Nice little Mexican restaurant off of florin road right Del Ville supermarket. They have fresh chips and a salsa bar which is neatly and cleanly displayed. My dad had the chicken enchilada plate with rice and beans and I had the wet burrito with Verde. The least hot salsa was the Verde (green sauce). Still spicy but not as hot as the two reds. I do recommend this restaurant. Araceli was very helpful and was very nice. This was the first time I came here.

Came here after midnight on a Friday. I used the drive threw and got subpar service. It was difficult for the cashier to understand me and for me to understand her. She became visibly frustrated quickly after taking my order because I had to correct her more than once about what I actually wanted. I ordered 2 birria tacos and 1 carne asada quesadilla. It cost less than ~$12 which was reasonably priced. The food was good, but I wouldn't come back because of the poor customer service.

The most disappointing Carne Asada Burrito I've had. Just look at the picture! You have lotsa beans, rice, cilantro and onion, but where is the beef! The chorizo breakfast burrito was less then average, and for that reason, first and last visit to Bravo's. They were also out of Menudo at 11 am...sad. I went through drive thru

Decided to try this place for the first time, will never return again. Ordered two birria combo plates after receiving the food, we realized there was only meat and sides in the plates. We were wanting quesabirria.. after letting the restaurant know we may have not been clear and what we wanted (again first time visiting customers may not know how to order the exact name), they refused to remake and refused to refund. They said it’d be a waste of food to remake the order because they didn’t make a mistake.. it’s the same meat you’d just be adding cheese and a tortilla and grilling it.. definitely don’t appreciate this service and I should have read reviews before coming.

The worst experience I've ever had at a drive thru Extremely rude workers at drive thru. 99% of the time they have attitude get your order wrong and get mad when you ask to correct it. Prices change randomly if they feel like charging you extra they'll try to sneak and charge you more be careful spending your money here just go to (El Forastero) Cheaper prices better food and they actually respect their customers there.

I went to buy some breakfast on 08/24/2025 around 11am in the morning and the lady that took my order through the drive thru had the nasties attitude so rude and not friendly at all. I will never go again !!!!!! Its not just about good food its about the service too. Remember if it weren't for us customer's you wouldn't have a job nor a business. Check your employee's.

ATTENTION TO MANAGEMENT OR OWNER... I came through the drive thru on August 14th around 2:45 with my granddaughter. I was treated so rudely by the girl working there that I won't be spending my money there anymore. Neither will my family or friends. There are literally hundreds of places for people to choose from when they are hungry. I went to your place of business to spend my money on your food and support a local business. First red flag, she had an attitude through the drive thru speaker. How is that even possible? How could I have done something to make her feel such ugliness to me through the drive thru speaker? I went to the window to pay and she literally glared at me. I'm honestly really confused as to why she would be treating a paying customer with such hate in her face. Especially with my granddaughter right next to me. I don't know what I could have done to deserve being glared at like that. She grabbed my card, handed me my food and shut the window in my face without one single word. I thought maybe she was getting something else for my order but nope... she went to the register where I could clearly see her talking about me to other people. I have worked in food service for decades and I am truthfully just astonished at how rude she was to me and my granddaughter. I called to speak to a manager and she answered telling me there was no manager and hung up on me. I spend around 30 to 40 dollars at your business weekly, as do my family and friends. I won't be back. There are too many other restaurants to pick from that are kind and welcoming and would be really happy to take my money. You guys have really good food but the service was really awful. I'm just so confused as to why she looked at me like she hated me. Not a smart way to build a business.

Arrived just before closing and ordered 3 al pastor tacos and al pastor super burrito. My wife took a bite into a taco and found a soda tab in the meat! It was clearly cooked with the meat together as you can see in the picture. How would one not see this when cooking or plating the order? The worst part was when I went back to the drive through the staff, particularly the female pictured had a terrible attitude and didn't even apologize or offer to remake the order( not that I would have wanted this). I Asked for a refund and returned all the food and drinks. I've dealt with sub-par customer service previously but never like this. I would suggest avoiding this spot and if you do double check your food! Never again!
