This is the best place for chicken dishes. I visited on Sunday lunch and there were a lot of people. I am very satisfied with the cheap price, fast service, and clean facilities. I had an experience when I was in the Philippines and it was a better experience than that time. I am also very grateful to all the staff who greeted me with a smile. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you to hurry and experience it.

Very busy . My first visit to Jollibee I ordered from kiosk but I waited 30 minutes for my order and I don’t know but it was made and nobody called us until u approached and my food was ready right there at the table .didn’t like the atmosphere herd of people food was great as I expected gravy was good not a big fan of fries . Parking is a challenge here my friend parked at the other parking lot very limited spots to park I think they either make this place bigger somehow or Employee more crew so people can get their food quicker overall good experience Definitely visit here crew was respectful though

I recently visited a fast-food restaurant known for its diverse menu, which includes burgers, chicken, spaghetti, and various other selections. Despite initial reservations regarding the establishment's appearance, the consistent customer traffic indicated its popularity. Faced with numerous menu options, I opted for a standard burger meal, purchasing two for takeout. Although there was a significant wait after payment, the freshly prepared, hot food made it worthwhile. This experience was a refreshing change, as the meal genuinely tasted like quality food, a sentiment my wife shared. While we generally do not frequent fast-food establishments, Jollibee has certainly impressed us and appears to be a strong competitor to other well-regarded fast-food chains like In-N-Out.

First time at Jolibee! Was told it would be a 20 min wait for my order to be completed but ended up waiting 40 min mainly because Doordash/UberEats orders seem to be prioritized over indoor dining customers. At one point I saw my order just left at the counter (while my order number still showed “Preparing”). All the meanwhile 3 workers helped 1 Doordash/UberEats customer. Once they called my order they forgot two items, the worker just laughed with their coworker about messing up the order while I had to wait longer for the missing items. Other than that, indoor atmosphere was amazing, highly organized and clean. Food was tasty and definitely priced fairly, thank you Katseye for putting me on.

Out first time at Jollibee. The drive-through was long, Chick-Fil-A or In-N-Out long. The lobby were crazy packed. It took 15 minutes to get to the counter and order. The 3 staff members I spoke to were super friendly. The chicken was tasty. The fries and the potatoes were good. I was a bit surprised by the vat of gravy that came with the potatoes. The burger was fantastic.

Came to Jollibee and it was packed! Lots of people enjoying good fried food. Fantastic fried chicken and gravy. The sides were excellent. The adobo rice was good and the drinks were good too. The kids like the burger and chicken strips- and the original jollibee chicken was good. To be fair- I think Popeye chicken is still my fav- but this chicken with the house gravy really challenges that. Seating is a bit limited during rush hours- but it's worth the wait.

Chicken sandwich was good, had an excessive amount of mayonnaise on it and that's coming from someone who loves mayonnaise. The adobo rice wasn't my favorite but the mango pie was pretty amazing. Will be back to try their fried chicken pieces.

I was told about the chicken dipping in gravy and the spaghetti was amazing so I had to try it out. Chicken is decent but it did have a better taste with a dipping in the gravy. The gravy is nothing special just a standard gravy you make at home but it did throw a twist into it. The spaghetti tasted interesting, I kind of loved it. The restaurant was rather busy so perhaps that's why the customer care was lacking but overall experience was not bad. A lot better than a lot of the fast food restaurants I have been to that's been around for many years. I can't wait for them to open up the location on Elk Grove boulevard in California.

Easy to find, parking spaces available for drive through over flow, simple menu Fairly priced Spicy chicken was not spicy at all. I believe they gave me the wrong order. The single French fries order was larger than expected. House sauce and gravy are fair at best. I was expecting a little better chicken.

We stopped here for lunch to try it out, we got a great deal for two chicken sandwiches and two drinks for $20. We ordered the spicy, but it wasn't as spicy as I prefer, but was still good. Everything tasted fresh, next time we will have to try the fried chicken instead, as it seems that's the most popular thing to buy here. The only con is trying to find somewhere to sit and a clean table. They're super busy here, so it's to be expected, just something to keep in mind when visiting.

This use to be my favorite chicken spot but it was getting a little expensive so I cut back on how many times I get to enjoy it, but today made me beyond mad. I live rural and far from this location and I usually don't have to check my order because they get it right. Why did I get home to the smallest chicken thighs I ever seen. The drumsticks are larger than the thighs. With further investigation, they are cutting the thighs in half and selling as a whole piece of chicken. You have lost a loyal customer.

I just ordered treat B today and told me me chicken will be serve about 40-1 hour. It was fine with me so I told them I will wait. After 15-20 minutes I received already the bucket of chicken. I reached home and excited to eat the chicken. Sad to say the chicken breading is burn/overcook. Please don't rush to cook the chicken. This is not the jollibee that we love to eat. Waited over 50 minutes for my 12-piece spicy chicken bucket, only to find 10 pieces when I got home. I was furious and absolutely disappointed. This was my first time at this location. There was no line to order, yet over 20 people were waiting for their food. I figured it wouldn’t take long for a single bucket, but I was wrong. If an order’s going to take nearly an hour, staff should warn customers upfront. There were plenty of workers in the kitchen, but service was painfully slow. I watched the whole time (no phone service to distract me), and the team seemed disorganized and not in any hurry. When I finally got my order, it didn’t include napkins or utensils either. I’d be more understanding if there was a legitimate reason for the slow service, but after reading many other reviews, it seems this is common issue for this location. They should be investigated.. After waiting that long and getting shorted two pieces, I’m incredibly frustrated. I paid for 12 pieces, not 10. This was such a letdown — I won’t be returning.

Been going here alot of times through the drive thru, no problems and no issues. But last night, they have all this frozen chickens on the racks outside their portable walk in fridge. I don’t know how long it’s been sitting there but that is not safe to consume. People walks by that area, they’re also next to a trash structure and I’m also questioning the fact that why put your portable walk in fridge next to the trash collection area in the first place. That’s unsanitary! This is a disaster waiting to happen, hopefully you guys address this issue asap.
