So this is my 2nd time visiting this place, and again it was amazing. The food is fresh, delicious and flavorful. I came on a Saturday afternoon there was a lot of people. The yakisoba was delicious and heavy portion. Champon noodle was so good. The employees are nice and I appreciated that. As far as the price, it’s reasonable price.

Can't go wrong with this long time authentic staple of the community. There is an excellent sushi, saké, and ramen. There's plenty of seating and room for groups and parties, as well as a healthy dose of parking. If you have a group, try one of their sushi boats. They are the best in town.

Went in on a Monday night. The restaurant wasn't too busy. When we walked in there were plenty of open tables near the door right before the sushi bar. We were led to our table located in a back seating area. It was quite a surprise. When you walk in it doesn't look like there is any more seating past the sushi bar. The restaurant has more than enough seating for larger groups. Our server promptly brought us water. She then gave us plenty of time to make a decision. We split one sushi roll and each ordered ramen. The roll was prepared quickly and was very good. The ramen was good. The noodles tasted fresh. The flavor of the broth was smooth. Not too salty or spicy. Our water glasses were frequently topped off and the table was cleared of empty plates quickly. Hopefully, we can return to try other menu items.

A very popular sushi restaurant! Came here with my cousin for dinner to try and branch out from our usual spots. The sushi was tasty and they have tons of options. It was very busy the day we went but they have a lot of seating to accommodate. The staff were nice and the restaurant definitely has a high busy kind of energy to it from the decor to how many people were there. Have only been here the one time, so I want to come back to try some other options. The roll I got (sorry can’t remember the name) had fresh sliced lemon on top which I love. We did get one roll that had cream cheese in it and it honestly was too much cream cheese that we poked it out. Would come back!

The food was really good. Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura were cooked perfectly and sushi boat has good variety and fresh ingredients. Beef was tender enough, and sauce was tasty. The only complaint was that the sushi rolls were too large and not bite size. The service was polite and attentive. Group of 17 all left happy and full.

GIGANTIC portions, fresh fish, great service, great for large groups, okay prices. Chicken katsu curry: it was a HUGE DEEP bowl enough to feed 2-3 people. The curry was delicious and chicken was nice and fried and crispy. Only complaint was that the potatoes and carrots were huge - they could have been cut down more and it would have been easier to eat. Salmon lovers roll: five THICC slices of salmon with an Ichiro roll - awesome deal. The salmon was really fresh. Roll had a tiny bit too much sauce and it obscured the flavor of the salmon, but otherwise very satisfying. Rainbow roll: tempura inside was a nice touch. The fish was fresh, and it had a decent amount of pieces. Chirashi bowl: a plate of delicious fresh fish. I wish the ginger was a little softer and sweeter because it would have been easier to eat. When you first enter, there is a small seating area with cute salmon steak cushions. The entire restaurant is large and there is a second seating area in the back. Large parties should not have an issue here, but always good to make reservations. There was a kid playing loud screeching noises from his iPad next to us. His parents didn't give him headphones or anything. Wish someone did something about it. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with their fresh fish options and expect the plates to be large!!

I’ve been twice and waited to post my review after the second visit because my first experience wasn’t good and I always give the place a benefit of doubt. They were somewhat busy and understaffed for both visits. The service was good when we received it but when half the table gets their food 20 minutes before the sushi orders, you may want to take a look at that. I ordered a Rock N Roll and either I misread the description or their take on a tempura element is vastly different than what most places are doing. The entire roll was battered, then deep fried, resulting in a warm, half cooked fish interior that was neither pleasing nor palatable. This was my second visit. I won’t go into the first. I’m most disappointed that our server neglected or was overwhelmed to the point to forget a miso for one in my party and a salad order for another, but attempted to charge us for both. I’m sorry, I gave you two shots and the result was dissatisfaction both times. Your staff deserves better and so do your paying customers.

Don't be fooled by the number of reviews. Since it's by a college, its score is bound to be bloated. Definitely over priced for the quality of fish and sushi you will get. Fish was stored in open cabinet that didn't seem to have any sort of cooling. Will not go back.

I decided to try this place after seeing so many positive reviews and high ratings on Google. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door, and the restaurant seemed large with different seating sections. However, it appeared that smaller parties (under 5–6 people) were seated in the front area. The main reason I gave 3 stars is the service. It took more than 8 minutes before anyone came to take my drink order, and when I finally ordered a drink with my sushi, it was another 20 minutes before the food arrived (the restaurant wasn’t busy). During that time, I noticed a group of four elderly guests who came in after me and left angrily because no one attended to them. That speaks to how inattentive the service was. I also felt bad for the two servers working the front—they looked exhausted, which I believe is due to understaffing and poor management. No one ever came by to ask if I needed anything or to check if my food was okay. The food itself was just average compared to other sushi places I’ve tried. One roll that was supposed to be served hot was only lukewarm, making me wonder if it had been sitting out. The bathroom was clean, but I was disappointed there were no touchless faucets or paper towels, and the door opened inward, forcing me to touch the doorknob after washing my hands. On the positive side, free parking was available in front of the restaurant. Overall, this place has potential, but they really need to improve staffing and customer service.

I go here with family because some like it. I stopped getting teriyaki chicken because it's always served cold, even when I send it back. I got a fried chicken, forgot what it was called, instead of being crispy it was soggy. I got the same dish elsewhere and it was amazing and crispy.

I was disgusted with the service here. There were 5 of us. And we (my family of 4 and a sweet extended family member). The food was less than mediocre! Other than the Tempura Vegetables which were good and the Miso Soup and the side salad... the Queens Sushi roll tasted like rotten fish; the fish that was in the center looked bad and tasted worse. So my son and grandson could not eat it. The Yakisoba looked and tasted like it was leftover and reheated. We didn't eat that either. The appetizer was actually good. Agedashi Tofu it was. Good flavor and edible! The really disgusting part was the service. The server was bringing food to the table and standing at one side of the table and reaching across is and handing the plate into the hands of someone at the opposite side of the table right over our food instead of walking around and seeing it down. Then she walked over and handled a dirty bus cart without gloves and then picked up food and brought it to the table. Her name was Uyanga. At one point they were clearing a table off and the people had left a Bottle of Apple Juice that they didn't drink. The guy clearing the table handed the bottle to the server and she took it to the kitchen. Not a good practice. Bottom line is I would not recommend this place at all. The prices are high and the quality is low. Not one time did anyone come to the table to take away anything or provide anything. We had no napkins. 2 kids and no flatware. I had to flag someone down to get a spoon for my granddaughters soup. I waved someone down for napkins. There are 5 purple at the table and he brought 3 napkins. This is the very first time I refused to leave a top. $92.11 check. I would normative leave at least 20... but not this time. You'll see by the bill.
