I have been fortunate to know about Chan's Restaurant for several years. I have moved twice within the same area and continue to order and enjoy their delivery service. They have some of the very best Chinese food in all of Sacramento - and I am a devotee of Chinese food. I love their sesame chicken, their chicken chow-mien and many of the other creations they come up with - like asparagus cashew chicken (in season) etc. They were also kind enough to sell us some individually wrapped fortune cookies that we gave out at our Halloween display. They sold them to us very cheaply, I'm sure at their cost. It is a very family run business and they take great pride in their food and presentation and delivery. You can't go wrong with Chan's -I will say after over 20 years with them.

I love Chan's, great food with great service.Everything I have tried has been delicious( and I have tried a lot). I even ordered some of their family share meals for a staff meeting and got my co-workers hooked too! Try them once and you will love their great tasting food :-)

If it wasn't for my favorite chinese spot being rude and hanging up in my face, I would've never found this place. I absolutely loved everything I ordered. I got the chan's dinner special for two and I definitely told my family about this spot. I think we're going to be ordering from here now on.

The BEST Chinese food in this part of Sacramento!!! Their potstickers are perfect, their hot and sour soup is a perfect blend, and their Mongolian Beef is to die for!!! The service is EXCELLENT and if you eat inside, it's quaint and cozy!!!

Delicious food for a great price!! I was so happy to see Chans open! I moved away from the area and came to visit my son. We got hungry and my younger children wanted Panda, I told them I have a better place, and took them to Chans. The fussed all the way there and on our way home (it's only take out right now) but I explained to them how important it is to support our small business right now. As soon as we started to eat I heard nothing but silence along with some Mmmmm's. I bet the next time we're back in town they'll be asking for Chans! 😁

I always order take out and just love their sweet and sour pork and BBQ pork fried rice. My son gets the broccoli chicken and enjoys it very much.

Quite possibly the best Chinese take-out in the area. The Szechuan special is our favorite. Try the Mongolian beef! And also the Walnut glazed shrimp for something unique you probably had nowhere else.

My son is at UC Davis and I didn't want to keep eating out of the cafeteria so we googled Chan's restaurant, it was about a 13 minute walk down Stockton Blvd and well worth it. The portions were big and the price was small for what we got. If I'm ever back in this area I will definitely be going back.

I don't understand the bad reviews and often wonder if people are confusing them with another place named similarly to this one. You can't please everyone in the flavor department. My family has been ordering from Chan's for years and we absolutely love them. Their wonton soup is my go to for those cold days, light days, or when I'm not feeling well. I honestly think it has super powers because it always makes me feel better. My brother swears by their chowmein and Mongolian beef. Ask for extra sauce! He likes it saucy and they are happy to oblige. My dad lives their fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. My sister loves how huge their orange chicken is! My mom is a wonton soup fan and we both love their vanilla walnut shrimp with the baked crust and delicious sauce and toasted walnuts. Their food is always cooked at the right temperature. The meat is juicy, and the shrimp are really big! The consistency in their noodles and food is a breath of fresh air. I always know what we are going to get. Free delivery with $20 purchase too! The delivery drivers are pretty awesome and polite so make sure you tip them! I hope this clears up some stuff because I've come to love them. We order from them at least 3 times a week now. It's our epic family dinner night spot!

A surprisingly good little neighborhood joint. It is our go to place for basic "Chinese" fare.
