Excellent customer service. Clean atmosphere and great portions. I really appreciated my takeout meal here, you will definitely need the teriakyi (or katsu sauce) tho so don’t forget to grab that on the side. Food was clean and healthy, and the cabbage wasn’t limp or wilted. Would be happy to return.

The Ono Hawaiian BBQ at Florin Road is in a busy shopping center. Parking is a little hard to find some time. The food is as good as the other Ono Hawaiian BBQs in town. The dining room looks good inside. But the parking lot has some homeless people there, which worries me a little!

The food is fresh and cooked to order. I had the spicy fish aloha plate that was on special for $7. They gave a generous portion of fish, rice, and salad. The inside of the restaurant is clean and modern. I’m excited that there is a healthier food option in this area that is reasonably priced and tasty. Taking off one star because I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal, which was longer than I had anticipated and many folks who came after me were served before me. In the future it would be nice to know if there is a longer wait time especially since a lot of people are likely visiting on their lunch break :)

I'm giving 3 stars because of the cashier he was taking orders taking cash and he grab my cup put his hand inside with dirty gloves he seemed least intrested to be working I asked for small drink he said only size was large but I saw small cups food was good location is clean 5/24/21.

I’ve eaten at this location several times before. Never had a complaint until now. The food was really good. However, their portion size has changed. I ordered my wife and I the Hawaiian BBQ Mix plate. Under our food we were both given 1/2 pound of cooked cabbage. Really disappointed.

1st time here & was a bit disappointed. It appears we were served old pieces of chicken. The breading was so hard & I had to toss it. You can tell the difference from the picture, the pieces were not fresh. Not sure we'll return. The other order tasted like it was reheated.

THE CHICKEN WAS OVER COOKED WHICH MADE IT HARD AND DRY. THE RICE WASNT SOFT, FELT LIKE ITS BEEN SITTING OUT. THE MAC SALAD NOODLES WASNT AS SOFT AS THEY SUPPOSE TO BE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED. THE COOK LACKED LOVE INTO THE FOOD AND IT SHOWED.

Mind you, I didn't ask for a substitution, just for it not to be in the meal because of a gluten intolerance and the cook "Maria" refused. They were not overly busy either. I couldn't understand so we left without her food and honestly I'm going to urge the residents to not go back. Customer service is so, so valuable nowadays. And when the loyal people who held you up when your business opened out here get dismissed with the wave of the back of your hand and side eyes, for no reason , that's when I had to say something. Obviously you don't care about ANY customer returning, because who does that?! We won't be taking our 💰 to establishments that no longer have the time to care.

It looked like they just threw all the scrap pieces of meat in my container. Hawiian chicken was overcooked as well. Kalua pork was cold. Would not recommend this place. Tables were dirty.

Don't come here unless you want to wait. I went in ordering two spam mususbis and it took over 30 minutes with just another customer in the restaurant. They had one guy cooking the food and five other employees twiddling their thumbs. They also skimp out on the spam with thin cuts....would never come back.

They need to hire people that know how to take orders! First time we ordered a bbq chicken and requested 3 mac salad for side but they got us 2 rice and 1 mac. Today we came back and ordered the same chicken meal and once again asked for 3 mac salad. Guess what we got 3 rice!! I certainly hope they didn't do this on purpose. I suggest everyone double check your food before you leave if you don't want any surprises.
