and got a new order. My husband’s beer was empty for 10 minutes when we decided to check out, and forgot to add extras to my cocktail. Please do better we used to love coming here.

Every time my kids convince me to do this Chili’s, I regret it. Whether we eat indoors or do takeout there is always a problem with service. Inevitability, they miss parts of our order on takeout. I’ve finally learned to never do delivery and to check the order before I go home. Even still, when I realize something is missing, the bulk of my food gets cold and soggy while I go back I sit the restaurant and wait for the item(s) that they missed in the first place. And all this is after I tipped 20% on my takeout order.

I never like to leave bad reviews given that I work in the industry and know things happen, however tonight experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered uber to go and when I arrived and asked for my order they pointed to rack where they keep orders unsupervised where they apparently are just for grabs because our order of $77 was missing. When I raised the issue the young lady very nonchalantly just told me to cancel my order, no urgency or sense of responsibility. I had to specify to her that order was mine and it was needed to be cooked again. I waited another 15 minutes and took it home, when I got home, the food was undercooked or poorly cooked. Needless to it will be a very long time until I order from this store again.

Walked over to pick up dinner, our order was out on the pickup area, walked back home and realized the entire Fajitas entree was missing. Walked back to chilis and waited an entire hour for the fajitas we were missing. So frustrating. The people at the pick up counter were very apologetic and nice, but still upset we walked back and waited an HOUR for dry overcooked meat

One customization on our whole meal and the still couldn’t get it right. No lettuce or tomato, not hard. We are now paying nearly $17 for a meal the cooks should at least take the time to try and make our orders correctly.

I placed a late night order and 2 minutes later I got a text message that it was ready. I called the restaurant to let them know I was coming from a distance and if I could please have the food made fresh closer to the time I was supposed to pick up. The employee said he’d see what he could do as it was late and they had a batch of food they pre cooked earlier to knock out the orders quicker late at night. I let him know I had a drive so if I got food that had been sitting out, it would be cold by the time I made it back home. Employee appeared bothered by the request and said he’d see what he could do. When I showed up to the restaurant, the manager Fred was waiting for me at the front counter to tell me that if I wanted my food made fresh, I had to call them to tell them because apparently it is normal for them to have their food ready in 2 minutes. (The irony is this is exactly what I did when I got the “ready” text message and was met with an unpleasant response.) I told him I expected the food around the time it said it would be ready online, but he just reiterated that I need to call in if I place an order online and want it to be made fresh. (Does this mean online orders are made with food that has been sitting out?) He then proceeded to say he had to coach his employee not to say what he said, and I suggested he instead focuses on exhibiting proper management skills himself versus blaming his employees for practices he supports that could be a health code violation. He took zero ownership, was defensive the whole time, and overall displayed a really poor example of a leader in this establishment. Hope the other managers have better customer experience skills.

We just ate there on 10-19-25. We will never go back as my entire family has food poisoning. Bye, Chili’s!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Chili’s visit deserves one. My order was completely wrong — I asked for a simple chicken crispers meal, and somehow got cold ribs and soggy fries. When I politely asked about it, the server rolled their eyes and said, “Well that’s what the kitchen made,” like it was my fault! No apology, no effort to fix it, nothing. I finally got the right meal after waiting another 25 minutes, and by that point I was starving. Big mistake — because a few hours later, I was violently sick. I’ll spare the details, but let’s just say I won’t be eating at Chili’s again ever. Between the rude staff, messed-up order, and food poisoning from what was probably undercooked chicken, this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

This is the worst order of BBQ ribs I have ever had. They were tough and dry as leather. The Mac and cheese was like soup and the French fries must have come from the bottom of the bag—tiny and tough. This was definitely not worth $42.00. Someone behind the counter should check the orders going out. I feel we deserve a refund.

My chicken was literally so burnt to the point of it not being eatable. Usually the plates are full too it looks like leftovers. Literally dine at chilis all the time and it’s never been like this. Don’t know what they had going on up there. Want a refund couldn’t even eat my food after a long shift.

We went yesterday between 1-2pm. The restaurant was about 1/3 full. At first we were seated right by the entryway to the kitchen which was loud, so when the waiter came over we asked to be moved away from the kitchen. The waiter was not welcoming or friendly and seemed annoyed that we requested to be moved. We order two flavored lemonades and a water. When my daughter tried her watermelon lemonade she did not like the taste. When the waiter returned to take our order we asked if she could change the watermelon lemonade to strawberry lemonade. The waiter left the unwanted watermelon lemonade on the table and walked away. We watched him across the restaurant standing near a table near the hostess stand. My daughter used the restroom and saw there was not a party of customers at the table he was leaning near. Eight minutes after we asked for the strawberry lemonade he brought it. By then my daughter decided she just wanted water. I advised the waiter that after waiting eight minutes for her beverage in a slow restaurant she no longer wanted the strawberry lemonade but just water. I also asked him to take the lemonade off the bill. He said he had been busy with customers and that is why it took so long. This is not true as we watched him the entire time. Only once our food was delivered did he seem to give a crap about service. Probably thinking about his tip at that point. I notice he was much more solicitous of the preppy looking couple nearby. Sad for him as I was a waitress earlier in my life I am a good tipper. Typical more than 20%. My daughter was paying but we did not leave a tip due to the crappy service. To top it all off, while the food was tasty and we all shared everything, we all have been sick to our stomachs today! This was a big meal so it was our only meal yesterday so we know the cause of the sick stomachs are they food we ate at Chili’s. We will never go to this location again!!
