Update to previous review: Went back a few weeks later and the blizzard was made much better. The stars are for the food. The onions rings were excellent. The blizzard at first was ok. But 10 minutes in the car and it rapidly started melting . The cup was so full it was running all over. Not sure why it didn't stay some what frozen , it was not hot in the car. The outside of this location was clean compared to some reviews but it is in need of updating. I feel sorry for the employees. This could be a great location.

It's not often that I review a Dairy Queen, but I figured this place warranted review. It's a really clean location and the service was good. But more surprising is that the burgers were really good! The Patty's were big and actually the size of the bun. (Not like McDonald's burgers) plus, with the added lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, they were yum. It was nice to be surprised in a good way.

Ordered mobile order pickup, saw another customer try to go through door but it was locked. Drive thru staff said pickup was done in the drive thru. Burger is very cheesy and blizzard is great upside down. Very polite and friendly staff

They took forever! :( in the drive thru it seems like they went one order and one person at a time, because at the order station it was backed up like crazy but by the time you finished ordering, there was NOBODY at the pick up window, so I found it strange. I had a shake and fries it was really good and fresh. Yummy. Worth the price, Just a really long wait and I didn't like that. Especially from the workers they didn't thank us for our patience or apologize for the wait.

Don't buy the food there. Only ice cream

Homeless people outside the front door begging each customer. There is literally human feces all over the front door and surround walls. The front order desk is missing tiles on it and there is rusted metal sharp edges that are a safety concern. Many ceiling tiles are all ruined with water leaks. Stood up at the counter for 10 minutes no service said ill be right with you. Sat back down to wait because i was tired of standing till they were less busy, went up there 10 minutes later said I'd be right with you, no service for another 10 minutes. Sat back down and waited and eventually left after another 10 minutes. Customer before me they messed up thier orders. Staff seem inexperienced and understaffed to be working. Would be better off avoiding this place as there are safety concerns and inexperienced under staffed staff. Hygiene issues, not sure why they have a PASS sign on the door for thier location for the food inspection and Hygiene...

The drive thru order taker could not get the order correct. He acted like he could not her me but when my passenger said what I want he repeated what I said. Got to the windows the order was repeated back incorrectly then we were told $40+ for 2 #3 & replacing the drinks with blizzards. We didn't get the order because we don't know if it was rang up correctly. The prices are high way robbery & the driver they customer service is horrible. They need a better intercom system.

They close an hour early every time i come. they rudely turned the menu light off when i pulled up TWICE even tho they don’t close till 10. They ignore you even tho they hear you at the speaker

Literally the worst location I have ever been to. I asked for a container of ranch because I had just got chicken strips and some onion rings and he told me no he was gonna charge me and I told him I did not have any for what I just bought And he said fine then I’ll just give you your money back and try to snatch my food out of my hands over a 50 Cent thing of ranch super disrespectful. I will never go back to this location again.

They messed up my blizzards… they don’t ever pick up the phone to complain about them not making my blizzards correctly…ice cream was def not ice cream… it was water down, no actual strawberries.. instead syrup, I payed 89c extra for cheesecake chunks and to my surprise no cheesecake chunks at all!

Yesterday my 98 year old grandmother found this hair in her shake after eating it half way not to mention the Asian guy working yesterday , his nails was filthy black with dirt under his nails handling people food with dirty nails and without gloves should be illegal will never buy anything from here again you lost a die hard DQ FAN

Today if i could give negative stars i would. The onion ring had a slither of onion i really paid for the breading. Each onion ring had no or a slither of onions.. what was bad wasp0pllo them having to r3make my hamburgers and all 4 of them were wrong.
